For almost 2 weeks their phone lines have been down . I went in to office to confirm an appt. Unable ti get prescription refilled, even pharmacy cannot fax them. I don't understand why they have not informed patients or gven us an email. Perhaps purchase cell phones for work and let patients knowwhere they should call.
