If I could give zero stars I would! I order weekly at the Pembina location. I specifically order one pizza without pork as a member of my family does not consume pork products. Instead of beef crumble on the pizza it had Italian sausage. I called and the man on the phone said they could make another pizza but I have to come get it bc they’re busy and they want the pizza back. I found this unacceptable as the mistake is NOT on my end and they need to correct the problem also by not inconveniencing me to go back out to pick up a pizza they made a mistake on. He was no help and I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that I can call tomorrow when the manager is in. I explained, this family member does not have supper then. He didn’t get it. He finally talked to some magic person and all of a sudden was able to deliver a pizza. It was still wrong! The man just continued to argue that it’s beef. Horrible customer service to argue with a customer and basically saying we cannot help you bc it’s beef. I will no longer give them my weekly order!

Really poor service and staff. Its our 4th time in this location and this time also as expected they messed up my order. One delivery driver took my order by mistake and vanished. Like be for real guys every time i order for pickup you guys have something waiting for me. Last time one “delivery driver” messed up the pizza and before that one of you had my pizza cut wrong way. I hope the owner or the dominos branch manager is reading this because this location is getting out of hand and needs to do better.!!!!!!! Never ever coming back and never recommending anyone. I wish i could rate you guys below 0.

I ordered ahead on a Friday where there was a deal for 50% off. It was slammed, so I knew there would be a longer than usual wait time. Staff was super efficient and friendly, the store was clean and employees were working fast. A nice blonde girl behind the counter was keeping everyone waiting updated on their orders, which I really appreciated! My pizzas turned out great, and I had a great experience even though I had to wait a bit longer than usual. Would come back!

Personally my favorite pizza place amongst all that I've eaten from other companies. Until 1st December 2024, I fought my reasoning and ordered for delivery estimated for 25 minutes even though I stay just 4 minutes away. It's been an hour and I'm still sitting here and waiting for pizza. Wishing I could cancel the order and go get some sleep. Very disappointed.

They would use the same hands without washing when we want a veg pizza. Some people have preferences and they should learn on how to respect them

I have seen lots of Dominos stores. However, this one is amazing. Store is clean and full of positive vibes. I love the staff. I usually interact with Sukhman, Arsh, and Tarikh. The are amazing and helpful. I specially come here leaving other stores to eat and enjoy. Thanks for great service. Be healthy and be happy :)

This location is the BEST. I have great experience every single time. Staff is friendly, superb customer service. ARSH is beyond amazing and reason we will be back. He is respectful, professional and humble. The app ordering is simple and easy. Their pizza taste good and worth every penny.

Was very friendly and was able to assist me even when I made a mistake. It wasn't any fuss to fix and was very polite about it.

Horrible. We placed an order online and got notified it was ready for pick up. When we got there, the staff said there was a "mix up" and it was not ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes in the store. The staff did NOT make things right and we left unsatisfied.

I live in st Norbert and order from them on almost a weekly basis. Their customer service and promptness deserves the 5 stars. If you're in the surrounding area, pleas consider ordering from dominoes pizza pembina south location because they are THE BEST

Called up to order pizza. They are a major international pizza chain. Yes they have gluten-free pizza but they are too lazy to see if the crust is made with either garlic or onion. Person was completely unhelpful. Didn’t care to help us

The dough was not fully cooked , sauce was over powering, toppings were mostly in the center n not a lot for the two pies being specialty pizzas . There was more crust on the pizzas. They gave us a full credit and in addition I will say

worst customer service i have ever seen,today I ordered a large garlic fingers & i got this thin crust fingers i called them to explain my problem because i worked at dominos before i think they used a small dough to make large pizza

Took 45 mins for them to start baking my pizza and an hour and a half for my pizza to come and the drive was 10 mins. Never order from this place you can just drive to little pizza heaven or anywhere else to get food.

Order a Handmade pan pizza, Buffalo chicken. Barely had any chicken or cheese. Literally disappointed. Usually order from this location but haven’t had any issues, but this was literally a waste.

Excellent service. Pizza and chicken were cooked perfect and made quickly. Whether delivery or pick up, the turn around is always fast. Consistent food quality and service!
