The front desk employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They immediately acknowledge me when I come in the door and the appointments are not overbooked, therefore my appointments seldom run later than a few minutes of the booked time. When I experienced severe knee pain, my coworker suggested that I go see Dr. Ceaser. I had previously not been to see a Naturopath practitioner, therefore I was somewhat skeptical. My initial appointment went well, as he took time to question, examine and explain what was happening in my knee joint. With my 1st injection I noticed some improvements within a few days, and after my 2nd injection I felt considerable improvement within hours. After a few days I had no pain at all. This sold my on this type of procedure vs going to a regular physician and their procedure, like my friend did. She has now had both knees replaced and waiting for hip surgery. I did go back for another injection a few years after the initial one, but only needed one injection and the pain went away. I have since climbed Machu Picchu and walked many miles. Being a very active senior, I did go back again after 6 years. This time I had 1 injection in my left knee and 2 injections in my right knee. The staff is very friendly and the Prolotherapy treatments do work very well. I had extreme back pain for years as well as knee issues and after a few treatments, I can now go months without issue. I return only when needed for treatment, which is good as it is rather costly. But when you are in extreme pain, you will pay anything to try to help, and this does work! My only issue was the length of time charged for my initial visit considering he kept leaving the office to deal with other patients. Granted he gave me paperwork to fill out, but I was waiting a few times which is unprofessional if you are charging for time. Some of my following visits were 20-25min and I was being charged 30min. I spoke up after a few times, and he adjusted every 3rd visit to the 15min charge to adjust pricing which is fair.

Hello. I recommend this place for anyone who has pain that doesn't want to go away. I had tennis elbow some years ago , after over a year of inflammation, pain, even lifting a cup of coffee hurt. I couldn't lift a pot with one hand anymore. Tried diffrent medication, chiropractor, nothing seemed to help. I started researching PRP treatments, and I came across this place. After 2 PRP treatments for my husbands nerve damage from diabetes, he is feeling sensations in his feet that he hasn’t felt in almost 6 years. I suffer from spinal stenosis and usually take cortisone shots every three months for relief. I visited Dr Ceaser and he gave my back a thorough examination. I then over a three month period had a number of dextrose injections in my hamstrings, glutes and mid back. These shots have greatly reduced the pain that I was suffering .
