"The manager ana was worst spoke very rudely on call I just call that It is really urgent I got very bad pain I cannot sleep from 5 days please got neck and shoulder locked can u do something ask doctor what can be done but the manger was very very rude it was very bad I was suffering from bad pain get some manners to speak to patients who are in pain"
