A doctor that heals.... I have been suffering since 1992 and diagnosed in 1999 with Fibromyalgia. Dr Bankole was highly recommended to me. On my first visit, during my consultation, he stated that he believed I had been misdiagnosed. He told he believed my condition was Adrenal Dysfunction but wanted to run test to confirm it. He told me that it is a condition where due to stress your body shoots high levels of cortisol into your system, throws your hormones off balance which makes you very sick with severe chronic fatigue, muscle pain and depletes your iron levels in your blood cells. I knew he was right because back in 2011, I had been hospitalized for 4 days and they found high levels of cortisol in my blood. Four of the hospitals top specialist were baffled. No one could tell me why my cortisol levels were off the charts. Not only did Dr Bankole take the time to explain the condition, he gave me information and a website so I can research it and learn more about it. For years doctors prescribed medications and many wanted to see me monthly. Dr Bankole is interested in curing you NOT giving you band-aide assistance that keep you on meds so you have to return every month. I have been suffering exhausted, in pain and anemic for 25 years. My test results came back and he was right. He gave me a medical plan to follow and prescribed 3 different supplements to bring my system back in balance. They are natural herbs (1200 mg in capsule form) I felt the difference immediately! I am feeling better than ever. The best news is that by following his medical plan, I can very soon totally recover. My daughter, my brother, nephew and best friend all go to him and they have their own testimony on how he has helped them. This doctor is amazing!!! And believe me I will tell everyone! He is very highly regarded in the medical field as every medical professional that knows him has agreed. He is truly interested in healing you. A true doctor that heals. Dr Bankole is a great doctor. He and every staff in his office are magnificent. I have never met a doctor so intent in treating the whole body. He would educate you about the illness, he would run tests to figure out the underlying cause and carry you along in your treatment. I could give him 10 stars. Everyone in my family sees this doctor, except me. When my previous PCP was dropped by my insurance and I had to find a new doctor, I decided to see Dr Bankole. Its been a few months now and all I can say is good things. My health has improved and I am better educated about my condition. If only other doctors can learn from him.

Called Friday morning because they made a mistake with my billing, and not only overcharged my card but billed it incorrectly to the insurance company and my insurance told me I needed to rectify it with them. Spoke to Jennifer in billing and was told she would work on fixing the error and that she would call me back. When I asked when I should expect a call, she replies “As soon as I can.” No one ever called me back then the office closed. Don’t go here. They have attitudes and are quick to charge your card for expenses you don’t owe.

Well for my mom first time visit we didn’t see the doctor it was the nurse practitioner, who is very nice but still didn’t even come in to at least meet us. That was our only time there, 2 weeks ago. And today I been trying to call all morning to question the lab work my mom is suppose to do, and no one is picking up. It’s a bit frustrating. I’ll still give this office a chance but so far I’m not feeling it.

This doctor is awesome! As well as his staff! He DOES care about your health. I could write a long story about how well he cares for my son and the issues he was having that are now being resolved. You have to see for yourself. The reason I am taking the time to write this review is because finding the right dr is serious. You want truthful reviews. I highly recommend Dr. Bankole.

I have been with this office for a couple years.I like dealing with Ms. Pena shes there Tuesdays and Thursdays.They just relocated within the year, a good move.At times the place is a little too busy.Overall they do a good job,thank you ! (update they have a new ARNP, and she was very friendly.) Ms. Pena is no longer there.

really unhappy with people was there twice ,they barely check you ,they charge $25 even with insurance and than they send you a crazy bill too ,for absolutly nothing ,they just make you wait for an hour and tell you they will ca you back to give you the result and they never do ,do not go there ,their thieves

I’m almost 60 years old and have seen my share of doctors. Dr Bankole is a great doctor and great human being. He is a very knowledgeable doctor. He takes the time to explain your health issues in detail. I am very grateful to him and his staff who are also very helpful.

Doctor Bankole is the best doctor we have ever had. He takes his time with his patients and listens to our concerns. He is open to our feedback and will order tests when necessary. His staff is helpful. I would strongly recommend Doctor Bankole!!!

In terrible shape, abnormal labs, sick, 3 months of hospitalization, Dr. Bankole became my Primary Dr. and I have so much to be thankful for, awesome PCP...He also has the best staff ever, family oriented pleasant atmosphere. THE BEST!

He puts the nurse practitioner to see the patients without even telling patients . He tries to sell the medicines he have in the clinic. Shows zero repsonse to how you doing and thankful words.

I had been feeling sick forever. He took the time to figure out what was wrong with me...did not just prescribe meds. I've not felt this good in a while.
