I have places order on 9th may and order ID is 136. the food delivered was cold and half cooked. on trying to contact store, the mobile number provided is invalid. So I went ahead and logged a complaint with ref#5639628. The manager has closed the complaint mentioning he has tried to reached me but i never received any calls. After that i have contacted dominos helpdesk and Tejas from escalation team assured on 10th May that I will get a callback and If I don’t get a callback, i can contact customer care and they will resolve the issue. Today when i try to contact customer care, they are saying they cannot get me connected to escalation desk. I don’t understand what type of customer service you guys are providing. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP and refund me my complete money. You guys are serving the worst Pizza available in market and your store manager does not even care for responding to customers. Also if you guys cannot have a contact number for store, why did you even open a store?" Also I am promised every time a callback will be arranged. Can you tell me when that will happen. STOP giving automated replies and try to call customer and resolve his concern. If you guys want free money to run a company, you can let people know so that they can donate you instead of cheating them by serving uncooked food. Can you arrange a callback..it's been 3 days now and you guys don't even bother to call customer. You have the worst customer service team who don't care for customers at all. I was kinda shocked how the service has went downhill since i came here probably a year ago. 1. Beginning with the app itself.. I ordered pizza on the app at 9:13pm and I arrived at 9:20 at 9:33 the app was showing my food was ready. But the staff told me to wait for 5 mins and i had to wait till 9:50 to get my food. 2. The place wae crowded and i understand if the tables are not cleaned when we arrived but even after repeatedly requesting the staff to clean our tables we were ignored on our faces. 3. I saw 2 families, and a group of friends just disappointed with the service as i was waiting . The wait time is just pathetic and the staff themselves were arguing over something. 4. Talking about the pizza i forgot to click how bad the pizzas are made... they look unappetizing, the bread is thick, the quantity of cheese is less, the pizza just lacks flavours. Dominos is in no way cheap but atleast maintain the basic quality and customer care. The whole staff is just a blunder whos trying to work out something. They just seem unbothered and careless. 5. There is a lot of issues to be discussed and i think they just ignore everything. I wouldnt recommend you to order pizzas from this place at all Utterly disappointed.

Very frustrated and disappointed with my experience here. I had to repeat my order 3 times . The person at the billing counter was not able to understand what I was saying and struggling with the billing computer,. I'm not sure why. I repeated the order multiple times and pointed at the item in the menu as well. Finally when he understood my order he took my phone number and name. There was another person interrupting me while I was placing my order. The person at the billing left my order and started taking the other person's order and I was left standing there. I was so frustrated that I walked away. The billing person didn't care as I walked out. My suggestion to people coming here - be prepared to keep waiting forever for your order being noted The tragedy doesn't end here. Hoping for a better delivery experience, I ordered lunch from here. I got a call saying it will be delivered in 2 hours as there is no delivery person available. How bad is this? Dominos says 20 mins delivery guaranteed and people from the restaurant say 2 hours. That too at 1.30 pm. Its not even late odd hours This was my worst Domino's experience

Not recommended. Interior is not clean they have not maintained - full of mud, rusted tables, sinking toilet, broken handwash and tables are not cleaned left overs will be lieing to showoff i believe or lazy to clean. They don't cook the pizza properly and stuffing is not added proper, quality and quantity of pizza is bad. Cashier or the order taking guy keeps let you knowing about the price of the pizzas, topups again and again cheap mentality. This is not Domino's if it continues brand will loose its value. If you can't provide eat in service better put a board only take away. Your delivery guys are even worst they don't have basics - they should switch off the headlights of the delivery vehicles at least when they don't use. Better order it from Bridge Rubixs Domino's.

One of the worst Dominos outlets in Bangalore… I love Dominos pizza but due this nonsense customer service I would never bust this place ever… No importance for time, we have to wait like for 40 mins to get just a regular pizza and Stuffed garlic bread and on asking for the order, they would provide items which were already prepared but they forgot to serve, which would be kept in racks and on asking them, they open each n every item to search for our product… We had asked for Veg Extravaganza cheese burst with extra cheese but we got without cheese burst and no extra cheese, and on complaining about the same, they are so rude that they asked us to eat the same item till they prepare a new one… utter nonsense…

The customer service is very worst, they won't respond to small orders quickly, there main focus is on online orders their time, stand by customers it's not so important to them, they won't even keep the proper change, and maintain the space very bad and they won't even clean the table properly time go time, and they have a favourite customer with bigger orders they the manager treats them very good, but normal people and small orders they won't even think about it. I'm writing this review after visiting the demonise four times, it's been a very wort experience all four times. Worst customer services and negligence.

Food was great as usual, but store was not managed properly. Not clean at all. Other Bangalore Domino's stores near me, have good ambience, very clean and glitters. This store was not cleaned, very dusty windows, meal packs not picked n put to dustbin after the previous customer left and before next customer wanted a seating. Some employees were sitting ducked below the counter and were engaged in phone. Only the one in the counter, who was billing was actively working. Washroom was fine, washed and kept near.

Very disappointed with this outlet, they barely put cheese and toppings, it feels like eating only base, no proper response to complaint raised, tablets are not cleaned immediately. Not recommended, not worth the money you pay. There are better Domino's outlets around the area with better service. Staff need training on customer service and importantly how to keep up the taste and quality of the pizza. They just throw something on the base because they have to.

For vegetarian there are many varieties of pizza for a very high cost.

Ordered through app. When compared to previous take away I felt the pizza was small and dough border was too big and had very less topping when compared to usual. Good ambience!! Went for dine in and pizza’s were just awesome and fresh. High chairs enjoyed by kids. However, counters are bit slow and they charge even for ketchup while majority of dominos branches provide it for free. Ample parking space for 2W. 4W would be a challenge. Exactly besides Indian oil petrol pump on Nagasandra main road. Seemed clean and hygienic.

Not a great taste..... Very bland.... They said they will send surprise gift for Rs. 199 but sent a pizza of 89....but doesn't really matter as the pizzas did not taste great.... Less fillings and only more crust....

Pizzas are similar to any dominos, but very poor management and store ambience. We get pizza ready sms, but they took over 10 minutes to give the pizza. Trying to manipulate the system in my view for meeting SLA. It is close to road and convenient, thats the only reason to dine here.

Worst service. Order was cancelled after 1 hour waiting. Called the driver, he said his ID is different. Got the call from another driver he didn't give any details and cancelled. Not even worth for 1 star.
