Horrible customer Service especially at the reception area- The ladies seem like they'd rather be doing something else than attend to clients! A one "mirembe" at reception was not only cold but rude to us after having booked days prior and called ahead!! Perharps having worked there for a while has made them very complacant!! The massage therapist called Pricilla was worse than an intern starting out!!! Apart from a nice ambience, there is ABSOLUTELY NO value for money as far as massage services are concerned! It started out nicely but clearly the employees have turned complacant and the owners dont care to improve the services! Whereas, i had given this place a couple of chances before my review, i must say it keeps going downhill and i truly won't be going back!!

A good place to retreat when you're tired and just want to be pampered. I had massages, body scrub, even went in the tub for detox in the past, which I'm not sure what it did to me but it was satisfying. Recently I had a facial to start the year right which was not too bad considering that I'm very picky when it comes to this kind of service. I suggest you choose the product you want on your face or bring your own.

The staff at the spa were very welcoming. Annette gave me such a great Swedish massage which even included a few excellent Thai massage stretches. She was very skilled and dedicated to finding what made my back sore! I feel so much better now. The service at this spa is miles superior than what I got at Calabash Spa nearby. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a massage in the area!

I have tried several spas in Kampala and this is so far the best. The massage was perfect, the right pressure, technique and the masseuse did ask each time if the pressure was appropriate. I then had a body scrub and it was very good. The stretching of your muscles, the releasing of tight knots and then a cleansing of the skin.....it was a wonderful experience. Amazing spa wow…so many options here. I love that this place has a lounge with WIFI so it’s good for relaxing for long periods of time. Staff is super kind. Sophie did a great job on my massages/facial. Highly recommend the body scrub to pair with a massage. Great spot for tourists or business travelers who need a place to spend the afternoon/free time in the city

Terrible service! Very complacent and rude reception staff. Not coming back ever. This is how good businesses die over night! You can't ask a client , "do you have someone who normally works on you ?" In the middle of a massage , or "my fingers will hurt if I don't do the massage like this" , when a client is indicating they are in more pain than they can bare.

This place is amazing Fantastic customer service skills, service desk is very friendly, loved the place they have good massage packages, turkish baths, herbal balls, facials nice relaxing lobby with a continental restaurant, good security features ample parking, nice saloon and friendly workers. Its a place I would recommend to anyone…

The place looks absolutely amazing! The staff love what they do. It's a true definition of a pampery I loved the hygiene and timely services. Also, much appreciation to Moreen who made sure we had a memorable experience. Girl deserves a pay raise
