My friend bought me a gift from Dove and Arrow, a wooden plaque with a fun quote. She mentioned that she debated over two and I decided to trade it in for the other one. A gift receipt was included but the owner would not let me exchange it for one with a different saying a few days later. Not even one that was smaller and less expensive. Beware that Dove and Arrow has a stringent non-negotiable, non-return, no exchange policy. All sales are definitely final. The owner's explanation was that they have no control over what happens to items once they leave the store. It wasn't a perishable item, just a wooden plaque that sat in the bag with tissue paper for three days. How can a business stay viable with such a non-customer centric policy? This was an unpleasant retail experience and an unsatisfying interaction with the proprietor.

As the sign out front says, this is the cuttest shop ever! Not only can you find great gift, decor, home and jewlery items, Iva also hosts birthday parties and creative workshops! We have had the pleasure of holding 2 birthday parties at Dove+Arrow over the years and my daughters have also attended parties there as guests. Iva provides a perfect space with all the supplies and is there to lead everyone through the creative process. The kids always have so much fun there and as a parent planning the party, it's honestly so stress free. The added bonus, while the kids create, parents can shop too. I highly recommend visiting Dove + Arrow!

Kitchen Cabinets done by Iva and her husband were superbly done. Iva came to the house to give us a consult and help with paint selection. Iva was very professional and her work speaks for itself. She had a specific timeline and followed it to a tee! It's been over 7mths since she reinstalled the painted doors and they looks as good as the day she installed them. The paint she uses is easily cleaned with just a damp cloth. I highly recommend Iva and team for quality and reasonable price.

We had our kitchen cabinetry painted by Iva and her team a year ago. Today it still looks as good as when it was first done. She was very professional throughout the entire process and worked hard with her team to get the job done right and on time. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a nice person and will also recommend trending colours and handles. The price was good too, much better than the big box stores. I highly recommend Iva!

How refreshing it was to deal with Dove + Arrow! I placed an order which qualified for free shipping than realized I forgot one item. I called the store and spoke with a lovely woman who let me place the 2nd order and ship it with my original order no problem. My order arrived in Mississauga THE NEXT DAY! Thats better than Amazon prime! Great products and fair prices. Can't wait for lockdown to end to visit the store.

Had my kitchen cupboards painted several months ago with Dove and Arrow. They did an excellent job! Very professional and thorough. Transformed my kitchen. Very happy with the finished product. They are holding up very well. If you are thinking of painting your cupboards, I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

Love the store! Filled with really cute items that make great gifts! I went to Dove + Aarow for paint supplies to try to paint an old dresser. The owner, Iva is very knowledgeable and walked me thru the entire process - its been over a year and and my dresser still looks perfect! Thanks for all the tips!!

I happily support local and I'm glad to pay and wait for longer shipping to do that, but I made an error in selecting the wrong product and now I'm without recourse. Unfortunately this company has policies that aren't conducive to good consumer service. I would pass.

The store was clean and smelled lovely without being overbearing. Everything is stocked clearly for you to see while you browse. The woman working was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We drove an hour to come here and will definitely be back !
