SHOCKED! LACK OF BEDSIDE MANNER, and a complete lack of professionalism! Seems unable to process and correlate previous severe trauma, harmful and unsupportive family members, and several current health issues to current defensive and (autistic 15 year old son misbehaves and causes huge scene right before an appointment) forced missed appointment behavior. Not a walk in clinic, and ....not a good doctor! (in my almost 80 doctor lifetime experience opinion... And my grandfather was a doctor too! Dr. Maurice Fletcher... Who even volunteered in the coldest reaches of Canada up in the NWT where I was born. To help free of charge the first nations people's of the Arctic. I still have all of his accolades and certificates! Even though my grandfather strangled me at the age of 10 for interrupting a conversation to tell my family the apartment at Fennell and Gage was on fire right below his apartment. He was still more inspirational and better mannered than this doctor. I've had many doctors over the years as I've traveled and lived in many places in Canada and the world, and this one is the SECOND WORST I've ever had! If you need to go get referrals or blood work done, then this is your doctor. If you want to actually get to the bottom of SEVERAL health issues and wait an extra 2 years in discomfort and pain, and be ignored and then be berated... then this is definitely your doctor! TODAY I witnessed the worst behavior and complete lack of comprehension and compassion from a licensed professional. I had to cut short and leave halfway through my appointment, just wanting to get my referrals quickly done and excuse myself because Dr. Khaper made me feel extremely uncomfortable and showed a very high degree of unprofessional behavior. The complete lack of professionalism and reaction from the doctor after I told him I didn't feel he was the right doctor for me. (because he didn't listen from the START of taking over my care!) Explanation Huge delay in the path for my improved health. I was actually getting somewhere with my last doctor (most amazing and inspiring doctor.. Dr. Paulpillai!) -took me from 340lbs after several injuries forced me to live in a bed for over 2 years, and worked with me to fix health issue after health issue! Dr. Paulpillai inspired me to lose over 120lbs and face my mounting health problems. I had even conquered my depression for years in his care and gotten my over 30 years undiagnosed type 1 child onset diabetes under control! But this ongoing situation of not being listened to, having my choice to path of care ignored as well as redoing years of tests had already caused me to feel a lack of faith and was a large part of why I went back into depression and needed to be medicated after years of unmedicated control. Who wants to keep throwing up everyday? Who wants that pain? Who wants an ongoing infection in their skull? (2 healthy teeth lost already) I had voiced that I wanted a new doctor openly to my family on previous occasions, but family doctors are hard to find. Dr. Khaper's immediate response after I casually ran through the previous years of delay and stated "I don't think you're the right doctor for me," was to place his patient on the emotional defensive and attack on psychological grounds.(and all responses again ignored) Of all the other doctors I had previously enjoyed for the most part the privilege to be their patient he was the most immature. All he managed to do was get Fired(removed ) as my care provider. By this point he had managed to make me feel that he wasn't just willing to lash out at a patient. But was incompetent as a family physician and was obviously unable to continue to care for my health. Seriously a 2 year delay of care because he's a know it all! I rode home and thought for a while about my doctor's appointment before writing this. I'm on the fence as to whether I should file a complaint. As I left, I politely told them to de-roster me as I felt a WALK IN CLINIC DOCTOR would be more professional and competent!

No never ever go to them. They are very rude and they don’t know how to talk with their patients not even then when they are in real time emergency. They don’t even call on scheduled time nor after scheduled time and when you call them to know about your report they don’t pickup calls for about a week or so and when they’re free and taking your call they always say that they did call but i didn’t respond and then they’ll book for next available appointment and then again it’ll be same in loop.

Dr. Khaper and his entire staff are amazing! They make you feel welcomed, cared and they understand and listen to your needs instead of rushing or brushing you off. Dr. Khaper is kind, sweet and his knowledge is beyond other doctors out there. I’m a little confused as to how they have bad reviews. I’ve always had pleasant experiences with them, along with my fiancé and my father. Thank you for always taking care of myself and my family, you are the BEST!

Dr Khaper has amazing patient care and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate Dr., so fortunate to have found a great family Dr. for my family and I. His staff always takes excellent care of my family and I, thank you to everyone at Dr. Khaper’s office who make coming to a Drs office pleasant one.

Dr. Khaper is very thorough and works with you for the best possible treatment. He really listens, is patient and has great people skills. I'm so thankful to have found such a great doctor. Jessie, the administrator makes you feel so special and is very attentive. She does her job really well and makes the visits so comfortable.

Dr. Khaper is an amazing doctor who takes the time to really listen during appointments and follows up promptly. The folks at reception are also caring and always pleasant to talk to. I strongly recommend this practice for those seeking quality care.
