I've been going to this office for the past 4 years and they recently became Downtown Dental Solutions within the past 2 (don't quote me on exact time frame) and the team has been the best that I've seen it. First, the office is always clean, never feels cluttered, is calming, and I usually never have to wait too long for my appointment to start. Also, in terms of rescheduling, as long as it's at least 24 hours notice I've never had a problem doing so. In terms of staff, the receptionists Carrie and Kris are professional and welcoming. Speaking from my own personal preference, I like to chat when I'm nervous and going to the dentist has always made me so. Carrie and Kris have always obliged me in that sense which has also made the office more fun to drop into, while never crossing any boundaries of course. I appreciate their ability to balance professionalism in a business sense with being personable. I usually have Lisa as my hygienist and she's always on top of her game. I have a love-hate relationship with flossing, and while she never lectures me about it she definitely lets me know the situation and always provides tips to get any problem areas I might be having. She's also not too rough when cleaning. Lastly, Dr. Anderson is my primary dentist and I don't think I'd want to work with anyone else. Earlier I mentioned being nervous about going to the dentist, but I really meant I was deathly afraid of going to the dentist. I honestly think that's all changed since working with Dr. Anderson. His bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced. He's very calming, and always shows concern about when I seem distressed. Most importantly he's never made me feel guilty for needing additional work done (big sweet tooth when I was kid) but he doesn't sugar coat the situation and is always thinking about my long term dental health. Last year he did a root canal and crown for me, which I was dreading and embarrassed about, but he calmed my nerves and the procedure went great. I honestly think it went better than I thought it would because he was the dentist in charge. Overall, this office is great and team is awesome. I highly recommend trying them out.

There’s a reason I drive all the way to Downtown Seattle for them. I’ve tried several throughout and finally got a solid dental place thanks to all the positive reviews on google and Yelp. They aren’t lying. Service from everyone at the front desk to the Dentist were friendly, caring and on point. Billing and appointment scheduling were efficient and transparent. I also never have to wait long after I check in. I had a regular check up, deep cleaning done and a crown done here —and it was a world of a difference compared to the other crown I had experienced at several other dental places I went to. The fit was perfect and the care and skill they put into it really showed. I sent my husband there after being quoted over 3k for a procedure for his teeth from his other dental place to get a second opinion. Good thing I did because they said that wasn’t even necessary and was able to fix it with a diff option. It definitely saved us, and my husband’s experience was also positive. He now understands why I drive all the way there for them lol! LOCATION: The Medical building is right across from pacific place mall. They reimburse parking if you park in pacific place. So I usually exit Seneca (I come from the South King County) from i5, take a right on 6th ave and after going straight, Pacific Place parking garage will be on the right and the medical building on my left. There is parking right under their actual medical building, but it is only valet and they don’t reimburse for that. It is however very convenient since the escalator from parking can just take you directly to the 11th floor where their clinic is at. (Convenient if u are running behind lol)

One of the front desk receptionists lacks of basic manners and has a deficiency in customer service. Visited here for deep cleaning and several regular checks, but never received any statement when I kept providing addresses and kept asking for statements. The last time I visited here, I asked the front desk if there is any due I should pay and got the answer no. Then after months, I received text messages saying there is a due. I called them and the female who talked to me said visits after deep cleaning is special cleaning, which is 80% covered, that's the first time I got this info. Then she rudely hung up the phone when I'm still talking. And phone call is the only way they offer to contact them(no online chat, never reply to email). It's your responsibility to let the patients know the correct info when they ask and to inform patients of their statements timely. And you should admit your failure to perform the duties of sending the statement in time, and apologize for offering misleading information, instead of blaming everything on the customer and hanging up the phone rudely.

Been a patient here several years, and every visit has been great. I've been attended by both, Dr. Dellisanti and Dr. Sauvage, and have only good things to say. The dental hygienists & dental assistants have also been amazing! They make you feel welcome, and listen to your issues. One time, I mentioned that I had a sensitive area on a molar; and that was noted in the chart. The next visit I had, they remembered and ensured they did cleaned that area in a delicate fashion; wow! The entire office, from the time you walk into reception to the time you leave, is very well organized and friendly. The front desk staff is great, and I believe (forgive the mispelling) Marne is just such a competent lady and exceedingly good at what she does. The only downside of this, is that I didn't go to them sooner! I was always disappointed with some dentists and dreaded it; but now, I do not. I look forward to it because of the whole awesome experience. I recommend them to ANYONE that will listen. Even if I lived in Oregon; I'd still drive to Seattle for them; no joke.

I Googled “best Seattle dentists” to find this clinic and am so happy I did. The view of downtown Seattle thru the window is great and all the equipment is high-tech, but, more importantly, Dr. Le-Barnes is fantastic on so many levels. All the staff really were friendly and professional. Winter did great assisting Dr. Le-Barnes during the procedure and was very precise with her work. And Dr. Le-Barnes was just in total control and really won my trust. First, she put me at ease right away with her friendliness and clear explanations. Then, during the procedure, I was just admiring how sharp-minded and professional she was: always knowing what best to do at every stage, able to explain to Winter and me the reasoning or theory for her decisions, and all while still being attentive to my comfort and how I’m doing. But it was her caring and gentleness that made any chance of discomfort melt away. Overall, just a fantastic experience for me and I hope Dr. Le-Barnes remains my dentist for years to come. :)

This office has been providing me dental care for the last 10 years, I have recommended it to many people and everyone continues to be impressed. In the last week I specifically was shown why I continue to go to this office. I am 34 weeks pregnant with my second child and needed some emergency care as my 12 year old veneer on a front tooth crumbled. In 1 week this team was able to see me 4 times at a moments notice, even though I know they had a very full schedule every day. I now have a crown on my front tooth that looks better than it ever did before. Specifically, Marni at the front desk, Denise my hygienist, and Dr Lopez all took my care as their top priority. We laughed at my situation, made the best of something that could have been very stressful and came out on the other side in a much better place. I can’t say enough positive things about the amazing care I receive every time I go into this office.

I'm old. I've been to a 'few' dentists in my time and became a 'dentalphobe'. I found Downtown Seattle Dentists by accident and decided to try them because I could walk there. They are in a transportation corridor...link, bus, streetcar, monorail. Easy to find. NICE people. Everyone from the front desk to 'behind the door' are friendly and nice and they care. They even keep their front door open...so when you step off the elevator...you're home. Sounds corny but the room is inviting. It's not all bare and scary sterile. It doesn't smell like chemicals, soap or room spray. Everyone is professional yet warm and welcoming. The work they do is amazing and lasts. And they explain and tell you everything...and there is no such thing as a stupid question. No preaching. No looking down their nose at you. No side-eye. They know their stuff and they stay real. They are highly, highly recommended.

My experience with everyone at the Downtown Seattle Dentists has been amazing. Having not been to the dentist in years, I was extremely nervous about the process. Everyone was incredibly friendly and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable with every step. Marni is extremely personable and great at helping you understand your benefits. When she talks to you, you get the feeling like she really cares and is so genuine. I may be a bit biased, but I also feel like I have the best dentist in Dr. Lopez. He really takes the time to explain things and has such a friendly demeanor. He is patient, funny, and accommodating to patient needs. I use to fear going to the dentist and this team has completely made the dental experience a lot less frightening. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Recently started going here after my dentists moved there (Dr. Reite). I've loved my experience! The check in process was easy and helped me to relax before my appointment. The staff there is so friendly and easy to work with. I haven't had the greatest experience at the dentist so I'm always a little anxious walking in there, even though I've been doing a better job at keeping up with my dental hygiene. Still, my hygenist offered some new tips in a fun and friendly way. I didn't see the dentist this time around - wasn't sure if that was a normal part of the process - so that was a little weird. Lily reached out to me and apologized for the assumptions and misunderstanding. Hopefully this won't happen again. ---- .Be careful with letting the front desk staff Lily (brown hair) handle your case if your case is slightly complicated. She told me my filling is covered beforehand even though I told her my insurance might have maxed out as was told by the other staff when planning for my treatments, so I went ahead with the treatment. And it's only when I pay(on the same day, which means she could have checked), she then told me my insurance is "very likely" maxed out so I will have to pay everything out of pocket. Then she behaved like it was no fault of her. There were several other minor instances like that. Dentists and hygienists were great.

Beware over-treatment here. I moved to Seattle and selected this place because of the great reviews. I’d not been to the dentists for a year but my teeth had been stable for a long time. Imagine my disappointment on being told that I needed a whole mouthful of fillings - so many that I would have to have them done over four sessions. Against my better instinct I let them do one half of my mouth before I went elsewhere for a second opinion. This confirmed that there was no need to have any of it done and my teeth have continued to be fine in the several years since. That I let them do so much damage to my perfectly healthy teeth still makes me feel angry and ashamed. Do NOT go here unless you want a maximally interventionist approach

Just changed dentists to this office after 38 years with the last one and 15 years with my previous hygienist. I needed immediate attention and they fit me in. Dr Sauvage was great - he seemed very knowledgeable and communicated very clearly. He was happy to discuss much more than the immediate issue with my teeth. Just had my first cleaning with James and he seemed really good as well. He was very clear in telling me what I should pay attention to in the future. The front office staff is pleasant and efficient. I may not be going here for 38 more years, but I plan to stay as long as I can. And the office seemed to be taking every appropriate precaution given COVID.

I had such a great experience at Downtown Seattle Dentists. The woman at the front dest was very friendly and upbeat. They saw me exactly on time for my appointment. The hygienist was incredibly personable, kind and efficient. Dr. Dellisanti was also very nice. She gave candid and honest answers to questions I had about previous dental/orthodontic work which is hard to find. I truly felt like they were giving me the best advice for my situation and not for the best interest of their business. I cannot recommend this dental office strongly enough. If you work or live downtown, you won't find better.

It's really difficult to express how much I love this office and everyone that makes it so fantastic. The ladies at the front desk are informative, professional and incredibly kind. Dr. Dellisanti is one of the nicest people I've ever met and that in combination with her expertise makes you feel safe and calm regardless of the procedure. I've had some not so great experiences in the past with "other offices" so I can't begin to express what a relief it is to have a dentist that I enjoy and also can genuinely trust. I recommend them to all of my friend and family and will be a loyal client forever!

I just had my second appointment and I strongly recommend Downtown Seattle Dentists. My dental assistant, Vicky, is very accommodating and she and Dr. Anderson are considerate of different insurance situations. I really appreciate their prioritization of patient care. Vicky is also extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. The first appointment was longer than I expected, but it didn't feel like it. Both Vicky and Dr. Anderson put me at ease. I'm sure my experience was all the better for not needing any dental work done, but I'll be returning every six months to ensure I won't need any!

I can't recommend Downtown Seattle Dentists highly enough. I have had three separate appointments so far. Everyone who works in the office is so friendly, from Chris who took the time to explain how insurance works, to Dr. Delisanti herself, who remembered personal details about me from one appointment to the next and put me at ease when I was feeling nervous. Vicki has been cleaning my teeth for several years now. She’s an amazing hygienist who is skilled, gentle and easy to work with on every level! I also started seeing Dr. Dellisanti about a year ago. She’s done two crowns now and I cannot recommend her enough! I’ve have some reactive issues with certain dental materials and she has been above caring about how to treat my teeth and avoiding these items. She’s even personally called me to check in. If you are seeking a caring and extremely talented Dentist, she’s your doctor!

Dr. Dellisanti was amazing, I usually fear going to the dentist, their staff made it a very comfortable experience and the shot didn't hurt at all. I had a whole quadrant done in the same appointment and was much work for my failing silver fillings and cracked molar. They made the experience very positive and now I can happily smile again with tooth colored material. They also accept my insurance as well which my previous dental office did not. I highly recommend Downtown Seattle Dentists from my experience there.

It's always hard to find a good dentist in a new area (I think). Downtown Seattle Dentist was recommended to me by a few friends, and I am super happy I took their advice. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I called, arrived, and left. The hygienist was super friendly and extremely gentle, while still being thorough. I saw Dr. Paul Sauvage, who was great as well. He was easy to talk to and helpful with the questions I had. Would definitely recommend using this office if you are in the market.

I've been to a lot of dentists. But this one is definitely, hands down, the BEST I've ever been to. Most of the time I feel anxious in knowing I have a dentist appointment to attend. Dr. Mike Anderson & the hygienists are awesome! They are very thorough and walk you through their findings & the reasons why for any procedures they recommend. I had cavities and fillings to repair and they made sure I was comfortable & checked in with me the entire time. The front desk staff is efficient, helpful, nice and responsive to requests. I was always taken in at my appointment time on each visit - which is refreshing!! I highly recommend Dr. Mike and his staff!!

Staff really connect with their patients and are honest! I don't have products pushed on me for extra costs; always friendly, patient, and thorough take care of my oral health needs. I do dread flossing but they politely remind me of the need to do better. Sorry my lack of flossing creates additional work (lol). But it is always sheer enjoyment going to their clinic. Gentle when cleaning and have a very welcoming "bedside", manner!

Downtown Seattle Dentists is great! The office is very clean with great views of downtown. The employees are extremely friendly and professional. They are attentive to my needs and I always feel comfortable in the office. Lisa gives helpful advice and tips on taking care of my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone! THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I've been seeing Downtown Seattle Dentists since I relocated from another state. I have severe dental trauma and Dr. Sauvage has done multiple hour long procedures on me, and has completely eased my dental anxiety. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and willing to help with any issues that may arise during your process. Don't even think twice, just call them!

Dr. Lopez is the dentist you want! Exceptional fine motor skills - and that's important for working on teeth - they are not very large. When standing up gives a better working angle - that's what he does. I was able to look at before, during and after photos. The cracks in the pre-1990 amalgam fillings were obvious. The "prep" was very precise. The "finished filling" - well, it looks like a tooth - not a filling.

I’ve been here twice since switching dentists. Got a cleaning done and they did a good job not only in the cleaning but explaining to me how to take better care of my teeth. Just came back in for my first tooth filling and the entire numbing process was a breeze (in comparison to my last experiences with wisdom teeth). All staff from scheduling to doc is very welcoming. Lastly, hours are very flexible.

I'm a very nervous dental patient... Especially when it comes to having cavities filled! However DT Seattle dentists helped to make me more relaxed! They were very caring & ensured I was doing okay & made it as comfortable as possible. I even received a follow up call later in the afternoon to ensure that I was doing okay with pain. For as much as I don't like going, the process was not too bad!

I have visited this office on 12/09 for regular cleaning. Due to busy schedule, they haven’t attended me on time and my checkup got delayed by 15 min. Once my regular cleaning is over, they have refused for polishing just because time was over. They have kept on persuading for deep cleaning but they have refused to provide me basic service which i deserved. I will not recommend this location.

I've never been a huge fan of the dentist, but I actually look forward to my dentist appointments now. They use newer, gentler tools and technology that has made my experience very pleasant. They also are always on time and the people at the front desk are super informative. Plus, their location is so convenient for anyone working or living near downtown. I highly recommend!

Marron and Dr. Delasanti were gentle and straightforward. They answered my questions and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, or at least as comfortable as I could be. Their work is high quality; they took the time to make sure my temporary crown fit correctly. Scheduling is pleasant and efficient. There's not much more I could ask from a dental office.

I am a new patient and was able to get an appointment for x-rays and cleaning in less than a week! The staff here is extremely friendly and Michael Anderson is quick to notice any potential problems so that they can be monitored or appropriately dealt with. Everyone I this office is there for the patient. I only have insurance for 1.5months and they are working wonders helping me get a bridge. So far the cleaning and tooth extraction have been pain free. The swollen gums healed as they said. Everyone is also very nice and of the ones I've met good for a laugh.

I was extremely pleased with the care I received today from Downtown Seattle Dentists. In addition to diagnosing the problem and developing a plan, Dr. Savauge made himself available over the weekend (when he otherwise does not work) should any complications develop. Responsible 24/7 attitude about care.

These guys are GREAT!!! Tech savvy too! I’ve been a patient with them since before when it was Dale Reite’s practice! They are superior in manner, empathetic and very professional! I love bringing the office really good dark chocolate for those bi-annual teeth cleaning too! Hats off to you guys!!!

My dentist joined this practice early this year, and I followed him here. Love his staff and pleased to say the other two dentist here are also phenomenal. It great to be in equally skilled hands with all members of the practice. Highly recommended. Also had very gentle but thorough cleaning.

Dr. Le-Barnes looked me square in the face and said WE HAVE TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THIS and then referred me to a tooth root specialist and I will never be going to another dentist ever again. (Except the tooth root specialist.) Five stars. Also, everyone at the front desk is so nice!

Best dentists and hygienists in Seattle! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I always look forward to my twice yearly visits. They are conservative in their treatments and I appreciate that. And I love Vickie the hygienist... she’s awesome!

Dr. Dellisanti has been a compassionate & caring dentist . She takes the time to explain the procedure- & for me that was many crowns! I was anxious but she & her staff made me relaxed & at ease! I highly recommend her!

Great experience! Shawn (My hygienist) did an excellent job cleaning my teeth without any pain that I have had at other practices. Marni, who works at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have always had a good experience with their hygienists. Great communication about what they are doing/about to do, gentle as possible, good education about how to improve toothbrushing techniques.

They were able to slot me in as I lost most of the upper right back molar last week. We were able to do a surgical extraction as it was just too far gone to save. Going to become my dentists.
