Dis die walglikste ondervinding wat ek nog van ontvangsdame in my 65 jaar gehad het. Sy is onbeskof en onvriendelik en sit die foon in my oor neer as ek wil weet of dr Botha al deur my verslae gegaan het, waarvoor ek al n week wag, nadat ek R2050 betaal het vir n konsultasie. Ek is flippen siek en hy voel f...l!!!

Despite earlier review comments I found both Dr Botha and his receptionist to be extremely polite and helpful to the extreme. I have a planned procedure by him in the near future and both he and his receptionist have put me completely at ease.

I had my scope 11 days ago and still do not know what is wrong with me. There has been no follow up, medication or diet advised. Apologies to the receptionist but she has no empathy for her patients. Maybe she has been there too long....

The receptionist was extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Probably will cause the doctor to lose patients. Or perhaps she just doesn't like Indians Furthermore, no email in this day.....

We couldn't have wished for a more caring, kind hearted , compassionate Doctor. Dr Botha has really been a Godsend to our family.
