I’m a nurse and work 7pm to 7am. I was at work last night and didn’t bring anything with me for dinner and wasn’t able to leave work before everything in Bellevue closed. The only place open was Dominos, so I ordered food for delivery around 11:20pm (They close at 12am). Their location is literally about a mile from my work. The tracker showed that the food was made by Robert and out for delivery around midnight. 12:30am came and I tried to call the store to find out where my food was and they already had their phones off, so I couldn’t reach anyone. I thought maybe they got lost or had several other deliveries on the way, but 1am came and went, then 2am. I then realized that I was going to have to work my whole 12 hour shift without eating. I called the location this morning and started to explain the situation and was going to request a refund, as I paid for the food through the app, and the man who answered the phone (I didn’t get his name before he hung up on me) said he didn’t have time to talk to me about my issue, as he was busy try to prep everything and told me to call later and hung up. My thought process was “Fine, you don’t want to talk to me... that’s fine... I will just call corporate.” So, I called their corporate office and spoke to a nice gentleman there and explained the situation to him and that I just wanted my $22 refunded. He explained that this store is a franchise, so he couldn’t do the refund, however he was able to check my order and see that it was successfully sent to the store and sent the complaint in a message to the store owner regarding not getting my food and needing a refund, as well as how the person at the store this morning handled my call. I called corporate at 9:30am and it is now 3pm and haven’t heard anything. Hopefully I will hear something back today. I frequently order from this location and never had issues until last night, but how the situation was handled, I will never order from this Dominos ever again! If I could give this store zero stars I would!!!

Ordered a pizza for contactless delivery at 7:15. Checked the street address, it was right. Wrote VERY clear and detailed instructions, including describing my car (parked out front, only one in the complex) and door mat. Confirmation email said delivery in 25-35 min. Gate called, we rang them through. The tracker gps showed the driver stop just inside the gate at the mailboxes for several minutes. Then just updated and said delivered. Our complex can be tricky, so I walked around to every building near mine- no pizza. So I called, explained. They tried calling the driver multiple times and said their GPS said she was still on our road, so she must be looking for the place. She never called us. They said pizza should be here soon. 30 minutes, no pizza, I call again. "Oh I'll ask the driver, she's been back for a WHILE." Said she did deliver but our address had a different unit number and she'd delivered to that. Insisted she followed the instructions I'd left, but somehow gone to a different unit...that had neither the car nor mat mentioned in the instructions. Fine, can I just get another pizza? They said it would be there in 15 to 20 min. I call AGAIN thirty minutes later to ask how long. "Our driver just left five minutes ago." So five minutes AFTER the long estimate of when my pizza would be here. I asked for partial refund- cause I get it, drivers still have to get paid, they're still out product- and the manager offered a discount on a future pizza. I explained I'm not really interested in future orders after this, and he basically said how much of a pain partial refunds are to process. Fine, full refund. He said he'd handle it. Finally got my pizza at 9:15.

I normally don’t review things, or fill out surveys, but I wanted to give our Domino’s on Old Harding in Bellevue, Nashville, Tennessee a shout-out for being awesome. [P.S. They didn’t ask me for this review - I’m just doing it out of the goodness of my heart.] Anyway, they are so much faster & more efficient than our nearby Papa John’s that is just around the corner. Our wait time is usually 15-30 min for either carry out or delivery at Domino’s (granted we live 5 min away), and it’s usually 1.5 -2 hours for Papa Johns, not to mention you have to wait in a really long drive thru line at PJs as they don’t allow anyone inside. But you know what? We’ve decided that Domino’s pizza is the best tasting out of the 3 “fast food” pizza places near us. Pizza Hut is probably the fastest of the 3 as they are almost always 15 minutes, but their pizza isn’t anywhere near as good as Domino’s, which is maybe why it’s fast because they have no customers. Last week a delivery driver that wasn’t our delivery guy from Domino’s accidentally grabbed one of our pizzas, and when the delivery driver only showed up with one, I asked where our other pizza was. He was so apologetic. Since they are so close it didn’t take long for them to bring another one by, but in the meantime the manager called and offered us a Sprite 2 liter and upgraded our pizza to a large, and offered to refund us for a pizza, and was also very apologetic. I told him not to worry about it and that accidents happen, no big deal. Anyway, thanks Domino’s! You rock.

I stood outside of the door for about 10 mins and was simply trying to purchase a couple things of garlic butter. There were 3 grown men inside and I am a female who was all alone, posing no threat at all. I then placed the order online and knocked on the door, once again I was ignored. I ended up having to call the store to get let inside to pick up 2 containers of garlic butter for $1.51 and that’s just ridiculous & very rude. I even politely asked if they were busy, a late night rush? I was told, “a little bit”. Which translate to, “no b**ch, we just didn’t want to let you in, we much rather you feel uncomfortable knowing damn well that we know you’re standing outside the door”. The only reason I gave 2 stars is after calling & rudely being placed on hold, “thanks for calling dominios, please hold” & was immediately put on hold without the opportunity to say, “ok”, the young man who let me in, had good manners & was polite. I’ve worked in customer service for 25 years, 10 of which was spent in the pizza business & no way in hell would my managers have allowed a female who is evidently by herself, stand outside the store door & completely ignore her. If you’re not going to let customers in to pick up their order then put a sign on the door so they don’t stand out there like an idiot. I shouldn’t have to go online to place an order for 2 garlic butters & end up having to place an order for them online & then call the store b/c they’re blatantly ignoring me standing right outside the door.

Both items were ready, as well as hot & fresh at time of pick-up; the estimated ready-time was spot on. I didn't like the website's ordering pages/form setup at all, for many reasons, but I'll only give one here atm: They made it more complicated than it should have been to simply find out more details, even simple ones, abt any of the available coupons or promos....BUT that displeasure w/the website/online ordering mechanism did NOT factor in to my rating of 4 stars for this pizza place. The main reason I deducted a star (&might have enough taken away half of another star if it'd been possible to do so) is that now they don't include even 1 damn dipping sauce w/your order of cheesy bread. It costs abt $650 for a single order & they used to incl. 1 marinara dipping sauce@least! Now if you want any sauces whatsoever, you have pay for them.

Our service has been hit or miss with this location. Whenever there's an issue with a delivery or they don't have enough drivers, they NEVER call to notify customers that the order is running late or to apologize. They wait until you call. Two out of 4 times, it's been more than an hour wait for delivery. Each time I call, I'm told it'll be there within a 1/2 hour...mind you , this is happening AFTER I've called because it's been an hour wait. I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from this place if you're hungry. You'll end up making a sandwich while you wait. :( I decreased my rating because after several months I decided to give it one last try. Again, my order took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Online tracker said my order was delivered when it wasn't. I spoke to the manager again this time and got the same excuses (driver clocked out online because he had 3 orders to deliver, low staff, I'll comp your next order etc.)

6 months ago, I would have rated this place 5 stars; however, lately they have been taking longer and longer to deliver a medium pizza and wings. The final straw was tonight when 90 minutes passed when the online tracker finally stated that the pizza was delivered, which was not the case; I called the store up and cancelled the order. I'm not sure if the store is under new management or if a bunch of people working there just quit suddenly, but either way, Domino's just lost a customer for it. UPDATE: Received a call from the delivery driver, Russell, 30 minutes pass Domino's closing time apologizing for the delay. I told him that I had already requested the refund and he understood and apologized again for the problems the store was apparently having. That alone was enough to add a star to the review and consider giving this store another chance in the future.

I probably order pizza 2-3x a week from this dominoes. All 4 of my kids LOVE pizza, so I've gotten to know most of the employees pretty well, and wow let me tell you, the customer service from all the staff here is amazing but especially...I believe his name was Steven. Extremely polite and courteous, always has smile on his face. You can tell he really loves what he does and it shows in his work ethics. One time I dropped my pizza on my way out the door as I was chasing my youngest daughter, he saw what happened (on the cameras I guess?) and immediately came and helped clean up the mess I caused and then let me know there was a replacement pizza already being made! How much better customer service can you ask for? I will always remain loyal to this dominoes just off that one experience I had. It's the little things that make a big difference sometimes.

ordered a pizza on the night before today which today is Dec 5th had my assistant Anthony order it. They got the order wrong and was extremely late on the delivery time.. Wondering why they still get 5 star is because they were super busy that night. the delivery man literally RAN from his car to the door when he got here with the late pizza. After contacting manager about the situation they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! would recommend to anyone in the bellevue area to order from this location. Either Ashley or Alicia was the woman i spoke with but was very professional. Things happen and i think they still are a 5 star business. people don't take in account that things DO happen. But they made it right! Call any time.for 5 star service!

I have ordered pizza from this domino's 12 times of the 12 times they have got my order wrong 10 of the 12 times! I only keep using them because I hope for a change. I am down now. On the last order I had delivered they got my pizza wrong and I had to drive back to get another pizza. The manager didn't offer to deliver the new pizza nor did she offer to take care of my bill. The excuse was we are short handed and have lots of new people. I have heard that excuse to many times. The time before my wife picked up pizza and was wrong again. Not sure what happened to this domino's but this one needs to be retrained but someone who can handle it or at least work on their customer service.

Visiting from out of town we found this location to be closest to our hotel. We love Dominos and wanted something familiar for a late dinner. We ordered pizza at 9:05pm on Sunday June 23rd it estimated 45-55 min for delivery. Using the tracker we saw the pizza was checked for perfection at 9:24pm. By 10pm still no pizza, so we called the store and the manager picked up. He was unprofessional and seemed to have no interest in helping. He cut off my wife multiple times, barely giving her time to answer his questions. It’s now 10:32pm and the pizza just arrived, barely warm and not too good looking. This is by far the worst experience we’ve had with a Dominos.

Absolutely brutal. I ordered at 3pm and it's now 5pm. The "Dominos tracker" still says it's in the prep stage lol. It;s been 2 hours. They must be making it really special for me. I attempted to call but nobody answered and so after a few minutes of ringing I hung up. This is the second time I've waited over two hours for a pizza from this location. The first time was October 28th and I actually waited 3.5 hour for a pizza. On that particular night, I asked for the food to be delivered but after waiting for 3 hours drove to the store to pick it up myself. I would order from pizza hut down the road but the reviews from over there are actually worse.

Just ordered online and the delivery was fast and website was easy to order "contactless" delivery. Still not happy with our order though. The sauce on our cheese only pizza was too spicy! And the chicken nuggets were way too small for $8.00. I think we're done. First timers at this Domino's...While the pizza was very tasty, we had a few issues. Nowhere on the website (that I could see) does it mention that if you order pan, it's a $1.00 more, irritating. Our pan pizza was so under cooked we had to put it in our oven for 15 minutes to get it edible. Something is wrong with that. Whoever cooked the pizza should have known it takes longer.

I used to work at a Domino's, and this location is on top of it. I don't think they've ever got my order wrong, or forgot a sauce, or a soda. And the food is as good as dominos could be with the ingredients that they have to use. They present it nicely, spread out the toppings well, don't burn it, get the portions right, cut evenly, etc. All the things that daddy Dominos corporate says to do, that almost no locations get completely right. Everybody's super nice in the restaurant, which btw I've never see a cleaner kitchen at a Domino's. This place puts the one I used to work at to shame (not naming location :-P ).

Had grossly undercooked pizza from this location twice. Delivery always takes a while. I'm currently looking at a screen that says my pizza was double checked for perfection 23 minutes ago. The location is 4 minutes away. Delivery folks have always been polite. But either they're not punctual or the location is slow about making food and lying on their tracker. Or my pizza has been out of the oven and sitting there for nearly a half an hour. I'll always love dominos but after this I think I'm going to have to ask the online ordering system to pick a different location for me.

This dominos used to be the best one i have ever gotten pizza from, but in the past few months the quality has dropped. The pizzas aren’t as good as the used to be and delivery takes longer and longer ever time. I normally do online delivery, but one day it wasn’t available (I assume a software update or something). So I tried calling up to the store and was waiting for 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone before I gave up. I’m sure they’re just short staffed which I totally understand, but it’s just disappointing to not have consistently awesome pizza.

Years ago it was great, now the place is full of robotic type employees who no longer care what is served and definitely not worth the prices. Alley Pub has the best pizza in the area, this commercial pizza establishment isn't worth the trip skimpy toppings, sad, mad and bad employees and Leadership. I ordered an extravaganza pizza had to search for toppings, sauce and cheese, plus it was cold. It was pick up I arrived at the time scheduled but was quite disappointed reached out to management they promised a fix never heard anything.

Order my pizza at 6:21pm online. Went to pick it up, and it wasn’t ready. This was at 6:51pm. When ordered online, it said that estimated wait time would be about 21-24 minutes. When I went in to get it, it was still 16 minutes from being ready. When I asked if the online information about the timing could be more accurate... the employee said “we are doing in the best we can” in an irritated voice. I wasn’t rude or impatient with him. Other than timing, the place is good. They just need to work on timing and costumer service.

Long time customer of this location and I have to say it used to be great. This last year they really have gone down hill. Almost every delivery is late, the pizza is cold and this last time I ordered it was almost uneditable due to the cheese being rubbery and crust was hard and gross. Also the delivery insurance is a scam and not as advertised. We only got one free medium pizza even though 2 pizzas and bread we're ruined. Stick with the Papa John's location as they have decreased delivery time and upped their quality.

Ordered 3 pizzas and my son came home with only 2. I called and the sweet young lady on the phone apologized sincerely for the mistake and offered a credit for that pizza plus a free dessert, which I accepted since we are a bit away and didn't want to make a second trip. I ,called the next day and place an order for that pizza, the dessert and an extra pizza which I fully expected to pay for. They said it was all on the house and it was delicious. So appreciative of their willingness to go above and beyond.

This store will close by the end of 2018. Whoever owns / manages this store is losing a bunch of business. No one answers the phone even after 5 minutes. (Yes, I've waited that long) Delivery has become lazy and will cancel your order if you have them waiting even a minute to get to the door. I've even tried using the app for this location and get a nearly instant cancellation each time. Jets pizza is close by and there's a Pizza Hut down the street. Order from those instead.

The Bellevue Domino's is the worst. The other night I ordered a salad and pasta. I called because it was taking so long, they told me it was next because they were short on drivers. They called me back and told me it was on it's way. I waited for a while and then they called me back saying that they did not have a salad and was going to cancel my order. Why did it take an hour and a half to figure out they didn't have a salad. Terrible manager and terrible customer service.

The Pizza was great, the dessert was great. I was there about 7 minutes before anyone ever even spoke to me. No one EVER looked at me while 2 people were just standing there, obviously not assigned to the cashier part. They could have said, "hello", "we'll be with you in a moment", "be right there". Instead, they avoided eye contact. The fake kindness at checkout was just a let down. Maybe I can have Papa Murphy make me the same one.

So I heard from a friend that it was 50% off of Pizza this weekend, decided to order a couple and when I went into the store the young woman behind the counter was having a meltdown. I was not the only customer waiting while this was happening. I actually felt kinda bad for her, they were obviously very in short staffed for this "50% off promo" and honestly I haven't been there in ages, after this experience I will not be returning.

This location has gone downhill fast. I used to order pick up and it would be ready in 15 mins a few years ago. Now, they make crappy pizza; they make mistakes boxing (yesterday I had someone's pizza in my box) and then they lose your pizza as well..Then you have to wait extra 20 mins and they don't even offer anything for your time like Pizza hut and others do...This is the last time I ordered here..NEVER AGAIN.

I really liked Domino's pizza. However, the last 3 times I had pizzas delivered they have all been awful. Domino's now have a 50% off deal if ordering online. I would not order Domino's if they ran a 75% off special. Years ago their pizza tasted like cardboard and they upgraded the ingredients and they had great pizza. They are back to low end cardboard. Hope they can turn it around.

I have lived in the area for almost 5 years. I love a good Domino's pizza but I consistently had issues with this locations ability to delivery a fresh/hot pizza in their designated delivery window. They also have never attempted to make it right when they fail. Great pizza if you are willing to pick up but don't expect anything good if you go the delivery route. Really really poor

Called in an order was told it would be about 40 min due to being short staffed. An hour later I call the store and some lady tells me it actually a 2-3 hour delivery time because they are short staffed. Make up your mind is it 40 min or 2-3 hours there is a huge difference there. Poor customer service and poor communication to the customer will take my business to Marco's Pizza

The remodel didn’t change to much. Walk in to pay and the counter person gave attitude from the start. Acted like he didn’t want to be there and took it out on me. I asked for more garlic spread on the crust and he said we don’t do that, I said on the hand tossed you used to. His response was yes we do but we don’t do extra. Very disappointed again with them and there service.

Did you know Dominos cancels your online order of you dont answer your phone 7 mins after ordering? I learned that today after ordering and going to walk my dog. Returned and saw a missed call so called back and sat on hold for another 7mins and then told my order was cancelled. Um . . Maybe yall should make that clear in advance. Thanks Adam!!

I wasn't expecting much since this is a chain. But my pizza was perfect. Like weirdly perfect. I picked it up and the staff inside was super pleasant. When I got home and opened my pizza boxes I was surprised at how amazing it looked and even more surprised at how great it tasted. This is definitely the best Domino's I've ever ordered from.

I like the carry out option here. It is usually ready in 10-15 minutes. I was very impressed watching the preparation here while I waited. Unlike other pizza companies around the Bellevue area the employees at Dominoes know there jobs well and work very efficiently as a team. Hats off to the manager here because it is a well run operation!

I always have good experience with inline ordering at this location in Bellevue. The only thing I don't like is there isn't a modify button like dominoes told me. I want to get extra extra garlic sauce and seasoning on my crust & drizzle over the pizza. But I can't find an area to type that in

No matter when I order, the food is always hot and fresh and on time! All of the drivers have been so very kind and respectful!! I used to dislike Domino's until I tried this location and I have been 100% satisfied with this location!! This is the only local pizza place I will order from!!

Terrible service. My dad placed an order for my brother and I and when we walked in the cashier needed to ID my 19 year old brother for a pizza. The picture is how my pizza looked. It was cut into 7 different sized pieces instead of a nice 8. Couldn’t even make a pizza look nice? Wow.

Okay I love the thin crust pizza here. The service and delivery aspects knock off a star though. They always seem to be out of delivery drivers so the online quoted time is not accurate. After waiting 90 minutes for a pizza that never came I just started always picking up in person.

Been getting pizza here for 10 years. It’s really amazing how well managed this location is. Consistently friendly and professional staff. If they make a mistake, they own it, and make it right. Clean restaurant, employees wash hands, and they make delicious pizza! Highly recommend!

Placed order at 8:18pm. Thru app said pizza on its way at 9:02pm. It is now 10:05 pm and still no pizza. Tried calling the store and was on hold for 8 minutes before call was cutoff. Called back and was on hold another 7 minutes and phone was never answered. Very disappointed.

Domino's is usually pretty standard wherever you go. This is one of the exceptions. I've had pizza here twice and both times they skimpked on the cheese and the toppings. Pretty lame

They are always consistent. The sandwiches are great and the employees are so nice and personable. I always ask if there is a coupon they can attach and 9 times out of ten there is.

Went in for a pizza for pick up and the only problem i have is the guy cutting the pizza had long hair and wasnt wearing a hair net other wise everything else was ok

this thin crust spinach and cheese was so burnt and dry it was like tasting pizza flavored potato chips. has to be the worst thin crust I have ever gotten! shameful!

I miss the twisty bread from back in the day, but now they've Incorporated into the crust. Delish! I love the Philly steak option, no other pizza chain overs that.
