One of the best physiotherapy center in Ahmedabad. I was having numbness and tingling in both legs (lower part) since last 7-8 months and not able to stand properly more than 10-15 mins. This is because of spondylolisthesis ( L5 slip forward onto the bone S1). Apart from this I had problem of disc bulging and there is a minor hairline fracture on my back bone. Due to all these I was on medicine from 2 months. Thing were improving but not as per my expectation. When I came to Dr. Nancy, she told me to do exercise in her center for 15-20 days. During this period she studied my case in detail. and there were very few exercises which according to her I can do(according to doctor, I cannot twist and bend my back in backward position ). after 5-6 days I was feeling good. She changed exercises. After 10 days again, she added some more movements. She knows when and how to do this, as per the condition and improvement of the body.. Now I am fine and doing exercises at home. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Nancy.... Keep doing like this..

I underwent ACL Reconstruction and Partial Medial Meniscectomy surgery and joined Dr. Nancy Modi clinic for rehabilitation after 1 month of surgery. Initially 25° was left for full straightening of legs, knee bending was 100° and anti gravity knee bending was 75°(Knee bending out of 140°). At clinic we focused to improve muscle strengthening, knee bending, knee stability and further weight bearing on knees. My exercises were arranged likewise with the aid of sand bag weights, theraband, cycling and balancing wood. Achieved results in prior than expected time and for this my surgeon also praised Dr. Nancy Modi for her contribution. I had tons of questions and queries regarding my surgery and rehabilitation, Dr. Nancy Modi answered each my question and brought positivity whenever I was in dilemma. She is optimistic.
