Positives of my experience: Kind receptionist Neat waiting area Negatives - to be fair this wasn't Dr Bhikoo herself, it was a replacement doctor for her: 1. In April, I arrived there for my first time and I ended up waiting 30-45 mins because the doctor had a flat tyre. 2. First time I went there, I was diagnosed with influenced pharyngitis and received medication. The medication didn't work and I just got worse. I went back to them for a second checkup and I was then diagnosed with bronchitis and received a new set of antibiotics. I took them for a few days but I was just getting worse so I decided to go to a completely new doctor. This new doctor then diagnosed me with pneumonia and said it was so bad that I had to be admitted to hospital for 4 days. 3. When I received my medication from the doctor she did not tell me when I should take it and there was also no documentation about the medication inside the packaging. It's safe to say I will not be returning to Dr Bhikoo, I've had a horrible experience. Wasted a lot of time and money.

My first time booking and going to a doctor’s appointment alone. Went to Dr Bhikoo as she was the closest doctor that came up that is on my Bonitas network that had good reviews; and I had such an amazing experience. I had booked for a few medical reasons and I really felt listened to and she answered all my questions completely and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She talked me through all my options in a way that I can understand and made sure I feel comfortable with all the decisions. 100% recommend.

I have been going to Dr Bhikoo for a couple of years now and always needed a doctor that would actually help and care for me. I feel that way about Dr Layla Bhikoo. She is friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Her secretary is always on point as well. Keep up the great work ladies …

Dr Layla is kind and attentive, and makes you feel comfortable. You do not feel judged when talking with her, as I have often felt with male doctors. I am very happy to have a lovely female doctor in my neighborhood as my designated GP.
