My experience at Domino's Pizza was very disappointing and to be honest it made my partner and I, sad and concerned that such a highly renowned brand hires employees with no customer service skills. On Monday night we decided to have a late snack, at around 11 pm. We made our order, sat in the corner and once it was ready, we started eating quietly in one small section of a table. We were not rowdy, drunk or messy. We just had one small pizza and were eating it quietly. However the person in charge came to us and screamed at us saying, you can't eat here. The restaurant is closed. Leave! As we were closing the pizza box and grabbing our stuff, he yelled again from the distance and made a hand gesture of leave now. I understand that the location of this Domino's pizza is in the city and surely some of the customers are at times very intoxicated, but this was not the case for us, a local couple that lives in the city, that was quiet in a corner eating. I approached the customer representative and shared my concerns. I said he was very rude and dismissive. I suggested he could improve his customer service skills and in the future communicate the fact that we cannot sit there in a more amicable manner. It's extremely sad to see that Domino's pizza has no care and dedication go into training employees, for them to deliver good customer service. The representative name was Dan. And unfortunately after an interaction with him, I can say for certainty that I will not be purchasing anymore Domino's pizza in the near future.
Common this cannot be true to write for a brand that I have grown up eating. Lovely pizza as always but trust me there is some real ethics problems with staff at dominoes queen street Brisbane city 4000 . They always charge you too much thinking you’re drunk. 3 days in a row they have charged me double . I ordered one paneer peppy pizza and a red bull and got charged 35 dollars 3 times 3 days in a row. 1 day I asked why is it more expensive in the outlet. 1 staff said it cannot be I showed him that I paid for 1 and he said yes but you had 4 red bulls . I said no way they accepted later and told that was by mistake. One day they put through two pizzas and gave me 1 I was charged 30 for 1 pizza . The 1st day I don’t know ow why but I was charged 35 only for a large cheesy garlic pizza. I only have my bank transactions as a proof and time can be seen. I never thought dominoes as such a brand would do it professionally. This mostly happens at around 11 pm.

Indi Chicken Tika & Spicy Pepper Paneer Pizzas
Never had bad experience with dominos before but this one was very horrible and exceptional. The store was a little busy when we visited, and we waited for a while however all other customers got attended and we were just waiting there for about a good 10 minutes yet we didn't get served. I had to finally ask the crew member set up for a delivery, about my order and then finally got served. We just took our order and left the store quickly as we were running late for the bus. After coming home, we finally had a look on the pizza and out of 3 pizzas only one of them looked okay but it was still the wrong order. Ordered for a Chicken Supreme with periperi sauce and got some burnt chicken pizza with no sauce, had a spicy peppy paneer but without the paneer cheese as my friend was allergic to it, they still gave us paneer, and butter chicken pizza which didn't look like a pizza at all. The only thing we got right and was soft to eat were the garlic bread. Such a pity! Never coming back to this store again. I wish I could give them a -1 rating if it was possible.
My experience at the Queen Street Domino's store was quite good! I ordered a value range pepperoni pizza with hollandaise swirl and the parmesan chicken wings. The pizza was fresh and it had enough toppings, and the hollandaise swirl was also just (an extra option which other stores never add enough of). The pizza was a little greasy, but that is expected with such a sauce made of butter, pepperoni, and cheese. The slices were also cut unevenly, but more consistent than other Domino's stores. The parmesan wings were really tasty! And I could definitely taste the parmesan, and even smell it once I opened the box. Unfortunately though, the wings were not hot, and not even warm, but were instead room temperature... The dine in experience was also well. A nice and we'll cooled restaurant, with plenty of clean tables and seats, which were all also clean. The rubbish bin was also not overloaded, making throwing my rubbish away much easier and clean.

I am definitely a huge fan of Domino's here in Brissie. Great prices online, good pizzas. Though, a rather unpleasant experience is when I stupidly ordered online but did not change the address hence, ordering from Cannon Hill instead of Queen St. I tried calling the Domino's hotline when I was in the Queen St. branch but to no avail. So I walked over to the counter and asked to see if they could help out. Not only they refused, which was fine, but they gave us a really unpleasant look and was really annoyed about it. Then when I tried to confirm if they really couldn't do a thing, they just walked away without answering me and went on to do their work. Fortunately, we managed to call through Cannon Hills' number and the staff there was very happy to help out. P/S. Toilets were incredibly dirty.

Today , I had ordered for " Vegorama " pizza in store . I had told to the staff two times that I am pure vegetarian that's why I am ordering this pizza but when my order got ready then the manager had given me " HAM or pork " cheese pizza I was not aware about it and had 1.5 slice assuming it's cheese with onion but at the end when I came to know then I complaint to the manager " Krishana Wooly" . Unfortunately , he was the one who had given this pizza . What e poor service by Domino's CBD store, I don't know, on what basis Domino's appoint managers for their stores having no idea about the customer service. Even there was no reaction from manager when I was complaining to him and he said that it was just by mistake . How u guys can do such a big mistake ? Domino's should look into this matter.

The Pepperoni Pizza and Malt Choc Thickshake was yummo! I love their cool restaurant and find the booths up on top level are nice and cosy. I was sad that the Albert St Dominos closed down, but this is my new favourite one! Worth the walk from uni. The only downside is that the pizza costs 45 cents more now!!! $5.45 instead of $5. Must be because they have no competition now Update: Recently I got the same meal as above, and did not have a lid for my thickshake, which is annoying because I had to wait 4 minutes, standing there with my pizza and drink, for them to get a new packet of lids. The two boys that served me need a better attitude, because if they want to come across as rude, they shouldn't be in hospitality. I didn't receive a word at all, not even a simple 'sorry for the wait'.
Been here many times and the customer service is always lacking. Staff show no interest in serving customers and have an incredibly unprofessional attitude and little to no work ethic. Store is always messy the times I have visited and there is rubbish all over the dining room, overflowing bins... flies and other insects on the windowsills, extremely dirty toilets (happy to provide images if requested), mess and food scraps on the steel benches behind the counter. If you’re looking for the lowest standard of customer service and a restaurant you’ll feel scared to eat at because of the really poor hygiene then Dominos Queen Street is for you :) if they can’t even clean their rest rooms then imagine the level of hygiene and sanitisation they uphold whilst preparing the food. Won’t be returning.
Every time I come and buy a pizza, just disappointed. There was a meat piece in my pizza the other day when I ordered spicy veg supreme. The other day there was no to little cheese. The guy at the counter asked my why you ate 3 piece when you realised there is less cheese! Even though he agrees that there very little cheese but he said next time bring it back with more pieces uneaten. He thinks I am doing this to eat delicious pizza for free again. ?. What a joke mate do your training properly when you are working. If you don't like to work or it's not your passion than simply find another job, hospitality is not for you guys. ! Can't expect much as they have good business going on. No buddy cares. Cheers
On 21 June (last Tuesday), my colleague ordered pizzas to welcome a new member of the team. Pre-order was made early in the morning (~9am). The thought was to pre-order for the pizzas to arrive on time at 12pm (designated time selected). Unfortunately, the pizzas arrived at 12:35pm. Luckily, no one in the team had meetings for the rest of the afternoon, but we were disappointed nonetheless. The positive was that the delivery person was kind and apologetic, and the pizzas were tasty. In the future, if an order is forecasted to be late, a call or email would be nice. Also, our Project Manager tried calling at least 4 times to get an ETA but no one picked up, and on one occasion, was hung up on.
The staff here seem to have issues with spicy items getting mixed in with non-spicy items. Happens with the seasoned chicken all the time. Partner has a health issue and sometimes the toppings are laced with spice/heat that is dangerous for them. I know they sometimes put fresh gloves on, but if previous person didn’t that is cross contamination. Also toppings such as spring onions always missing on certain pizzas even though it is in pizza description. Not happy. As a regular customer not sure I will be back after this.

This store is not ideal for dining at all, during peak dinner time (7:30pm on a Tuesday). Online / phone orders keep flooding in and I stood there for 10 minutes watching only two staff members running their legs off cooking pizzas. It was frustrating watching others taking pizzas with an empty tummy. I don't think doing a dining restaurant has been successful for Domino's. Domino's has prided itself for online ordering and droid delivery. Leave sit down pizza restaurant to Fratelli Famous (also customer picked ingredients). Or you could be just short of staff today. Then please plan your staffing more comfortably. Regards
Staff are rude, managements worse, I will never eat here again. I ordered a pizza late for delivery, after 3 hours it hadn’t showed up (I was a block away) I called to ask where it was got a “we are closed” promptly followed by someone hanging up, tried again and they had turned off the phone. Went in the following day, who I presume was the owner said he would speak to the staff on site and call me back, never received the call, went online to form a complaint, got directed to the store…. Thank god I paid with PayPal, otherwise they would have kept my $100 and I would still be pizzaless.
Firstly, the exterior of this place looks amazing and made me want to stop by. And the interior rivals that of Italian pizzerias. Was served by Blessing, who was a very friendly guy - good work, you seem pretty happy here and it's great to see. I ordered a value meal deal with ham and cheese mini pizza, garlic bread and can for under $10. Very delicious! Only bad thing was I stopped by the toilets on the way out and they were horrible. Both female and ambulant were so bad that I didn't use either before I left. Overall a great place and I'd come here again!!

Please hire more staff and train the ones you have. I went there on a Monday afternoon and had 3 staff working: one doing some stocking, one cashier/preparing pizza (wearing a helmet and yellow shirt, ready to do some delivery) and one taking the trash out slowly. The trash guy then started preparing some pizzas without washing his hands, that's when I decided to leave. Please train your staff and hire some more, because only the delivery guy was working hard! Harder than anyone else. Congratulations to him! With glasses and long hair.
Great staff and quick food cook time, went with a friend and ate inside, tables and chairs hand plenty of space and the restaurant wasn't very crowded allowing us to easily enjoy our food

We lived close by for 10yrs and bought food here often. Best part is when they discount all their perishables and you can pick up some great deals and treats I would have given a 5 star but today I got a cold steak and cheese pie and it did not taste great at all and barely had any meat Chicken and salad roll was normal but nothing amazing We usually grab a sausage roll and a pork ban mi. The noodles are ok I'm still keen to try their pastries and quiches tomorrow because they look delish
One of the first and only of its kind, this Dominos breaks the "cheap pizza place" mold and brings a classy pizza experience to the city. The focus is on patrons creating their own pizzas but pizzas can also be ordered off the regular menu bit are significantly pricier. This is because the store hand stretches all of their bases and the resultant bases and crust are fantastic. So if you're in the mood for more than a $5 pepperoni then this is a worthy custom gourmet pizza experience.
Been ordering here twice now and consistently delivers on both speed and taste. Their pizzas are consistently delicious, and the convenience of ordering online or through their app makes it my go-to choice for a quick and satisfying meal. Thank you so much

Pizza was the usual quality you would expect from a Domino's store, but as we entered to collect our order (ordered ahead for a staff Christmas Party) there was a lady shouting at everyone walking in that if you hadn't already ordered no more orders would be taken. While I appreciated how busy the place was and the stress the staff were undoubtedly under to get a number of large orders out in the lead up to Christmas, being shouted at while walking in was still a little off putting.
Kudos to Domino's for trying something different with their stores, instead of the usual take-away or delivery setup they have gone with a custom in-house dining opportunity for patrons to attend and put together a custom made pizza to their particular tastes. Is cooked relatively quickly in house and can be taken away or eaten in the nicely appointed dining area within the store. Prices are reasonable and makes for a good lunchtime or early dinner option within the city.
Was one of the only places we could find that was open and serving late Sunday night. Overall it was quite good, the pizzas were pretty decent, the staff seemed quite with it and were friendly. Service was also pretty quick. I think it's one of the nicer Domino's I've been to.

The girl I spoke to over the phone was very friendly and polite and offered me a special deal even though I couldn't find my coupon that I had. I was promised 20 minute delivery and they delivered, so I was over the moon with that. When the pizza's arrived they were still warm and the driver was very professional. Would definitely recommend this dominoes, has to be up there as one of my favourites in Brisbane! 5 Stars.

Vegetarian options
A lot of vegetarian and vegan options. If you use the app (recommended cause you can use discounts) you can always take off the regular cheese and add vegan cheese instead. Costs extra .
The hand stretched crust was absolutely heavenly. The sauce bases were delicious, the toppings were plentiful and the cheese was tasty. Preparation was thorough and my pizzas were cooked without delay. Service was friendly and this new venue has been well designed and stylishly decorated. Once inside you step back in time into an Italian pizzeria with superb music, welcoming staff and scrumptious smells of food.
Topping is not consistent over pizza, Very rushed as they work iv observed. Pizza is never cut properly throughout, I and my friend must pull it apart here and there with effort each week we go! I Will return and remove this once Queen st Dominos has improved as I come regular. Other Domino's have worked out their inconsistency in topping problem.and HAVE nought cutting problems! Cheers

THIS STORE IS DOMINOS’ PILOT STORE. This means all of dominos’ new initiative and menu offerings are tested, made and served to the public. As such, this store has been serving hand-stretched pizza based that are AMAZING. If I am in the city, I will walk as far as I have to, to this store for that base. The fit-out is also very nice and the staff are always nice and polite.
They have very good offers on their pizzas. You can order a medium pizza for only $ 5. You have several different pizzas to choose from. There are not many tables to sit down, that's the only bad thing. You are next to the Riverside, a very nice area to walk when you finish the pizza. It's okay if you do not want to spend a lot of money and want to eat fast food.
The guy I spoke to was very helpful on the phone, found me an even better deal than what I spotted online, and said he would keep an eye on the order to make sure it arrived on time (we got it delivered to the local trampoline park). The driver phoned me before leaving to confirm the address and the pizzas arrived bang on time. Result = happy boys! Thank you :)
They make a pretty decent pizza, even when it's busy, whereas alot of other places would just rush it. Most of the staff behind the counter is pretty friendly, although it's very hard to hear when they call for your name. They keep the place relatively tidy, but the bins are usually pretty full. But the layout of the place is great. I'm definetly coming back
The only available vegan options are cheese with either Tomato or With Spinach which in my sense are the worst paired up options. I would rate the place a 4 star due to the limited availability of options for people who want to pursue a vegan lifestyle but with a taste of Domino's . Other than that the place was greatly managed and maintained.
Absolutely not the place to go to get food. The staff try but they look lost like they are in some military operation, in which there is 2 people for the job, none serving the front. Register. Please get the normal amount of staff to do the normal job so you can be a choice people make.

It was ok. Not the best pizza I've had, but it was nice enough. I didnt care the bins were overflowing, or the tables weren't very clean. The biggest issue was the size of the pizza. I don't mind paying $13 for a "large" pizza.... but i think Dominoes has changed their sizes. If you order a "large", expect a small pizza cut into 8 slices.
The flagship Domino's store is really pretty. It was a bit busy, so it took a while to get my pepperoni deluxe pizza - but jeeze it was nice. Plenty of sauce, 100 pieces of pepperoni and cheesey AF.

Interesting Domino's pizza, totally different from what we consider "normal" since it does not have the same pizza list as these. In this establishment you create the pizza yourself with the ingredients you want. It is quite interesting and of course, if the pizza is what you like ... it will always be rich. …
Tasty pizzas and sides, always quick and easy option for any occasion. On a side note: it's a shame you charge up to triple for the same meal when it's the delivery service. A $5 pizza quickly becomes $20 for the same. Doesn't really seem fair. Add a flat fee instead or a price that makes sense for an identical pizza
Ordered 3 large pizza's for a family of 6 The ''large pizza'' was boarder line medium at best. Had to order more, ordered the extra large and was alos on the higher side of medium. These pizza's have never seen lager / extra large. If you want a certain pizza size order 2 sizes up

Ordered 2 Choco Lava Cake. After waiting 15 min. they said we don't have 2 lava cakes. Finally we get one lava cake without lava. It was totally dry from inside and outside. Then we ordered veggie pizza, no one was in store still took 20 min. For one pizza. Totally crap service. Untrained staff.
had to ring 4 stores to find 1 that would deliver to me (ended up being the 1st store I called all along!). Said it would take 20-30mins...took 1hr 10 to be delivered thus was cold and above all not made correct! Rip off price. Very disappointing

Pizza is great and decor is solid. Staff are effectively useless - I get there’s only 2 people but they don’t acknowledge that you’re even waiting. Female staff on Monday, 10 Feb was pretty poor. Pizza got stolen too from inside the restaurant. No apology..
The pizza is bland with minimal toppings, I paid extra for garlic parmesan sauce and that's too minimalistic. I know they're busy at lunch but I wish there's a better excuse for ruining my lunch.

Not too expensive, but a fun and creative idea for dominos. Pizzas were delicious, there were plenty of options and the premade options looked good too. Overall great experience with helpful and friendly staff, will be coming back again
First off, ordered through the app and selected a specific pick up time. I arrived about 15-20 min BEFORE my pickup time and I mentioned it to them. They said they would go ahead and start the order….10 min later I had my food. Got
Everytime we get pizzas for work, Domino's comes through with the goods. Affordable and decent pizza for what they offer. If you download the app for the first time, they have a deal for a free large pizza for any orders over $22.
Plenty of options, including vegan pizza with cheese and meat alternatives. Yummy pizza and pretty friendly staff. They ran out of an ingredient required for my pizza but offered me something else instead, so I got an orange soda.
My delivery was 30 minutes late, not hot and had incorrect ingredients. I also could not track the delivery driver.

Large domino restaurant, nothing more added to that of a small dine in dominos. Clean, standard expectation waiting times and what you expect taste wise from dominos , not to bad but far from a real tasty gourmet pizza
Was craving for churros, ordered it, arrived without the chocolate dipping. What a nightmare. Plus the churros was poorly prepared with the minimal amount of cinnamon sugar crystals. Not ordering from here ever again.
Covid has made eating out weird at best, but pre ordered ahead and enjoyed an amazing pepperoni pizza and garlic bread for my lunch on time and fresh. Still nice little place to and have a bite, I'll be back, thanks.
We have stayed in the Mantra on the quay 4 times in the last 12 months. Each time we have had great pizzas from this Dominos. Prompt, friendly and great prices for a beaut evening meal. Great gluten free pizzas too.
Not normally a dominos type of person but it was a wet night and decided to eat in - was actually very good pizza and at a great promo price. Ordered online for pickup and was ready at the requested time - all good

This time was really disappointed by Domino’s. Got slightly burnt pizza. Also ordered peppy Paneer pizza with no sauce (Mayo type of sauce) as a topping which they usually have.
I got told the toilets were being cleaned, but after asking three times got told that the toilets actually don’t work. Would be nice if they told people the truth up front.
Very dirty and disgusting place. Staff smelled like they haven't showered in weeks. Toilet was absolutely gross. Both, my daughter and I, felt sick after eating the pizza.
Best dominos pizzeria I have been to yet. The only place I know that still offers dine in options. Prices are the same as other stores however pizzas are made very well.
Went to purchase a garlic bread and all three team members were on their phone. It took 25 mins for the staff to make a garlic bread. Two chooks could’ve made it quicker
excellence not normally associated with a Domino's Takeaway purchase every aspect of the process was top notch a new repeat customer right here Queen Street store rocks
the amount of cheese on the top is horrible, no cheese, no pizza. compared to the other domino's near the Brisbane CBD, this shop's quality of pizza is the worst.
I hadn't eaten Domino's pizza in ages but was pleasantly surprised to find their standards had vastly improved since last time...very tasty and ridiculously cheap
I have order from the Queens st store a few times now each time there pizzas have turned amazing. Fresh n even looks close to there pictures which is rare to see

Pretty good. Done quick and well, staff were nice. Lots of cool seating, not too hard to get to. I recommend! Cheap also for quality AND quantity of food!
Fast and friendly service. It’s good for the price. Small size margherita with cheese crust was just $7.95. I really like its trendy and clean interior.
Great customer service and well prepared pizzas. I got the personal pan veggie pizza and oven baked wings, the pizza was fresh and tasty! Worth the $12!
Really awesome pizzas. They create your pizza as you select your toppings. They even do beetroot and artichoke. Yum! Thickshakes are also amazing :)
Actually really impressed. Haven't had a domino's pizza for awhile, it was fresh, tasty with plenty of toppings. Menu has a good variety of options
This is not what I expected from Domino's! Gourmet style pizza in a funky restaurant setting. A great spot for a quick, quality lunch or dinner.
Wow! This dominos is incredible, cooking great pizzas faster than you can blink an eye, I could have just stood there watching the team work.
Domino pizza is delicious and cheap. We bought half&half pizza.

Ordered a pizza and it hasn't come in more than an hour and no one is picking up the call... requested a refund, hopefully someone replies.
Rhys was so lovely and made sure we got the best value for money. Would go out of my way to come here again. Absolute legend.
Placed order at 7pm, order is delivered 2.5 hours later. - wrong pizza - note on receipt acknowledging it is the wrong pizza
Delivery was quick and the driver was pleasant. Cost was appalling, way too overpriced. Pizza didn't taste very nice either.
You really need to empty the bins regularly. Twice now i've seen on separate occasions they are overloaded. More
