Gas station
"1 Jan around 5:15pm"
"My original review gave this store 3 stars, however, due to my last experience there, I give it 1 star"
"The store is run by Indians"
"Horrible don’t come here , I warn you"
"Spent 75 bucks on gas then was told I couldn't use the restroom"
1 Jan around 5:15pm. Attendant attempted to take picture of my driver’s license and write down my driver’s license number on his copy of the receipt. This is after paying and him seeing my credit card number when I went in to request the pump to get started so I could fill up my tank. I argued with the rude attendant for roughly 15 minutes and forced him to delete and permanently delete the picture of my ID off his personal phone. He stated it was policy but not once did he forewarn me nor was there anything he could show me in writing outlining their policy. His justification was idiotic and him trying to raise his voice at me like it was my fault was even more disrespectful. All in all, my credit card transaction was approved, I signed my receipt, and he was able to validate the card name matched my ID....there was no need for him to photograph my license or keep record of my DL #. He attempted to call his manager, but no answer. I told him if he didn’t comply with my request to delete the photos I would call the cops. I’ve been to hundreds of gas stations and not once has anyone ever attempted to make a copy or photo my ID. Very shady place. If I’m not schooled up on standard protocol let me know, but again, first time ever happening to me in the 15 years I’ve been getting gas.
My original review gave this store 3 stars, however, due to my last experience there, I give it 1 star. Employee/owner was very abrupt and rude by summoning me to "get up here" to the register, asked me what I was doing? He was insinuating by his words and tone that I was a thief and was sure I was going to steal. My Lord! There is no reason for this with me! I have been humiliated and angered and no longer will go to this store. He had not a reason to think that other than reverse discrimination... Drugs are prevalently and heavily sold by all the many people around the corner areas of this store. Stay away is my honest, fair recommendation. I will! Expensive for a little store too, not much of a selection of anything. Shelves are very sparse too. 1 star. Period.
The store is run by Indians..go figure..lol..they must own all the gas stations. They have this tub of beer and alcohol and its a GIANT MAGNET for the homeless who live right under the bridge. I mean i see some serious drunks come in there and by alcohol all the time. I am suprised that TABC hasn't pulled their liquor license. Wanna know why San Antonio has a problem with the homeless out in the street??..places like this..i used to go there but stopped, just not worth the risk of my life. Constantly asked for change and just so depressing to see day after day. The prices for gasoline are always high..i think they set their own prices not the market rate..Advice refuel before going downtown.
Horrible don’t come here , I warn you... came and got air for my tire here twice in two days , they make there own prices up, one of them charged me 1.50 for air but if using debit card it’s 3.25 and the other guy charged me 4.25 for air they ripp you off steal your money and probably your Identity as well...
Spent 75 bucks on gas then was told I couldn't use the restroom. The employee threatened to call the cops on me when I asked to speak to her manager. All because she couldn't stop vleNing for 1 minute. I guess good help is hard to find. They don't care about repeat business. Worst West Texas Gas …
Horrible service the store is run down and the attendant is always distracted on his phone and doesn't pay attention to what he's doing. Wasn't very helpful when his card machine wasn't working for payment and instead of fixing the issue he sends customers away.
Got to love these place, at lest they know whom they are selling to. It is right in the middle of downtown and a large population of homeless drug users gathers around this area. What is the first thing you see as you walk in the door?.. Crack pipes!...
This store is the worst store in San Antonio. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE THE OLD INDIAN MAN WILL TAX YOU ON EVER ITEM AND THEN GIVE U LESS CHANGE THAN U SHOULD. DONT GO UNLESS U WANNA GET RIPPED OFF YOUR MONEY
Open till midnight ya right. Should say open till 1150pm. The clerk locked the door in my face and said they were closed. Why even post hours if they are that arbitrary. Brutal.
Typical city gas station and convenience store in an atypical location. Normally priced convenience store food near the tourist priced attractions.
Great service Everytime clerks are polite and friendly covid rules apply for in-store shopping must have mask to shop instore
The gas prices are always low and has a good variety of snacks to choose from. Easy to get !!
