Doctor Gauri is a magician with an amazing science of physiotherapy at her disposal. I have had neck pain issues plus knee ACL injury and have recovered from its pain by regularly doing exercises taught in therapy. It will work wonders only if entire set of exercises are learned and practised regularly(which may demand you to visit clinic daily for 15-30 days). It will be ineffective if left mid way.
