Dr Martinez knows his stuff, and is nice. Sadly this is my third time I've waited 2 hours last my appt time to be seen. This place has horrible service. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
Arrived early, was seen ten minutes prior to my appointment. Dr. Martinez is hands down the best primary care doctor and infectious disease doctor that I have come across. A+++

Waiting for over 3 hours for my appt!! What is the point of making an appointment. Then we get charged for every 30 mins we are parked here!! Crazy ridiculous!
