Absolutely disappointing experience a this vet. I am usually not one to leave negative reviews, but in this instance, I feel my experience warrants it. My encounter with this Marrakech veterinary clinic by Dr. A.LAMRINI was an absolute nightmare. I found a stray kitten in dire need of medical attention and was assured by the veterinarian that immediate hospitalization was necessary. The agreed-upon price seemed reasonable, given the urgency, and I was hopeful that the kitten would receive the care it badly needed. However, my optimism was soon replaced by frustration and anger. The kitten was in the clinic for a total of 9 hours, during which time I called repeatedly, only to be told the vet was on the road. I visited the clinic twice unannounced, and both times it was apparent that no one was tending to the kitten. It seemed as if she had been completely forgotten and left to fend for herself. When I decided to take her back, I faced further difficulties as there was no one at the clinic initially. After waiting for an agonizing one and a half hours, the security guy finally showed up. I immediately took my precious kitten to another vet, who promptly prescribed antibiotics and kept her under observation for 24 hours. Thankfully, she is now recovering beautifully. However, this traumatic experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. The lack of care, professionalism, and general disregard for a life in desperate need of help displayed at this clinic is downright appalling. I would strongly advise against entrusting your cherished pets to their care. This was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, and certainly one I will not be repeating.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der professionellen Behandlung von Herrn Lamrini. Wir kamen mit dem Wunsch einer Gastroendoskopie zu Herrn Lamrini, weil ein Tierarzt in Ceuta auf einem Röntgenbild einen Schatten im Bauchraum gesehen hat. Als ich ihm das Röntgenbild gezeigt habe, meinte er, dass dies kein Schatten sei und schlug erstmal ein neues Röntgenbild vor. Auf dem neuen Röntgenbild war der Bauchraum einwandfrei, dafür erkannte er in Bandscheibenvorfall den kein Arzt zuvor diagnostiziert hat. Des weiteren wurde eine Entzündung im Ohr festgestellt. Die kostenspielige und für den Hund anstrengende Gastroendoskopie ist uns erspart geblieben. Wir haben einige Medikamente bekommen und sind sehr zufrieden. Während der Behandlung war Herr Lamrini einfühlsam, professionell und schnell. Er hat uns in englischer Sprache sehr gut beraten und sich dafür auch Zeit genommen. Ich bin froh, dass ich mich von den negativen Bewertungen nicht habe abschrecken lassen. Es kam mir auch sehr komisch vor dass die Bewertungen alle im Zeitraum von einem Monat stattgefunden haben und es immer um ein kleines Kätzchen ging. Vielen Dank, dass sie unseren Oscar so gut behandelt haben.

Découvert par hasard en cherchant désespérément un vétérinaire disponible qui ne soit pas parti en vacances sans prévenir sa clientèle... Il m'a de suite répondu et reçu avec mon bouledogue français souffrant d'un othématome à son cabinet. La consultation était très structurée, il s'est montré très patient et ouvert même à une approche plus naturelle, il a suivi avec beaucoup d'intérêt l'évolution et s'est toujours montré disponible pour répondre à mes questions. Il a su me conseiller et me rassurer pour pratiquer une intervention chirurgicale délicate qui s'est très bien déroulée, il a fait le suivi jusqu'à la guérison ! Maintenant c'est toute la famille 4 pattes qui est suivie par le Dr. Lamrini Je recommande vivement ce praticien.

I don't have much experience with vets in Marrakesh so I was kind of skeptical at first when I read all the great reviews here. I took my cats three times now and I can assure you the people here are amazing and will take good care of your pets. The doctors are kind and patient and will answer all of your questions and concerns, the assistants and receptionist are so lovely. My cats don't like being touched much and they would even bite or scratch me their owner if I do it they weren't comfortable with vets we visited before, but I was shocked when my cats stayed still and calm while the doctor checked them and gave them treatments and shots hhhh I'm still confused why they aren't that calm at home. So, highly recommended

Dankzij deze dierenarts was mijn kitten bijna dood. Ik heb haar ziek binnengebracht had dringend hulp nodig. Hij liet haar 9 dagen zonder enige opvolging / medicatie aan haar lot over. Ze is veel zieker teruggekomen op bijna dood na. Schandalig gewoon ben direct naar een andere dierenarts gereden die haar wel kon helpen. Het was net op tijd of ze had er niet meer geweest. Als dierenarts ziet dat een kitten niet wilt eten of drinken volg je die op en blijf je er bij maar neen ze was 9 dagen helemaal alleen en kon op geen enkele vraag antwoorden. Ik vraag me af of hij zijn licentie bij het ontbijt heeft meegekregen.

Une grande aptitude de la part du dr Lamrini soucieux du bien être des animaux, très compétent, communiquant, ainsi que des qualifications à jour et un savoir-faire parfaitement rassurant. Une grande part d´humanité dans le fonctionnement du cabinet, hygiène irréprochable, appareils modernes et les prix sont très raisonnables ! Je suis reconnaissante

Incroyable vétérinaire ! Nous avons rencontré le Dr A.LAMRINI pendant notre séjour à Marrakech. Son dévouement envers les animaux est véritablement exceptionnel. Il se montre rassurant, à l'écoute, et très généreux dans son approche. Nous avons pu lui poser toutes nos questions, et il à toujours répondu avec sourire. We are so happy we found Dr Lamrini and his team. We found a sick kitten in March; he treated it and was able to keep it at his office until we were able to pick it up to go to the UK. Ce Vétérinaire est incompétent et a failli tuer notre chat, heureusement qu'on l'a amené chez une véterinaire à Rabat qui essaye jusqu'à présent de rattraper le coup. Il a fait bcp d'erreurs graves.
