I ordered my pizza online for curbside pickup. I called to let them know i was outside. The young man ask me what car was I in. I let him know what car I was in. When he came out the store he had two orders he delivered a order to the car beside me. Then he proceeded to walk to another car that was in a parking space behind my car. I see him hand them my order. They hand him the order back. Then I blew my horn to get his attention to ask him about my order. Then he tried to hand me the order that he just got from the inside of another car. I politely told him that I did not want that order. He got upset and took the pizza back in the store. I go in the store behind him and I see them taking the pizza and my pasta out the box and reheating it. They bring it out to my car 5 minutes later. So I asked for my money back The Young man named Marty who did not have on a badge or a mask, Threw the pizza and pasta on the floor and start banging on the keyboard to give me my money back. Very very very bad service I will not ever go back. None of the employees there understand the meaning of social distancing or being safe or cross-contamination. You would think with this pandemic going on that they will be much more cautious.

I wish it was 0 stars. We placed a delivery order. We were missing part of our order. I called the store. Every 2 to 3 words I said the worker seems to put me on hold. No apologies given. He stated that he would send the driver back with the 2 missing items. We waited 30 minutes. We kept checking the door. About an hour after the 1st call, I called again. I talked to the same person. He told me to check my door. I told him we checked it for 30 minutes. He repeated himself again about checking my door. He kept repeating. I sent someone to check the door yet again. The missing items were finally there 1 hr later. I asked to speak to the manager. He said I was. I wanted someone over him. He stated that there is his GM. I asked for a name. I was told Sergio. I asked for a last name. He went uh, uh, uh and kept saying uh. He told me that he doesn't know his last name at this moment. I responded with you are the manager and you do not know the name of the person you report to. Guess what? The uh, uh,uh, and uh came back. I hung up. I already had an order that we waited on. I should have to my order to get it warm. This is how my family had their Dominoes orde. Out of a microwave.

Ordered two pizzas both 2 topping without cheese today and 16 piece garlic Parm bites my husband has a cheese allergy so I love the Parm bites. First off it took 1hr 45 min to recieve and then open the boxes to find both covered in cheese. Called and spoke to a lady who was making excuses as to why the delivery took so long. Would have been fine if the food was correct. Then she scoffs and tells me that they don't make the pizzas ahead of time because obviously they would get cold. Per the pizza tracker my order sait in quality control for 45min. They sent me a new order, but the amount of poor customer service in unreal. Some people have allergies and honestly a scoff over that is just not okay. Horrible location to order from. The manager obviously needs to go back for continuing education when it comes to quality control and customer service!! The delivery driver was amazing. Super kind and understanding 5 Stars to the delivery driver!!!

This restaurant used to be good... but since July, they have been messing up. In July, they had me waiting for over an hour, posted on their order tracker that it was being delivered but when I went to the store, my order was barely being prepared!!! And the manager had no problem to tell me that. Fast-forward to today: I made my order and made sure all my info was correct (they had delivered many times before July). The driver today posted on their tracker that the order was delivered. I called 10 minutes later to find out that supposedly the driver couldn't deliver because I didn't put my apartment number, which is a lie because, again, they have delivered to my address before. So they waited for me to call to find out that supposed they couldn't deliver. This is insane!!!

I order from this dominos all the time I would say more than a normal person would. My husband loves pizza. Anyways there has been several times that my order has had an issue and they have always taken care of me. This time around I had an issue with my wings they did not have enough sauce hardly any. I called to let them know and they were willing to make me a new order and bring it to my home and I had to return them the original ones. I told them that by the time they got here my pizza would be cold therefor I would prefer a credit. He said being that I had already reported issues before that they could not give me a credit. He pretty much said in so many words “we don’t believe you” Obviously if I order all the time I am going to have more issues than a normal person would.

The 1 STAR reviews of this location are 100% accurate. If you want pizza...don't order it from here! We ordered our food at 8:49PM and it was "quality checked" at 9:02pm...but the food did not arrive til 10pm. Don't even bother calling this location, they won't answer. I'm sure they either have the phone on silent or are ignoring it on purpose. When we asked the driver what the issue was and why nobody was taking our call, he seemed like he didn't care and said the location was "very busy"...this is a Monday night....not a Friday or Saturday. It also seems like from the other reviewes the staff is rude and unprofessional and the manager doesn't care either. I wonder how many bad reviews it takes for corporate to notice there is a problem...

So, I had a replacement order due to the driver delivering my order to the incorrect address. They promised to replace my order, which were 2 medium - 2 toping-pizzas. So, I decided to place my replacement order today. I politely asked if she could simply Replace one pizza for another 5.99 item. She replied, “No”. I replaced my order and it arrives shortly and guess what it is burnt. Wo i called again and she said i made the order and they are not going to replace it and hung the phone up in my face. Look at the picture it is burnt. Oh and i was speaking to the manger. ***update*** Spoke to another manager after the incident and he did provide a complementary pizza. 5 stars

Two hours to deliver two medium pizzas and breadsticks. We have ordered from here dozens of times over the years and not previously had issues, but over the last several months the delivery has been horrible. We have ordered multiple times - once it was delivered to the wrong address, twice it took almost an hour an a half, and last night it was two hours from the time of ordering until the pizza was delivered. With no acknowledgement or apology. These are not large orders, 4 items max. Despite sitting on hold for 15 minutes, no one answers the phone to discuss order status. Skip this location and order elsewhere.

I've been ordering Domino's pizza for years, both in Kansas and now in Texas. I don't remember being as disappointed in the quality as I have since moving to Dallas last year. Most recently I ordered a thin/crispy medium pizza with pepperoni and onions. While having plenty of pepperoni, there were hardly ANY onions on the pizza. Doing the after delivery review does no good. No one ever seems to respond. Sure hope someone that can do something sees this because while there are plenty of pizza places around, it would be sad to see one go as downhill as this one seems to have.

Took over two hours from delivery time with no call or update. The delivery driver stated there was only one driver. Received the wrong order that was cold and soggy since it has been sitting for two hours. Was not offered a refund through the online portal rather, a free pizza which I will not being accepting for less than half of what I purchased. Poor management if it is known they cannot keep up demand yet continue taking orders. Will not be ordering through the app or from any dominos here on out.

I went back in to get the corrected pizza and it was wrong also, but a young lady working there said the previous person was not the manager and she corrected the error and my pizza was finally right, she offered to refund my money. I declined the refund because I’m the end she made everything right. Employees can’t seem to get a three topping pizza correct and the person who claimed he was the manager was rude sarcastic amd acted like who cares if we didn’t put the ingredients you ordered on your pizza.

This Domino’s Pizza Location is really consistent with the quality of the food and ingredients that they use. I always order the Pacific Veggie Large 14”, extra cheese. It’s a reliable and delicious pizza for delivery. I opt for Contactless Delivery, due to Pandemic but I have had interactions with some of the delivery people and they were all really polite. Domino’s always has some great coupons to take advantage of as well. Flavors are very consistent. I order about once a week.

Ordered carryout there were 2 ladies working really hard making pizzas and working counter. They were really busy. The girl got my order and checked me out so nice and friendly. Pizzas were delicious and got everything I ordered all sauces ect. Those two ladies need a raise!

At 11pm Wednesday night October 26th 2022 I called to place a order for pickup and the phone rang for 15min. Then when I got to the store she was on her personal phone talking to a friend and said "oh that was my fault sorry." And when I asked for a marinara sauce she wouldn't even let me have one for the inconvenience. Bad customer service!

This is a clean Domino’s location with a friendly staff and decent parking just outside the store. Food quality is consistent. My orders have always been correct, but I do pick up in store to ensure the order is right. This location is also in a nice neighborhood unlike some I’ve ordered from in not-so-great parts of town. They are too short staffed to get your order to you at a decent time or remotely fresh. And corporate doesn’t do anything to compensate for the cold pizzas you paid for other than offer you a few bucks off your next order. Do them a favor and order from somewhere else.
