Honestly I was nervous about a company having 802 5-star reviews, it felt very scammy. However, I lost my only set of car keys on the weekend and I called them up. All the mechanics I spoke to, the dealerships, wouldn't see me until January and quoted ridiculous prices. After calling around and getting insane quotes to cut a broken key ($60 for a single key!) I finally called Dr. Locksmith. Professional, friendly and so kind.
