Good caring Doctor but I'm putting 3 stars for the wait to see him. There must be a way to ensure your patients don't need to wait over 1.5hrs every time Or allow phone appointments for those who are too busy & dont mind if it's a 4min call anytime of the day that suits the doctor. I asked if the receptionist can call me when my turn is 10min before roughly or when the last person before me goes in but she said she couldn't call, that I would need to call in 45 min to confirm if it's my turn. They note 15min for each patient but it appears the appointment takes about 30min so why they don't just allow for 30min instead that way if someone finishes earlier, it makes up for the other. Or maybe they can send a txt when the person before them is inside and that way the person comes to wait then instead of wait for 3 ppl before them.

This doctor will make you pay just because it’s your first visit and if you don’t live in the area ??, I find this completely ridiculous. I did ring and explained I was a new patient on the phone. Once I arrived they insisted I pay $70 just because I was either new or outside this area. Avoid this practice. Very poor English skills and was very hard to even communicate. They also said even though I’m Australian I will need to pay. Avoid this practice and just go across the street where you will have a much better experience. And you can use your Medicare card.

Dr Kirlous is an interesting case. He's a stubborn guy, often genuinely charming and funny but always infuriating in that he can never see another point of view. And I end up disagreeing with him over some minutae in most of our dealings. But I can't think of another Doctor who cares more about their patients, and his abilities to calm a patient, make them feel listened to and cared for, and manage a crisis situation are unparalleled. Combined with his medical knowledge, he's one of the best I've worked with. Just be prepared to wait.

Worst service ever. Clearly explained I needed a script as my GP was away and receptionist said it was fine. The doctor showed up at 4:45 pm when he should have been there at open time which was 3:30pm. Had many people waiting. Had my medications list but he said he won't provide the script unless he knows me for six months. Don't waste your time find another GP.

If I could give less I would. I waited over an hr then left. What's the point of an appointment if you have to wait so long. There was a lady in the back room talking loudly and swearing her head off f@#%ken dog, look at her she f@#%ken ugly and she went on and on. Very unprofessional. The receptionist didn't even say anything. Eont ever go back

I have been seeing dr kirlous for my children and I for the past 11 years !! he's fantastic with children and I trust his judgment with everything. he has squeezed me in to his overly busy schedule numerous times for urgent matters concerning my kids. 10/10 !! very thankful for a great local doctor

Dr Medhat is an amazing Doctor. He is very attentive and very kind to all his patients. He is sympathetic, empathetic and most all very caring. The whole community loves him. His professionalism and caring nature towards his patients is amazing!! He makes both old and young feel very comfortable.

One of the most caring, sympathetic Doctor/GP I've ever been to. He has been my family GP with my parents, myself and now my husband and daughter. You will be well looked after as well as a sense of calm that oozes out of him. He is well respected and well loved. Definitely recommend him.

Dr Medhat is one of the most empathetic and skillful doctors, I and my family have ever been treated by. He is very methodical and meticulous in how he diagnoses and I have almost never found this level of care in any GP I have been treated by previously.
