Was very disappointing in my experience with this company. While there is always risk with buying used parts, I was reassured that they test them to make sure they are in working order. I unfortunately received a part that was put into my car that did not in fact work. I declined getting another part from this company as I don't feel they can be trusted to be actually testing there parts. Which unfortunately resulted in paying double the labor costs at the garage. Not ok. Service was subpar to begin with.

Called this place looking for a rim for a truck. The lady I spoke with actually had me text a photo so I could better show what I needed. She found it in 5 mins, outsourced from North Bay. Arranged shipping, and I paid over the phone. Probably the easiest transaction that I thought was going to be a pain, locating a wrecker part. I will use these guys again, and again. Too easy.

I bought a transmission from this store which was delivered from Quebec. I want to say that the store sales people are great. They go above and beyond to explain in details how to install and flush the transmission prior to installation. Guess what, my truck is back up and running. I can’t thank them enough.

Call before - inventory list is garbage - literally false advertising. Went there for minor part - inventory showed 3 different ones available. Got there NONE in stock but instead of $30 they can get one for $100 - BS response

Doug's is great. The friendly folks on the phone are helpful and always get me what I need. They can also order your part from other locations or get you brand new OEM replacement parts for a decent price.

Ordered an OEM amplifier for a customer's vehicle. Good deal with, no B.S. Had the amp shipped to our shop and was here on time as per their word. Amp worked great and got the customer has tunes again.

We have been Dealing with Kevin and his staff at Doug's Auto Parts for many years. Their knowledgeable sales team and quality speak volumes. I would highly recommend dealing with this company.

The service here is superb, needed a replacement part for chevy they had it in stock, pulled it off the salvage and helped loaded. Prices were very fair. I'd highly recommend them any day!

While their website is not updated as much as it should be they are very friendly respectful and helpful over the phone and can help you find nice quality after market parts very quickly

This is a great place they can get or have any part you'd ever need. I picked up some tow mirrors for my truck for 575$ when GM wanted 1600$ Worth the drive highly recommended!

Should be called dougs auto museum. They refuse to sell the parts off the cars they have. just rediculous...and....and get this, the owners name is kevin not doug. what a joke.
