I called to ask if Dr. Bromley was taking new patients. I was told yes but if I become a patient I'll be required to pay $412.50 every 3 months outside of anything covered by insurance. Nothing like adding another $1650 a year on top of insurance premiums, deductibles, co-pays and total out of pocket expenses. The person I spoke to tried to justify it by saying I would be included in a wellness program Dr. Bromley participates in. The program described sounded like preventative things that my insurance already covers. In my opinion this is not compassion.

Dr. Bromley is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner, but his staff does not follow through and does not answer the phone regularly. I have has two occasions where I was inconvenienced when they did not perform their duties properly. I would change doctors due to the staff, but I really don't think I will be able to find a better doctor. If this was just based on the Doctor, I would give five stars but I have to take the staff into account also.

Dr. Bromley and his staff is the utmost amazing experience I've been too. His staff and Dr. Bromley has had the greatest intentions and the best interest of each patient. Moving to Houston, TX I have not found a provider who has provided that sort of genuine concern. Regardless of the medical concern, the staff and his team always have been able to build a comfort level. Bromley Medical Group by far is an indispensable team.

Dr Bromley and his staff have seen me through sickness and health, Aetna, Humana, and none, and always were kind, professional, and fun. You will never encounter his aptitude and skill combined with charm and personality in another practitioner. I love this guy.

Making someone pay monthly fees in addition to the bill is absolutely disgusting and this kind of practice is a scam. If he was a truly caring doctor, he wouldn't be concerned with making you be a "member".

One of the most awesome doctors you will ever have ! He is so thorough and caring unlike most doctors these days. I have to give him a great review because he is a great person and an awesome doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Bromley for many years and have always been happy with the treatment I received. He has a very caring bedside manner and truly cares about his patients individual needs.

Can't even share my experience of the doctor because the scheduling coordinator and office staff have not called me back to schedule appt. Have left 4 messages.
