Dr. Ortiz took the time to listen to me. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and wanted to help. I even recommended him to my brother. My brother thought the same thing I did. If you are looking for a amazing doctor look no further. The staff is wonderful. They were super fast at getting me a appointment with a specialist. Dr. Ortiz is a class act and his staff are super stars.

I have never been to this office, I am looking for a primary care physician and just based off of the reviews that I’ve read about the front receptionist being rude makes me seek out another office. Maybe as a place of business, you should clean house and get nicer people in there. Especially when it comes to dealing with something as delicate as people health.

This office is horrible!! The doctors are ok, but most importantly the front staff is just disgustingly rude!! I would never send my parents, myself, friends even worst enemy to this place. The front staff needs to learn customer service skills and quite frankly their job. Talk about mistreating the elderly! This place does just that! Disgusting!

Doctor Montoya was kind, professional and seemed genuinely concerned about how to help me with my specific health issues. He listened and was very attentive as well as a nice person. I had previously given a negative review but felt the need to recant my statement as my views have changed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs treatment.

After reading bad reviews on yelp I was kinda hesitant to go to my initial appointment however after my appointment I was so relieved! As well as confident in my decision that this is now my primary care physician. The friendly staff front desk included were kind , knowledgeable and through.

Dr. Montoya is very thorough & listens well. He takes excellent care of his patients & cares about those he treats. He sees you on time & is very knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Montoya. He is an excellent Doctor.

Doctor is kind and knowledgeable, but receptionist was incredibly rude and curt. Not the best first impression.
