This was my third time to this office and my first time getting restoration work done on my teeth by Dr. Moore. I had to have a filling replaced that came out. Natalie the dental assistant made me feel so relaxed and calm and reassured me so much. I am a person who deals with dental anxiety so she went above and beyond to make me feel,comfortable. I was cold so she gave me a blanket to warm me and keep me comfortable.Dr. Moore was kind, positive and so patient with me. I felt so much more at ease with her because she is such a kind compassion person and her skill is impeccable. Both Dr. Moore and Natalie made my experience so great. It was truly amazing. Even though I am not a fan of going to the dentist I know with Dr. Moore and Natalie I am in good hands. Thank you ladies for putting me at ease during my appointment. You are simply amazing. Thank you also to all the staff for making me feel so welcome. Even the dental hygienist Katherine congratulated me on a job well done. To someone else it may not be a big deal but for me it was a huge accomplish to even get a filling done. Thank you again from the bottom,of my ❤ heart.

If there were 10 stars, I would give them to Dr. Moore and her staff! I have been with her for many years and have had crowns, fillings etc, all done with the upmost care, consideration and professional expertise....and would you believe that with my former dentist I used to have panic attacks? So much so, that he recommended I find a dental professional that would sedate me. Never had to...Dr. Moore made me comfortable from the start, she always explains everything, is very personable and honest in her recommendations. The staff is a joy to work with. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. We need more dental offices like this one! I'm sticking with her!!!

Does the thought of going to the dentist cause you to try and find an excuse to be doing just about anything else that day? That ends here, the moment you walk through the door. Dr. Moore is incredible at what she does and very thorough. Rachel is a blessing and actually makes me want to go to the dentist again. I can't quite recall the front end and scheduling persons names as we did not get to converse very long (sorry ladies), but they are also extremely welcoming and kind. Not only do I recommend Dentistry on Carmel, I implore you, move on to a dentist that makes a less than desirable experience quite enjoyable! 5 stars ladies!!!

Never have I ever enjoyed the dentist until today. Was LONG overdue for a cleaning (3+ yrs) and decided to try this location. Best decision! Yvonne was so kind and welcoming when I walked in and I felt right at home immediately. Devin was my awesome dental hygienist and she did such a great job explaining everything and giving me tips. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone do such a thorough cleaning before..and actually care so much about making sure my teeth were perfect. Dr. Moore was very professional and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend this dentistry!

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Moore and all of her staff!!!! She is patient, understanding and an overall outstanding dentist! I had an accident several years ago, and my tooth was discolored, she took the time to explain to me what my options were, how the process worked and costs for all. She ended up bleaching my tooth from the inside and almost 2 years later it still looks perfect! I love their in house savings plan for my general cleanings and maintenance, and I am also considering invisilign with Dr. Moore! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Moore and won't ever go anywhere else!

They told me one of my back teeth(which was not giving me any issues)had cavity and needed filling, filled twice and both fillings fell out then said needed crown which was done and caused pain which was repositioned twice then said needed a root canal. Finally went somewhere else and had tooth pulled that never had issues with until they messed with it. Then they threaten to send me to collections for me not paying for multiple screw ups they did after they have milked my insurance for how much?! Stay away from this place!

We love Dr. Katy Moore!! Rachel and Bethany are great hygienist!! They took great care of my 2 teenagers and myself!! Dr. Moore was kind and caring with my daughter as she had to have to bonding due to childhood anomalies! Denise was great with her also as her assistant! Yvonne was awesome at taking care of the financials. We could not be happier! Great office! Modern! Top technology! Top doctor and team!! From the day your appointment is booked to the day you walk out after your appointment it’s hands down the best dental experience ever. The whole staff is amazing and make you feel comfortable and remember who you are. I promise if you go for 1 visit you will never go anywhere else ever again! I just had my first teeth cleaning with Dentistry on Carmel. Devon my hygienist was very personable and gave me a lot of good tips to improve my daily teeth cleaning routine. Dr. Moore was also very kind and professional. The office design and decor looked like it was professionally done and everything was very clean. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but felt very much at ease throughout my visit.

The dental hygienist I had was Rachel and she is amazing! I am definitely going back. She was very thorough and explained every detail of what she was doing throughout the examination and cleaning. Dr. Moore is very personable and took the time to sit and talk with me after Rachel was done cleaning. The office is beautiful inside and very clean. You can tell they care about their patients and staff.

My boyfriend and I recently came to the office of Dr. M. Katherine Moore for lots of dental work, and had an amazing experience. Not only was the staff welcoming, caring, and professional, but the office is very modern and comfortable, located in a great Charlotte location. Each visit back has been pleasant, and both my boyfriend and I have been very impressed. Highly recommend Dr. Moore and team!

Dr. Moore sat with me for over 15 minutes this week, talking through a treatment plan with my orthodontist. She was well prepared and gave thoughtful advice on how she would coordinate care with her general dentistry. I’m THANKFUL to have such a trusted professional, not just for my own care, but our entire family as well! All in all fantastic and would highly recommend her and her staff.

I love going to Dr. Moore. I have been a patient for about 10 years I think with a year when I was visiting another dentist due to work schedule. But that other dentist really messed my mouth up and I had to come back to Dr. Moore. She knows me and knows my teeth. :) She and the staff are amazing and now faced with COVID challenges, they are doing a great job keeping everyone safe.

This was my first visit with Dr Moore for dental work. I have a big fear of dentistry but Dr. Moore managed to eliminate my anxiety. She was very patient with me and understood how I was feeling. Dentistry on Carmel is my absolute favorite dentist office I’ve ever been to. I’ve never felt so comfortable and relaxed in a place that can be intimidating at times. The office is super clean and both Rachel and Dr. Moore took time to explain their findings and the treatment plan. My only regret is not switching sooner!

Been coming here on and off for like 25+ years Dr Moore does good work and u feel like she isn't trying to upsell everything! She's a good dentist and if you've had problem with rougher dentists don't be concerned about that and if your concerned it's a little pricey you get what you pay for and Dr Moore does good work!
