I dont even know where to start... I ordered a cheesy crust garlic pizza to be picked up at 7:15 but when I got to the store at 7:20 was told they didnt even know where my order was since they couldn't find the receipt then when they did work it out was told it had only just gone in the oven and would be another 7 or 8 minutes -.- so I finally had my pizza at 7:37 and the only explanation was some flimsy excuse that every pizza was late due to it being very busy...on a Monday night...one customer in store who was also not impressed with his order... then I finally get it home to find it was absolutely inedible! I was looking forward to a nice cheesy garlic pizza with a basil drizzle and some spring onions, sounds simple to me but it was disgusting! The basil was ridiculously overpowering as were the spring onions, I couldn't even taste any garlic and the cheese was just runny and oily! This is not the first time I've had bad pizzas from this store and I doubt it will be the last! The worst part is it would have been cheaper and faster to go to any of the many other pizza shops nearby where I could have at least had a REAL pizza instead of this thing that is apparently supposed to be a pizza! One day I will learn that this is just the way it will always be and to stop giving them another chance! Complete waste of time and money as almost all of it ended up in the bin! Not impressed at all!!

It just seems to get worse ... I personally ordered my mini Hawai'ian pizza IN STORE at 2pm, for collection at 5:30pm. I paid for extra ham and extra pineapple. ($8.) When I arrived at 5:30, I could see the name "Michel" on the screen - the name I gave to the assistant was Michael. The pizza was completed at 5:18‽ When I checked with the teen boy assistant, he had difficulty trying to ascertain whether or not it was MY pizza. The young female assistant eventually took over and found it. It was mine but it was missing the extra toppings, so I had to get a new pizza. Another 10 minutes. So: wrong name, wrong time, wrong pizza. And worse still - this is not the first time Dominos has done this. I think that after 3 times getting it wrong, I will go elsewhere...

I think this place is really great, the pizza can be consistent there are only a few times where the pizza isn't cooked enough and it come out a bit raw and cold and other times where the pizza is overcooked. Make sure the pizza is just right before delivering it. The delivery is pretty quick it takes about 15-30 minutes for multiple pizzas. I like how sometimes me and my family have received coupons just for being loyal and getting pizza from here every week which is nice.

The experience was pretty good here. Ordered in store, 10 minutes walk outside and then back to dine there it was ready when I got there. The staff were friendly and efficient. Had the spicy panner pizza which was quite tasty as the request they make all pizza a bit crisper that was very helpful. The only thing that needs to do regularly is to change the bin bag frequently we understand you guys are busy but that was my opinion. Good view of beach opposite the store .

Worst customer service ever, online ordering not working, had to call,the people running it have no idea how to run there business, couldn’t take my order, after being put on hold so they could figure out how to process order over phone, I gave up. Dominos go on about how good they are well they need to take a look at who buys there franchises because Rosebud Dominos are letting you down big time.

Sensational pizza. Also a great way to be served as an active screen tells you how long until your pizza is ready. We absolutely recommend the chicken and camambert pizza.

Pizza was stone cold. I asked for extra cherry tomatoes on my pizza and I got a total of 3. I ate two slices and gave up. Very disappointed. The store seems to be very poorly managed/ran. Staff were rude. This is not my first bad experience here. if You want to improve the overall quality I suggest you start hiring people that actually have a passion for the industry. Or just passion in general.

Called at 7 PM to order pizzas for a delivery at 9:30 PM. I was assured that they would have the order delivered on time. I called at 9:30 PM to check, and was told the pizzas would not arrive until 10 PM. The guy on the phone gave some lame excuse about why 20 more orders were put before my order that had been placed two hours earlier. Totally lame, horrible planning and prioritization.

Ordered 16 pizzas from Dominoes Rosebud for a club function. Delivery was on time and friendly. Pizzas tasted great. Manager even gave us an extra 2 pizzas! Great service, good price! We will definitely use them again next time. Thanks Dominoes!

Disgusting service. Initially staff forgot a pizza from the order. Phoned the store and was assured it would be delivered straight away. Phoned store 1 hour later to be told, "I'm sorry I went on a break and thought it was done". Bloody disgraceful service.

On a quiet night I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone, when I got there they said they couldn’t find the pizzas. When they made the new ones they had barely any topping. The worst part was there was a large PIECE OF ROLLED STICKY TAPE STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF MY PIZZA. Avoid this joint. I’m never going back!!!!!

I've eaten at a lot of fancy establishments, but I have to say Rosebud Domino's has got a classic based pizza to a fine art. There is nothing like their classic Pepperoni pizza. I know all Domino's should taste the same, but this one just tastes better.

They charge $6 extra for deliveries less than a 5 minute drive away. You would therefore expect deliveries to be fast (like other dominos that don't charge the fee) but no, delivery is always slow. I used to order dominos 1-2 times a week, but when this was my local dominos, I got it maybe once a month.

I’m from melbourne and I love to eat at night time but unfortunately everywhere was closed around here and was so grateful they were open after 10pm! Ordered 2 pizzas tonight from a gentleman, was really a nice man. Our pizzas were so yummy! Not to mention it also it was $5 a pizza!! Thank you!

Was a regular here for some time, however after multiple occasions of rude customer service and burnt, inedible food we will not be returning. The Mornington store, although further is much more pleasant. Dominoes should definitely review the employees and manager of this store.

The crust on the pizza is much better than what it use to be. Don't put too much tomatoe sauce on as it ruins the taste. The Chicken gourmet pizza is lovely, cannot remember the name of the pizza. There is now a better variety with the pizza's and some interesting sides.

Don't want to pay the delivery fee, better go and take yourself, much cheaper. The pizza is good and cheap. Staff are friendly and fast. It worth it in your hungry desperate times. The pepperoni pizza is a good option and to make it even better ask for the garlic bread.

Thank you for the worst, dry, burnt inedible pizza I have ever eaten! I would return it and throw it at your staff but it is my weekend with my children so I'd rather stay home, eat the worst pizza I have ever had and spend time with them. Never buying from you again.

i normally don't have an issue with rosebud pizza but this time i did i found a long blonde hair cooked in my chicken and camembert pizza i confronted the store manger and they refused to replace it...... this is not on at all.. WORST PIZZA SHOP.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order at 6:15. Didn't get it until 8:05. Chips were somehow cold and soggy. The buttermilk chicken was cold and not crispy. Both these menu items are so overpriced for what they are, even if they had arrived hot. My god. How are these people in business?

Everytime Vishal is on shift, the place is super clean, the food has been perfect EVERY Time he is in charge of making it. I know dominoes is high quality normally but Vishal seems to hit the mark consistently. 10/10 superhuman work ethic and great service.

We ordered pizza, we got pizza. Ordered online, the website showed the progress and delivery. Was a Tuesday night, so it was pretty to deliver and the food was still hot on arrival. Delivery wasn't cheap, but everything worked out and we'll order again.

The order was cancelled after it stated it was delivered !! Dominos Rosebud worst ! Customer Service was non existent . Waited an hour before realising the store had closed . Store blamed Menulog. Menulog blamed the store . Pathetic !!!!!!!

I've had domino's in alot of different suburbs and cities and I can say easilyyyyyy the rosebud one is by far the best one ...perfect blend of cheese to sauce to pepperoni ratio and the gluten free base is absolutely absolutely incredible

Good for a cheap pizza when you dont want to break the bank. I wouldn't Recommend it if you are after a gourmet pizza,although they have improved in that department as of late but havent quite hit the mark

Second bout of food poisoning in two weeks.The place is filthy,so much so, that the Eftpos card reader doesn't work because its caked with grease.I mentioned this to the staff and they laughed. Disgusting.

We ordered normal pizzas from the menu, they messed up the order, we contacted them and got free pizzas with the exact same muck up. They gave us a refund but still really disappointed...

They have improved their pizzas, we really enjoyed ours. The only thing we weren't keen on was the pizza sauce, it was quite spicy and we had to scrape it off the 6 year old's slices.

They had a new girl who messed up my order. But the manager was very prompt and friendly in rectifying the problem with a fresh pizza. Delicious pizzas at cheap prices.
