A bit more attention to detail needed at Broadmeadows . I already had another bad experience with the Keilor east store such that I was offered a one off free pizza garlic bread and drink. I redeemed this offer online for pick up at Broadmeadows . When I walked in there was not acknowledgment by the cashier in front of me and after a minute or so wait one of the other workers came and greeted me. I saw my pizzas waiting said that’s mine there and I just need to pay for an extra. Fellow checked the order took my cash handed me the pizza and off I went. When i got home and sat down with fam to eat I realised I didn’t get the 1.25l drink in the offer. I was not going to drive 15 mins back so let it be. Bit disappointing that my first ever order was a failure and this second order that was provided free as a service recovery, also was also not without fail. Once again service side of things was a let down, just like the Keilor store, the Broadmeadows staff need to polish up the customer service side a bit and pay a bit more attention to the orders they hand out. Other than that they did a great job with the pizza’s. No problems there. Tasty and hot this time. Maybe it’s third time lucky for me… and next review can be a full 5 star one if there are no errors. There were no signs so you can't even figure out where the entrance was at first glance. There is no direct parking in front of the store had to cross the busy driveway of Bunnings to park in the Car Park. Then you finally figure out the entrance is shared with the ZAP fitness store attached to the Domino's store. Terribly weird and dangerous llayout with no parking at the front. Terrible Customer Service. Staff (seems like the manager as he just left the pizza making to the other staff while he bums around) he lied about no such thing as buy 1 get 1 free deal, another customer came in and asked for the same buy 1 get 1 deal and he also refused that customer too until I stepped over showed him the deal on the app then he kept quite. What a dodgy staff member. Both pizzas I received in the end were burnt and toppings were far and few in between. I know it may not matter but we are Never coming back again.

I would like to receive a refund please as I placed my order attempting three times with an error message coming back from Domino’s saying that they weren’t able to process my order and to call the store, after calling the store and getting no answer I ordered elsewhere, 20 minutes later the money was debited from my account, I immediately called Domino’s to explain what happened and was told there was nothing I could do. I asked them to refund my money which was refused and instead 40 minutes later a poor young girl turned up at my door, I explained to her and refused the order, please refund my money. For future orders you need to explain on your answering message that the money is not taken right away and that there may be an error message come up whilst ordering so that this doesn’t happen again, disappointed with service and the whole dealings with Domino’s on this occasion.

I ordered over 12 pizzas for a function and when l went to pick them up was told sorry we couldn't not make them because our driver when driving the bike inside the pizza shop smashed into the window. Firstly health concern motorcycle inside the shop. And no care factors calling me and informing there will be issues with my order . And lastly they thought it was funny they smashed the window. And l emailed there head office regarding the issue and got a poor excuse. So if you are thinking of buying pizza from the Broadmeadows shop be mindful that they park there bikes inside the store which is a small store. Due to there lack of concern l have forwarded photos of the bike inside the store to the health authority.

Hey Everyone just wanted to let you all know Nitin (apologies if I spelt that wrong) is the Manager at Domino’s Pizza at Broadmeadows. I made a suggestion regarding a previous order that if “your order is going to take longer than necessary-due to unforeseen circumstances- weather included among others - it would be nice to be informed” instead of waiting on an update on “whatever app you’re using to update” Well to my total utter surprise….. I received a phone call from the Manager to advise me my order will take about an hour (although I live in G/Park) That phone call meant that Domino’s Pizza ACTUALLY listens to feedback. You have my total loyalty - ALWAYS NOW. Thank You for listening. Please keep up the great work. Your team deserves a Medal.

Was with a group of people and we all ordered in store on the app, said 12 minutes for our orders and we were happy to wait. 45 minutes later… our orders were cold, wrong and we were being spoken to horribly and yelled at by a particular worker ‘Parven’. He didn’t want to correct his mistakes without us paying more, even though it was his mistake in the first place and he didn’t read the orders. Over priced for what he made in the end when we paid extra. NEVER EVER go to this store, don’t waste your time or money.

The Broady store if anything is very consistent and thats hard to find these days. The store itself could do with a little more presentation but the pizzas are great and prices are even better. If they made their pizzas more loaded with ingredients I think they'd be up their with your local pizzeria.

I picked 3 pizzas that were ordered online and one of them was paneer pizza. I rushed home and opened the box to eat pizza and found that pizza was without paneer. I rang the store why that happened but got replied from rude female staff that they don’t have paneer. If they don’t have paneer why do they charge for ingredients they don’t have and don’t offer alternative ingredients.

Got 2 pizzas today for lunch, they had a deal and were told they were on the value max pizzas only. We wanted from the traditional so ordered other pizzas instead. While we were waiting read the special and they were on the traditional as well, so missed out on what we wanted. We are about a 5-10 minute drive home from there and the pizzas were barely warm. Not going back!

This store has been very consistent with their quick service and generous toppings. The staff are always friendly and smiling. Great value for a quick bite on the go. Where else will you get a $7 large pizza in 5min that actually tastes okay!

If there's a 0 star rating, I would. Yesterday, I ordered pizza along with desserts. The pizza was cold and not fresh. THE Lava Cake was way more disgusting, There was a large piece of hair inside the cake. I'm literally so nauseous! & Disgusted, traumatised and scarred. I bet you their hygiene is the absolute worst. Please everyone watch what you eat!

Ordered first time delivery a week ago and it was average. The pineapple should never be on pizza, just saying! Delivery was on time. Was disappointed but we were hungry. I have eaten pizza pick up before and it was better so preferred to pick up not deliver from this store. Decided to try a different one last night, remarkably better.

I ordered 2 spicy veg supreme pizzas for pickup. I confirmed with the person who took the order about the spring onions, she said as it’s in the toppings so they will add. But there was no spring onions on the pizzas. I called them back to tell them but they were very rude. They just simply said we don’t have so what u want me to do.

I ordered a pizza today and I found someone’s hair in it ,I called up for a refund and they said no. So here is my review bunch of dirty in***** lunch didn’t go too well today. Don’t risk your health ordering there .

I ordered once and pizza was delicious, no comments and later I ordered same three pizzas but all of them dough was not cooked perfectly and there was no bacon on the lot pizza. Very bad on second time. I really disappointed.

Noticed an improvement in the quality of the pizza. Looks like finally Domino's is listening to customer feedback. Online ordering process was not that smooth as I had to have a few attempts. Pick up was quick and easy.

I must say from a pizza lover point of view, this dominos store is one of the best domino stores I’ve ordered from. Consistency in the cheese and generous amount of pepperoni is to be applaud.

They drop pizza and it was served to animals, not humans. A piece of pizza is even bigger than an elephant's mouth. They do not wear paws when working. Dirty
