I was recommended to Dr. Lui from my dentist friend for front teeth implants. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Throughout even initial consultation, I could feel that he would make my teeth perfect. He explained the whole procedure in details with some cautious situations I might face as well. I felt very comfortable to leave everything on him. On my surgery day, everything went so smoothly. I was on sedation med for the surgery so he even pushed the wheel chair all the way to my husband and told him how the surgery went well and what I need to do for post care. What an awesome and also kind doctor!!! Also, one time I had to come in after his clinic was closed. He did not rush things but would take his time to ensure everything went perfect. When anyone asks me to recommend an implant/crown specialist then I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Albert Lui. He is just so amazing!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lui. What I will say that he is by far the best for dental implants and crowns. I was nervous having this work done, but he made me feel like I was in good hands. He thoroughly explained the procedure beforehand and during the subsequent visits he would explain what he was doing to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Lui for you dental needs. He did a complete cosmetic reconstruction on me in 2004 and I have been very happy with the results. He explained everything well and was always available to answer any questions. He and his staff took very good care of me during the whole procedure and the results are amazing. Dr. Lui has the best 'bedside manner', a term I use to describe how a Doctor (medical or dentistry) interacts with their patients. The time he spends explaining different procedures, to his post surgery follow-up is outstanding. It far exceeds anything I have experienced in both the medical or dental fields. Dr. Lui and his team are amazing. Janette is so kind and makes you feel comfortable as well as being very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Lui is an absolute gem. He is so skilled in his field but also so kind. I had upper implants several years ago and will be having lower in a couple of months. I would not want anyone but Dr. Lui performing this procedure.

Dr. Lui was really professional and his explanation was the best of the best. But the front desk lady who is late 50 to early 60 white woman was rude. Her manner between us and others were totally different. Because of her manner, we decided not to have treatment there. We could spend 4200$ but the chance is gone.
