I don't usually write reviews, but after my visit with Dr. Li, I knew I just had to write one for him. The ease of setting up the appointment and not having to wait in the office (unlike other doctor office's where appointment times never matter) was amazing. On top of that, Dr. Li was very professional and personable. He addressed all my concerns and explained everything clearly so that I was able to understand everything. No one enjoys going to the doctors office, but Dr. Li makes it so that you have nothing to fear and makes every effort so that you have an enjoyable one. Dr. Li is by far the best PCP I have ever had. The test results came back fairly quick and Dr. Li was available almost immediately to review the results with me. Dr. Li has a great attitude with his patients and the most important thing is that he truly cares for his patients. I could not be more pleased with my visit with Dr. Li and would highly recommend Dr. Li to anyone.

Dr. Li is by far the best physician that I have ever encountered. Starting with his large and squeaky clean practice, I was already impressed. What topped it off was the on-the-dot call to the patient room. I truly despise overbooking appointments and waiting past appointment times; this was not the case here- very professional. Dr. Li did not treat me like just a patient, he spoke to me as a friend, he showed me he actually cared about my concerns and afterwards, he even checked up on me via chat on the patient portal app. He took the time to answer all of my questions and instead of rejecting my opinions like most physicians do, he agreed with me on what was accurate and continued to assess from there- not condescending whatsoever. Dr. Li made me feel comfortable as a patient in need and finally, it was extremely easy to make follow up appointments with his wildly flexible schedule. Thank you Dr. Jack Li.

Hands down, Dr. Li is the best doctor I have ever had!! He is always extremely attentive to all my needs and helps me anytime I may have a question. The patient portal makes it super easy to ask questions, get test results, book an appointment & more! The office is always clean and operates quickly. I hardly ever have to wait to be seated in a patient room after arriving, which is a huge plus. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly too! I have been in and out of many other doctors offices over the past few years and I have had to deal with several doctors ignoring my issues, but that is not the case here!!!! Dr. Li actually cares about his patients and their well being! He's like a good friend rooting for you and your success! 100% would recommend!

Dr. Li is an astute, caring and compassionate physician. He truly listens to your concerns and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. You can tell that truly cares for your well- being and he ensures that you are included in your medical care. In addition, he just makes you feel comfortable - it is very difficult to find a physician with whom you can share all your concerns with and I am very glad I have found Dr. Li. I have recommended all my friends and family go see him as he really goes above and beyond to care for his patients!

Ever since switching to Dr. Li as my primary care doctor my attitude about going for check ups has completely changed. These are now enjoyable experiences. He is compassionate, caring, and makes you feel you are family. There are no ailments too trivial as Dr. Li will listen patiently to every concern. Any prescribed treatment is also concisely explained with precision follow up from Dr. Li himself. I could not have asked for a better healthcare provider looking after my well being. Highly recommended.

Este es un excelente medico. Una ves trato a mi hija , en atlantic, ozone park, queens, y nunca le di una queja. Ahora se fue para otra parte , porque no se donde esta , y estoy buscando donde se encuentra para hacer una cita con el medico
