On 19th july 23 i ordered pizza through online aap at 12 noon my order was placed and confirmed after a hour when the order was dispatched for the bhiwandi store it showed the order was cancelled automatically i asked the customer care for reason they said it was cancelled for my side after a while they informed that due to water and rain condition the order cant be delivered when i asked the calling person from store why wasn’t i called and informed regarding the same he answers call did not connected at the time. Actually 1 star is the list i wish google had half star also in option so far this is the worst service after waiting for 1 hr they do this n the employee calling for informing shell aslo be thought some manners. Dominos plz try and raise some standards

Poor service wrost customer experience. Ashutosh was the manager in charge and he had nothing in control there was no team work ...... The staff is Well trained for " not to laugh" and making faces. And making fake arguments with customers I had to wait for more than wait 30 min for our order to come...don't expect much..the pizza was cold as ice!!!! ..pizza quality was the wrost. The girls (Kiran) at the billing counters were showing attitudes acting as if nothing is wrong nothing unusual happened. This is one of the wrost experience we ever had at any pizza joint. They were all lacking energy and looked like they were being forced to work here.

Domino's Pizza is located near Haseen Farhan PVR (cinema theatre),but they don't deliver in Shanti Nagar where most of the customers are available,and there's always wait for your order when you visit here.Staff is non co-operative, online payment is rarely available and you have to purchase carry bag here for your orders

I got the whole order of Vegetarian pizzas, whereas I paid for the non-veg one. And the order is not being taken back. Pathetic experience from Dominos and their employees.. worst ever! And my ₹917 got wasted.. atleast accept your mistake guys..

It was my sons birthday and it was the first time we ordered pizza from here. The manager Aakash personally helped me with the order and also how best to reach the place. It took 10 mins to prepare and get all the things ready. Amazing. Parking is a problem. The place is small but ok in neatness. It could be better. The best thing here is the friendly nature of the staff.

Pizza taste was awesome..but two spoon of lava cake cost 99 Rs... Which acc. To me is damn expensive.... Envt is not so good... No music...nothing...one cnnot peacefully and talk. Plus today hospitality is not good the sales person was too tired to answer my questions and he didn't treated us right.

Very Bad or Worst I can say.... They reduced the area .... For 100-200 m I have to walk to take the parcel that too in prime area. Not serving in prime area is big insult to Bhiwandi city. Rather I would suggest stop giving own delivery. And use jedlo or other local app for serving.

I was not able to pay through Dominos app. It was throwing error: Maximum attempts are done to pay. Not satisfied with Pizza's taste. Ordered two pizzas: Unbelievable & Peepy Panner Both were not spicy and taste was average.

Service not good. Parking is not available for that reason you have to face many defficulties. Some staff members are very arrogant. While cleaning they are not allow us to seat and talk in very arrogant way.

Little high prices.....no offers......not that quality

Pizza was okay but the ambience was too bad torn out wires of AC and not maintaining the washroom for customers and tables were not properly washed.

I have ordered 3 pizza from pizza mania There was hardly any cheese after asking branch employee I was answered that as it is a less value pizza so the chesse was very less. one of the worst branch ever

Bad bad smell from Veg Pizza and Burger. They don't even have separate Oven for Non-Veg. Only thing I liked was Garlic Bread. And Staff was good. That's it.

Good to hang out with family n friends for small meet-up, and good to have Domino's in bhiwandi.

I order medium size chicken pizza and chicken wings. These taste wise the pizza is ok but chicken wings are not worth.

It's a great time, fantastic pizza, it is located to S2 Haseen Cinema, looking from road, also parking available.

Gave only one star because of washroom hygiene! Other wise it's an aesthetically average place to be at.
