THEY ARE SCALPING YOU FOR MONEY!! I went to Bobby Brown recently at the recommendation of family, who have been going there for years. At first glance, the place was great. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming; even my dentist appointment (with Dr. Bhesania) was great. After my first appointment, I waited a month to see the hygienist. My hygiene appointment (with Dianne) was for an hour, and I assumed that was when the scaling/cleaning would happen. However, she spent half of it doing a gum exam (part of the new patient dental exam) and explaining gum disease and risks to me. Maybe 20 minutes max were spent cleaning my four lower front teeth (one unit), which I paid about 90$ for. This is where it gets murky. I have good teeth, and I generally take care of them. Admittedly, it had been a while since my last cleaning but Dianne told me I had to come in for FOUR more hours of cleaning. I was a little shaken and asked if their condition was really bad? She sidestepped the answer telling me that it was very hard to clean my teeth as the plaque was tenacious.  I accepted it as a professionals opinion and moved on. When I went to the receptionist to pay and book my follow-ups, they told me it would be February till they could see me again, and that each appointment dealing with one quad of my teeth would be an hour long and cost me $236 dollars each. That is $944 for one full dental cleaning, $1034 if you include what i already had paid for... What's more, they had me sign a financial agreement  that I would honor these prices.. I asked why I needed to sign it and they said it was because of "yearly price hikes", and it was their promise that I would pay reduced prices when I came in. Something about this didn't sit right with me, especially since my husband had recently gotten a full cleaning done in one hour for 1/5th of the price. I called up another office,  canceled my appointments with Bobby Brown and had my records transferred. My new dentists office got my cleaning done in ONE appointment, given in a week's time and I didn't have to pay a 1000 dollars for it. And it took less than an hour for them to deal with all my teeth. Now I am wondering whether I was overcharged for my fillings, let alone the way they tried to exploit me by stretching out my hygiene appointment and durations. Definitely do not recommend.

Update: So after being a client at this office for over 5 years, I have regrettably decided to leave this office. The office is now under new management, and after a couple of hiccups in the quality of care and a bad experience with the new managing dentists, I will not be returning. The review below was written for members of the team who are no longer there, and I cannot stand by my original words any longer. (Except for the front desk staff and the hygienists who have always been wonderful, kind, and accommodating). My experience, especially with one of the managing dentists, was bordering on traumatic as I felt dismissed, ignored, and my trust was violated. A dentists chair is a vulnerable place to be, and I’m used to a certain level of discretion and sensitivity from the previous dentists I’ve dealt with here. But this time was different. And when I went back in to get a second perspective from the other managing dentist, I again felt like my concerns were dismissed and my complaints of the aggressive and invasive experience that I endured was not acknowledged, and in fact was diminished and brushed off. It’s an unfortunate situation, especially since Dr. Brown is a mainstay in our community and beloved by all who have been under his care. However, now that he’s taken a step back and passed on the practice to new management, I felt it important to update my original review in light of my experience. ===== Excellent, kind, and caring team. It had been way too long since I last saw a dentist, and I spent a lot of time researching and looking for a dentist before I decided t go with this office. And I’m happy to say I’ve made the right choice! Drs are great at what they do and make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Chan is amazing and very meticulous in her work. And Carla, the hygienist, is the sweetest soul, and really has a passion for her work. Receptionists and financial team is also very professional and always ready to take care of your needs. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful office team and atmosphere! I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I came across this place through it being at a convenient location. I was a client here for about a decade and then moved If I didn't, I would still be there. The service here is unparalleled. Every time i ever went there i felt welcomed and like a part of the family. The team here is extremely customer oriented. There is a nice child play area in the waiting room, there are refreshments always available. The treatment rooms have Tv's or music available to your liking. I even remember on one morning i got there right at opening for a procedure and I was offered some juice because they knew I hadn't eaten yet. Dr. Brown was my primary dentist but eventually I ended up having Dr. Morales and Dr. Sam (I think towards the end). I couldn't ask to be in better hands for my dental health. I did briefly have one hygienist and switched to another. My hygienist understood my habits and was able to help guide me along a path to good dental health. For the time that I was able to spend at this clinic, i feel truly lucky. If you are looking for dental healthcare professionals, this spot is all you are looking for. This review is based off my own experiences which ended now several years ago, but I see no reason why things would have changed. This clinic is worthy of six stars not just five.

My whole family have been patients of Dr. Brown for almost 30 years. We have been totally pleased with the "bedside manner", ease of scheduling, convenience of location, sensitivity to special circumstances, rates of services, and the feeling of being a valued customer. I personally have never hesitated to recommend friends and colleagues to join the Dr. Brown family. Dr. Brown makes a personal visit each and every time we are there, in spite of what services we are utilizing. Dr. Brown and staff have become familiar with our lives, and makes a point of asking about family and life regularly. I always find the office and waiting area to be clean and very welcoming , ensuring magazines are recent , the fruit is fresh , and the coffee is well supplied with choices. The staff are available, well presented, pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I will continue to recommend others to the practice of Dr. Bobbie Brown.

I like the thoroughness of their dental protocol and the flow of operations, from the time you check in to the time of payment and booking your next appointment, is just flawless in my point of view compared to the other dental facilities. It is not always perfect though as there are times when the facility face some challenges due to lack of staff on some occasions, etc., but the way they handle it and make through those challenges is admirable. My hygienist Diane R. is the best; her skills are just impeccable! Dr. B. Brown is awesome, very thorough and compassionate; I felt outright I was in good hands the first time he did my recall check. The front desk staff, in particular - Michael, has been very consistently courteous, friendly and accommodating during my clinic visits, and post appointments check.

I generally don't write reviews but I have to say that I've had nothing less than great experiences within the last few years of coming to Dr. Bobby Brown's office. I've been to a few dental clinics before but have not been anywhere else ever since I found his office. Jenny, my dental hygienist, is extremely attentive to every detail and goes out of her way to make sure she's as thorough as possible each and every session I have with her. I just had a cleaning with her today and although it was past my appointment duration, she did not rush one bit and made sure the cleaning was completed to her standards before letting me walk out. I have nothing but great things to say & I definitely recommend others to come to Dr. Brown's office if they are looking for a new dental clinic.

Dr. Bobby Brown has been taking care of all my dental needs for almost 10 years. From the very first visit on he and his friendly and professional staff have exceeded my expectations and making me feel like I am part of their family. I have always been nervous about dental visits in the past but Dr. Brown has taken my fears away even when it comes to root canal - and that is hard to beat! My dental appointments have always been very pleasant experiences and totally painless in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. My hygienist Dianne is very skilled, efficient and thorough - and super nice! I am indeed impressed with her detailed examination of not only my teeth but also my gums and mouth in general. Absolutely love it here! I've been going since I was a kid and the service has always been amazing. All the employees greet you by name the second you walk in. Always very professional, gentle, thorough, and my teeth always look great! The staff at this office makes getting checkups and cleanings an enjoyable experience. In addition, here's a few great pluses about this place: location is easy and accessible, lots of parking, washrooms are always clean and supplied with mouthwash, waiting area has many books and games for children to play with as well as fruits, magazines, coffee, tea and water as you wait, they also do contests to win different tools like water picks etc. Would 100% recommend this dental office to everyone!

Because there are so many dentists, finding the right office is important – unless you want to risk your teeth. After Dr. Joe Bulger moved here from Royal York Dental, I switched to remain his patient. I'm glad I did because the previous place wanted to pull out a tooth that he successfully repaired! Overall, the team is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is inviting. They are reasonably punctual and getting appointments has been easy. Carla cleans my teeth and is thorough. My family started coming here too. We're satisfied. The location has 2 hours of free parking and is conveniently located. If you're looking for an established, well-run dental office, Dr. Bobby Brown and Associates is worth considering.

I have been going to Dr Bobby Brown and associates for over a decade now, and its been a pleasure! They are honest and fair people. I have only had 2 dentist and 2 hygienists during this entire time. I have been dealing with the same reception crew since I joined them back in 2011 (shout out to Michael and the crew). The low turnover is a signal of their positive culture. My current Dentist, DR. Bhesania is amazing! She explains everything, is understanding, takes her time and is gentle but effective with her work. If you need a new Dentist, you wont be disappointed. Dr. Bobby Brown himself drops by to check on you if asked and is kind to deal with. Honestly, I give them 10 out of 5 stars.

I've been a client of Dr. Bobby Brown for just over 30 years.That in itself says alot. My 1st visit I was a bit nervous, not many people enjoy dentist visits. Within no time I was comfortable even looked forward to my regular cleaning sessions. Nancy has been my hygienist for many years.She's great. She always remembers my warm neck roll which helps make the session more relaxing.If I have a procedure done I always get a follow up call to check how I"m doing, if I have any discomfort. From the front desk staff to the hygienists, their assistants and the dentists everyone makes you feel welcome. Any questions are patiently answered. I would definately refer friends or family

Bobby Brown and Assoc are the top dental team in Mississauga in my opinion. I am always well looked after before during and after an apt. I have been a patient here for over 40 years. My hygienist, Engy, does an excellent job and always ensures that I am comfortable and pain free. The admin staff including Michael, always give me a reminder call regarding my appointment. Dr. Bobby gives me the best treatment and doesn't prescribe what can be "hold and see" and tells me what is neccessary. My childhood fear of the dentist has long disappeared after their personal care. Very happy with all the service I have received in this office.

This dental office always goes above and beyond the call of duty! Every single person that works there is constantly and genuinely concerned with the patients comfort at every step of the visit. They do high quality work every visit. I will never go to another office and really can't say a negative word about this entire office. No one loves going to the dentist and the entire staff understands this and works very hard to make each visit as comfortable as possible. They are also very good at educating the patient so you always fully understand all that is being done. I am 100% satisfied with this office. Great job all around!

Everyone in our family enjoys Dr. Brown and his team. They're such genuinely nice people at his office, and time and again, they've shown us we can trust them to have our best interests at heart. Having relocated many times, we've had many dentists, and I've never had one as technically capable and honest as Dr. Brown. He works so well with my team of professionals from various offices: including prosthodontists, periodontists, nerve specialists, and of course his own excellent hygienists. They're never in a rush, they always answer all my questions, and they keep excellent detailed patient records.

Had an appointment today at Doctor Bobby Browns and as usual was greeted like I was someone special by the staff. I had an appointment with Dr. Chen and and she was amazing. , very polite , caring and took the time to explain everything to me before doing the procedure. While she is very young she just puts you at ease and you know everything will be done right. Her assistant Ursula was also extremely knowledgeable and the two of them made a great team. My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Brown for many years and although I have to travel a long distance to get there, I wouldn’t go any where else. His hygenists are gentle and thourough and provide an extremely detailed examination of my teeth, gums and mouth. The staff are friendly, compassionate and efficient. Dr. Brown is knowledgeable and skilled and only accepts Associates that share his dental values of superb patient care. I have been going to Dr. Bobby Brown for years. I started seeing him when both my children were very young and now they are grown with children of their own. I have always found the office very clean, the staff very professional but also very friendly. The girls are also very thoughtful. If you talk about something bad going on in your life you soon will receive a "Hope things get better" card from them. I've had a few visits to Dr.Bobby Brown and associates office and I can say I'm pretty satisfied with the care I've received. The staff is friendly, the doctor and her assistants were explaining all the procedures in detail, were attentive during the procedures - all in all, everything you'd expect from a good dentist's office. I've heard the care can be a bit pricey compared to some other dentists out there, though I cannot be sure of it since I didn't get proper quotes from others. I've had no issues with Dr.Brown's office, so all in all, I'd recommend them to a friend.

This is the best dental office I have ever used. I have now been going here for 20 years, and drive in from out of town. The staff is excellent, personable, caring and have always been on time. Dr. Brown and the other dentists have provided a level of service and attention that consistently exceeds my expectations. Nina is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever used. Highly recommend. UPDATE: I continue to go to Dr Bobby Browns office. Excellent service and all of the staff is amazing. They are so good that I drive in from out of town just to go to their offices.

Dr. Brown has been my dentist for almost 40 years. I've lived around the world and have had great dental care wherever I've lived, and can say unequivocally that he and his team are the absolute best. They keep up on the latest developments in the industry and bring them back to their patients which I really appreciate. And I have never felt pressured to purchase a service or product. They're all really great people -- from the front office staff to the dental assistants to the hygienists, but Nadia is hands-down my fave hygienist.

Dr. Bobby Brown has been my dentist for over 20 years. I totally trust him and his associates. They make my dental care their responsibility, by scheduling me for regular dental appointments and calling or emailing me appointment reminders. They are in tune with my dental care needs and often make valuable recommendations. When I go in, they check in with how I am feeling and even check my blood pressure before starting my procedure. I love them; they offer great service. I would recommend them 100 percent!

Starting from front office, Michael and Vanessa takes good care of you and are considerable in booking a slot for you in busy schedule. I personally have done 3 fillinds and 12 scaling sessions, the results were pretty good. Not t only they treat us but educate to how to maintain oral hygiene in detailed way. Been here since 2018 and still attending even when I moved to Oakville a couple years ago. Honestly the best dentist and dental cleaning experience I ever had. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is been “traumatized” by dental cleaning in the past. Dentist appointment is still no fun but they will try their best to help you feel better during the stay. Everyone in the clinic is just so nice to be around with, I love seeing them every time: Micheal, Vanessa, Dr. Naga, Engy.

I have been a patient for nearly 30 years, even after moving to Oakville 22 years ago. The staff is wonderful, they make you feel welcome, always happy and makes your visit seem personal. Dr Brown is always up to date with latest technologies, office equipment is always updated. In all the years I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see him. I had veneers done years ago and to this day they still look like they are normal teeth. I highly recommend Dr Bobby Brown and Associates

The team at Dr. Bobby Brown and Associates have been great for the several years I have been going to the clinic. I'm always a bit hesitant about someone sticking something in my mouth but the staff have always been attentive to my needs and have done a great job making me feel as comfortable as possible. The staff have also been very good at providing me with home care techniques that I feel make a big difference. I definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a dental clinic.

I am not a dentist person after being brought up in England and mixing with the “School Dentist” many children of my era were terrified of the dentist after experiencing this. I have been with Bobby Brown for over 25 years; my experiences through the years have always been positive and all his team from the front desk to Dr. Brown and associates have been great. From day one the office was always to the highest standard and all patients treated with respect and professionalism.

NT - 6 December 2015 I have been a customer of Dr. Bobby Brown for 15 years and am always impressed with the clean, comforttable environment. The staff are great and helpful - very pleasant team headed by the very professional, efficient Dr. Brown. Overall an AWESOME dental clinic. My hygienist presently is Nadia and she is amazing! I haven't been to a dentist in a while. I was very hesitant on going because of anxiety and afraid I was going to be shamed for not doing yearly check ups but after having my first appointment everyone here was so very courteous and helpful. I had a severe toothache that I've been dealing with for a little over a year. Dr. Naga and the associates extracted my tooth with ease, were very kind and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this Dentist clinic!

I am a new patient with the team with a dental plan. I appreciate working within that plan. The team is very friendly and give a lot of information with regard to the dental services available. The hygienist is very informative about what she is doing to assist me in having healthy teeth sometimes a little too detailed about the costs. I love getting my teeth cleaned as my gums feel alive when I am finished. I would recommend Bobby Brown and Associates.

Dr. Bobby Brown and team have been around for years and years and they are the best in their field. I always am extra comfortable, feel like one of the family and know they will always be honest and upfront with me at all times. They show genuine care in my oral health and even though I've moved to Ottawa, I still drive the 4 hours every 3 months for my cleaning. I have referred my wife to them as well and she has said how happy she is with the switch.

I've been going to Dr. Bobby Brown and Associates for almost ten years and haven't looked back! I was recommended through my mother's periodontist that they were the best in Mississauga, and it certainly stands true. Great staff and great service every time. I see Nancy as my hygienist and she's just so wonderful! I live out downtown Toronto and I continue to use Dr. Bobby Brown and Associates as my dentist without second thought. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bobby Brown has been my dentist for over 25 years. I drive close to 3 hours to visit him and his professional staff. This office exemplifies customer service and customer satisfaction. The staff is always courteous and so very welcoming and accommodating. They know me by name and I truly feel like a valued customer. I fully trust their knowledge and competence in dealing with my oral health needs. It truly is worth the 3 hour drive!

Dr. Brown and staff always make me feel very comfortable, almost like being at home (even though you're still at the dentist)!. I've only had positive experience with them and would not hesitate to recommend them. It starts with the front desk who always makes you feel welcome. I have been going to Dr. Bobby Brown and Associates for over 10yrs. No matter who you're there to see, everyone you meet along the way will always greet you with a smile and friendly comment. My hygienist, Nadia, is always friendly, knowledgeable, professional and makes sure any concerns I have are addressed. My trips to the dentist feel more like a visit with old friends with top notch service and dentistry as an added bonus!

Staff is professional and the office environment is very patient-friendly. Unfortunately I would have loved to have an appt with Dr Brown (as he is highly recommended). However, a routine hygienist cleaning does NOT have to be split into 3-4 appointments. I can understand why some of the reviews here suggest that this practice will "milk your insurance money". I have found another dentist nearby and will not be returning here.

Awesome care at Bobby Browns. They are patient, gentle, have time to listen, and very professional in their work. They make you feel welcome , and keep you comfortable in the chair. I originally went to Bobby for crown work, and was so happy i did (7 years ago), so i stayed as a patient for all other dental needs. I had been through my fair share of BAD dentistry previously, so landing at Bobby Brown's has been a blessing.

I have been coming here my whole life! Dr Brown and Associates is up to date with all the newest treatments and technologies. It is super clean and the staff are all amazing and friendly...they all know my family really well and are up to date on my family life which means they actually care...my whole family uses them too btw. Although I moved far away, I still keep them as my home dentist and will never change.

As someone new to Canada, my first experience at a dentists office is extremely pleasant and set the bar high for future visits. The Office if extremely clean and takes everyones safety around covid very seriously. The staff is great and makes me feel comfortable and welcome with each visit. Dr. Bhesania did my fillings (I had 8), was very gentle and is extremely kind. My father has been going to this dentist for 20+ years and I have a feeling I too will be going for many years to come.

Been going here for a couple years now, great quality service every time. Absolutely professional both in equipment and people, both for regular cleaning and more extensive procedures. Dentist is helpful and explanative for options without aggressive upselling or the like. Price is on the expensive side, but still within normal range - well worth it!

Dr. Bobby Brown and his team are amazing from the front office, dental hygienists, and of course the dentists.
