The female nurses / front desk staff think they are above everything and everyone which is pretty common for health care workers so i guess its to be expected. They always have accepted walk ins but i guess because of a new system they have they started today to not accept walk ins but that was not made public information so when i drove an hour to get there and stayed an hour outside “ waiting for them to open” when in reality they were already open but their hours were not updated they didnt let me see the doctor even though it would have taken less than 10 mins since I just need my meds prescribed. They werent even nice about turning me away and wasting my time and one of them accused me of lying about waiting as if it makes the fact that their hours are wrong any better. The women there were absolutely hostile and had the worst attitude. If you’re going to be in healthcare at least be kind. They made me suffer a panic attack or at least symptoms close to it ( and they should know by now that I suffer with anxiety and have panic attack since they prescribed me medication for it before) And one more thing- After she said i couldnt see him i asked if I could just talk to him for 3 mins just to explain my situation to him to which she responded you’re gonna have to wait hours honey ? Just for 3 mins of his time? And she said more I cant recall but just overall so freaking rude. And the attitude she had was unbelievable. Then shes confused why im calling her a “ bi*ch* like im supposed to stand there and take this treatment from her. Unbelievable.

If I had a choice to negative star, he would have been the top on my list.. Horrible doctor. Stay away from him and his office staff! They are only there to milk your insurance. When you need to get a hold of the doctor it's like trying to get a hold of president trump. He is never in the office and the staff refuse to fax your medical records to Ur new doctor when you need them. It takes them over a week and over 20+ calls to even get thier attention. Even if you have been out of medication for weeks they don't care and make you wait weeks and perhaps cause another heart attack before you get the medication/medical history from him. Most important, when ever you call the office they are always closed and after multiple calls and when the decide to answer and after questioning them about thier hours or phone messages thier response is we are having phone issues. Might want to use some of that money you charge our insurance to fix those phone lines so your customers can get a hold of you when they need too.

Any time I try to call them they never answer their phone. I leave them voicemail messages and I leave them clearly with my phone number multiple times and they never return my phone call. I literally have to go out of my way drive to the doctors office which ever location they’re at just to schedule an appointment for my father. Unfortunately, if the appointment was for me, I would never go to the doctor, but the fact that my father does not speak English. He has no choice but to go to the doctor because he speaks his language, not understanding why no one picks up the phone

Please place a 0 star. The pharmacy we use. They have faxed over 3 times to get moms prescription approved for her. No one has answered for over a week. I called today and I will actually put the proof pic. I called the 1st time. I got hung up on. I called the 2nd time, someone answered. With rudeness without even taken the patients name. She put me on hold again (over an hour) I was glad someone picked up. How is this medical center still even operating. I don’t understand how a doctors staff be so CARELESS so UNPROFESSIONAL. These are people’s lives You are messing with.

Horrible staff! Nobody answers their phone!!! Prepare to call for 5-10 times until someone picks up. The doctor never stay in the room more than 3 minutes rushes you out, but the wait to see him is 3 hours. If you ask the front desk why it is taking so long, they ask you to leave or reschedule. Do not recommend at all. Plus you cannot have any questions answered about your health he will mock and laugh. Or act like you are overreacting. No medicine prescribed at all. Referrals are terrible always wrong and you need to ask for a new one.

Read the reviews before you step in. Everytime i come here for an appointment i have to wait an hour or 2!!! I see the doctor checking the people that came right after me!! Late for work for the 2nd time this week because of them. They would take others without appointments just because they know them and speak the same language. Staff so rude cant even put a fake smile on. This isnt my 1st or 2nd time going thru this. Btw they have the same BS in the other location on Touhy. Sorry this is the 10th time this happens i had to write this.

Answer your phones..they never answer their phones. Shameful. I've called several times trying to speak with the doctor, who knows that I can only reach him telephonically and I've been on hold for over 20 minutes each time before I gave up and hung up. People don't call their doctor because they are feeling good, and PLEASE have more empathy towards all of your patients, not just those whom you know. Dr. Abdulmassih is great, otherwise I would have left years ago.

Outstanding service from Dr. Abdulmassih's office. The front desk staff are friendly, accommodating, and professional to customers. Miriana Youkhana, NP was my provider. She is highly professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and outstanding. She is kind, caring, and very friendly. She did not see me as a patient with illness. She treated me with a holistic approach and made me feel that I am special and important to her. This place is a 5 star.

I was getting blood taken from me at 16 years old and havent eaten or drink anything. I was also low on vitamins. Anyways, one of the nurses was taking blood from me and I passed out and when I woke up she was like," you wanted to be a surgeon right?" I told her yes and she was like," well you cant your not going to be one" now lemme tell you, this hurt me a lot and I immediatly changed my doctor.

No respect for their patients. Any time u visit after set up appointment have to wait atleast 2 hrs or more. Rude behavior, front desk says that if have to go that ok with us. Looks like they have a party laughing and being on the phones. Doesn't even care to answer phone call. Negative 5 stars for their service.

Dr. Abdulmassih doesn't even deserve this star! Shame on you for taking advantage of your illiterate patients! You've prescribed unnecessary meds to your patient, and didn't even disclose what the meds were intended for! Steer away from this doctor if you care for your well-being.

You will get a bill from this Dr thats over 10 years and when you call the billing department the person in the billing department that works for this Dr is rude and very unknowledgeable and very rude. Overall negative 5 stars is what I would give over all experience.

Dr abdulmassiah has a great bed side manner, he’s concerned and very attentive, he knows who you are when you walk in and with my experience always has a smile to give, very knowledgeable and helpful, I for the 1st time do not mind going to the doctor.

Doctor is Great, but the staff is very rude. I heard her screaming on the phone and was acting very bossy and belittling. Staff has no respect. No one picks up the phone ever. Negative energy is not worth waiting to see this doctor. Go elsewhere.

Very rude front office staff. The doctor has no sympathy/empathy for his patients. They never answer their phones and they don't return reply to the voicemail messages I leave.

Dr Abdulmassih is a great doctor. I have been seeing him for over 13 years and I love him. He has always taken great care of me and my family. I would highly recommend him.

The nurses are so rude. I came here for my health but it only got worse due to how inconsiderate and rude the nurses were to me. I do not plan on coming back.
