Placed an order over the phone, we requested a large half n half with basic pepporoni on one side and a specialty buffalo chicken on the other. They double-checked and said they could do it. So we paid via phone with card. We received a call from the manager at the store 5 minutes later, and they asked how we wanted the pizza. We were puzzled because we had already explained, but we explained again. Apparently, they could not do it, so we ended up just asking for two separate medium pizzas. He said it would be an additional $1, which is not a lot, but since it was their mistake, I requested for them to waive the additional charge. They refused to do so, stating it was the call center, so it was not their mistake. We ended up just paying the $1 since it was not that much of a difference but in all honestly if they had good customer service, a dollar for a big chain should not have been that big of a deal. So we received our pizza, and the delivery guy gave us trouble with the receipt. He asked us to resign since he couldn't see the signature. It was clearly a signature. Then he says, "Did you add the total?", so we added the total no trouble. Then he says, "Have you seen one of these before?", showing us the receipt. We were taken by surprise and thought he was very rude, so there was no tip considering the lack of customer service from shop to driver. Also, the pizzas were both lacking sauce and were very dry. The crazy cheezy bread we added on had no cheese and were knots. I believe they were garlic bread. They tasted good but were not what we ordered. So we ate some slices, threw the pizzas out, and will not order from here again.

Placed an order this evening. Trying feed family. Pretty understanding to prior days weather conditions, but today things were much improved. Waited an hour, and looked at the tracker. The tracker wasn’t no longer working. So, I checked the charges, and they had gone through. So, I called a couple times with no answer. After awhile I got an answer from an employee who said they had been trying to call me, which was not true. The employee said the manager told him this. I asked for the manager which he also confirm that somebody tried to call me. Again nobody tried to call me. Then proceeded to tell me they ran out of food and they were closing the store, and that my order had been canceled. That would’ve been great information told me when I placed the order, and had they called. Then he chose to let me know that he was a general manager and there was nobody else to talk to regarding the situation, and that my card will be reimbursed 2 to 3 business days. Anyhow, it wasn’t so much about the food at that point as it was the so-called customer service, and the so called communication. At that point I honestly wasn’t very pleasant. I just didn’t appreciate being lied to, charges placed on my debit card, family not fed etc... You can’t contact anybody to the website, and obviously talking to the general manager didn’t get anywhere.

When we call ,It is nice to hear a friendly voice that remembers you as a VALUED customer and always remembers SAYS HI! Even if it is a new team member in training. I prefer to call it in just feels more personal. When it is delivered its always hot! Delivery person is ALWAYS POLITE , HUMBLE, SMILES, ask how its going and talks to US. We always make sure to tip well cause they always take care of us!!!!! Again , we order either on line or call in. They are awesome with our order and deliver very fast! update 02/17/2020 Same as always in service, I have messed up a order and called in my mistake!!! They said no problem and made the correct one and brought it to me with NO QUESTIONS, NOR ASK FOR MONEY OR TIP, they as always know my wife same order and have even questioned it at door, If I made it wrong they will say no problem . Just call it in. WE ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF OUR DRIVERS.

We ordered a large pizza and got a medium. Tristian, the manager argued with us even after showing proof that we didn't received a large pizza like we paid for. Never apologized and argued with us for 10 min before agreeing to send another pizza. We had to wait twice as long for our pizza because they got it wrong. Then when the delivery driver came back he was extremely rude and demanded the other pizza back. No sorry. No offer for a refund. Both Tristian the manager and delivery driver was just awful! Even again showing the delivery driver with a ruler that the pizza we had was too small. He argued with us and was aggressive with us to the point I am shaking. We even donated to St.Judes!! Walked in to order a pizza and overheard the employees giggling in the back. I hollered to get their attention and was rudely told to leave. I know for a fact that what I smelled when I walked in the door wasn't pizza. Worst Domino's ever don't bother going here it's ran by white trash. Some large beast of a woman named Amber will threaten you as you leave the store. She say she wants a good review but doesn't have the customer service skills of a baboon. Go to pizza hut they have better pizza and workers.

Beem a loyal customer for 20 plus years!! I dont see why yall have to be stingy with the mushrooms!! All i ever see is 1 mushroom to a whole medium pizza come on guys!! Even when i pay extra i never see a significant amount!! Never been the type to complain but this just calls for it!! Here in Dallas my wings are always dry and my pizza has almost no mushrooms to accommodate flavor!! Im wandering if pizza hut does the same to online orders!!

I ordered at 2pm and received online confirmation. Nothing updated with their online graphic, so I called -- twice -- let ring 15-16 times till their phone just stopped ringing and I was disconnected. So at 2:20 I drove up to see if the pizza was ready and when I arrived at 2:25 it had not even been prepped, so I had to wait another 10 minutes at the location. Yeah, it would be REALLY hard for me to recommend this location to anyone else.

Wish I could give zero stars. Had the worse experince ever. Employee Amber, who happens to be the manager has no sense of communication, she was extremely RUDE and obnoxious . Corporate should really do something about the way she treats customers, she is affecting businesse for sure. She even threaten to cancel my order next time. Oh and vulgar as can be, someone like that shouldn't be working for any establishment. Will never return.

Every time I come to order the "girl" named Amber is rude and unprofessional I don't understand how she is still working here? Not only is she disturbingly rude but vulgar front of customers no one wants to hear about your sex life or listen to you call other employees names. She needs to be fired, obviously the manager does not care how she represents the store. I'll be telling people to not go to this Domino's.

So it's Domino's. It is exactly what you expect it to be. However being someone who orders pizza at least once a week Domino's has some great specials. If I'm ordering at work and more than one person wants a pizza you can usually get a medium pizza for under $7. Not bad for a lunch. It's not fantastic. It's pizza, it will make your belly full. And it's much less expensive than other pizza joints in town.

So we just moved nd have a new dominos to order from...i am pleased to say that I hve not a 1 complaint for this food chain. The quality of food is awesome..the app is sooo cool with all the choices and ways you can make your order to personal liking..not to mention the tracker tells you each nd every step all the way til your pizza is ready to go out the door. I absolutely LOVE dominos!!!

Food is usually good but the app sucks. Tried to redeem reward points and it errored out when I went to pay like 10 times in a row. Walked into the store for help and twiddle dumb behind the cash register had no clue how to help me and just stood there. Didn’t try to ask for help from a Manager. Interesting enough, when I just decided to pay and not redeem, the transaction went through.

The food a okay but the help was terrible, they basically argued with me to take a large order of pizzas. The management then proceeded to make me go around and get all the pizzas and wouldn't help me load it when I had 20 plus pizzas. And then gave me an attitude when I didn't give them a tip. Terrible customer service terrible management and employees I would not recommend.

The moment I walked in Mr.Brison gave me a customer service that stood out from competitive chains, made ordering pizza a standing ovation and a exciting experience 10/10 hospitality, energy and service!!! Serving my friends and family a pizza from this exact location is something to look forward too if this is how customers are treated from the moment the door opens

Ordered a pizza that didn’t show up ... AGAIN! I order a lot of dominos from another location that doesn’t have issues. If you can’t fulfill my order just call me so I’m not waiting for you to ignore my order. That’s just common courtesy. Guess I’ll switch to Papa John’s any time I’m in range of this store again and consider ordering from dominos. Very disappointed!!

This location actually has the pizzas ready when the tracker indicates it. The orders have been prepared, quickly, correctly, and on time. EDIT: I drive further to go to this location as the location by me (Webb Chapel @ Royal) consistently "cooks the books" on their pizza "ready" times by showing as "ready" 5 to 10 minutes ahead of when they're actually ready.

Hey guys do not order from them they are very rude and don't put customer service as a priority. I called and mngr. (Shift) Monica stated that her job could be lost if she delivered pizza to my home. Dominos fix your customer service mngrs and team. People like her are destroying your business. I'm ordering from somewhere else

We ordered delivery from this place like 6 times expecting it would get better each time but we always get a cold pizza at least an hour and a half EVERY time we order and when o asked for my money back they always refuse my refund and say "your order is on its way" then hang up.

Nice and super friendly staff. Food is always hot and ready when I walk in; I base my departure from home per the Domino's app after ordering. BBQ flavored sauce is a little bitter compartment to the Hut, but all the other non traditional sauces taste great!

I don't have any complaints about pizzas and sandwiches....everything here is good just one crew member need to have a little more patience and be a little more courteous but that's about it, and yes I'm planning to keep buying my pizzas here.

Every time I have ordered my order is always just as I want it. Even for pick up I arrive and do not have to wait long to walk out with my food. Like ordering from here over the other pizza place near me everyone at Domino’s is always so nice.

These guys close before their stated closing time. When you call in the last hour, they make you feel rushed. Then you get there to pick up your pizza, and they don't get you your pizza quickly even though it's already done and in the box.

Ordered 2 pizzas. For some reason the adress was saved to my old one. They fixed the adress and brought me fresh pizza. Very happy with service. And happy that they pizza was made delisouly, thank you. Keep up the good service

Domino's has really selling off as the leader in pizza but this location outshines all of the rest including their competitors the delivery is on time the pizza is hot and the ingredients are about as fresh as you will find.

Please update address on app. Thought I order at a different location because of the address. I drove 24 minutes to location and there was nothing there. To sum everything up I wasted about 2 hours for a 15 min trip

Walnut Hill Ln./Marsh Ln - Very clean location and swift service. Just wish the location could've been better. As far as food goes, it's just like every other Domino's Pizza. So you already know what you're getting.

Tried to order a small pizza online for delivery. Went to check out and after taxes, the delivery fee, and the tip. It came out to 30+ dollars for a small pizza. No thanks.
