Dr michael was very caring and attentive to explain his procedure on how to do root canal. It help fix my prolonged teethache. I cant help but thank him very much. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He is a good dentist and i highly recommend. His assistant was friendly and calming. I feel less nervous going to dentist. The clinic is a bit our of date but the experience of the dentist was more important. You dont want to miss out on great dentist who does his work well. The receptionist was okey. She was a bit confused on explaining to me insurance and i feel lack of followup in reminding on the time of apptment. A bit disorganized. Otherwise. I really appreciate them helping me save my teeth as it was badly inflammed and infected before. I hope dr michael can be my long time family dentist.

Dr. Tong Wang and his staff/associates have been absolutely excellent over the 10+ years that I have been seeing them for my dental care needs (cleaning, cavity work, tooth extraction, etc.). Kind and accommodating, Dr. Tong Wang and his team make it a priority to ensure their clients feel comfortable and at ease. I am always impressed by Dr. Tong Wang's efficiency and attention to detail. I really appreciate that he takes the time to offer various tips and suggestions for improving my oral hygiene at home in addition to taking care of my dental needs at the office. The dental office is always full of warmth and good energy due to the friendly staff. I can't recommend Dr. Tong Wang and Associates highly enough!

几年前在Dr. Wang 治疗牙齿，说实话，总体感觉还不错，之后推荐给我的家人。 3年疫情后的昨天带我母亲看牙齿，虽然我搬到（Niagara Falls)瀑布居住，距离100多公里路，因为经常请他看牙，基本检查费，拍片费我是知道的，也就没跟他再确认，出于信任，驾车1个半小时的路程带母亲去了，经过Dr. Wang 检查后，给了我们几个选择，因为母亲是探亲身份，1-2 个月后就回国了，最后我们选择了先保持现状。 当我付费时候，让我大跌眼镜的是，10分钟左右的检查和拍了2张片子要收$198, 这里包括检查费$153 + 2张片子$45, 当时把我吓了一跳，问他怎么这么贵？以前不是这样收费的呀！我仅仅是拍个片子检查一下，根据以往他的收费标准几十块钱就可以了，他的解释我没办法接受。 我在想是否这3年疫情通货膨胀导致的？今天早上我打了其他牙医诊所，正常检查费+片子费用$40左右。我无语了，不是因为这$198我付不起，而是心里五味杂全，是因为我搬到了瀑布不太可能再去了呢？还是因为人们常说的越是熟客越坑你？还是因为我出于对他的信任没有事先确认价格打我个措手不及？ 这里不允许给“0‘分，否则一个星都不想给，希望我的经历能让大家引以为戒。

Dr. Tong Wang, his associates, and all his staff are so friendly and professional from the second you enter the clinic. They always take the time to explain the procedures in detail to make sure their patients are comfortable. Dr. Wang's clinic is by far the best place to take care of your teeth! It is evident that they really value patient care and are compassionate for dental work!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality dentist :)

Dr. Tong Wang is both professional and humorous (yes, even behind his mask!) and can always make my experience a little more bearable. I have been seeing Dr. Tong Wang and his staff for 10 years for all of my oral and dental care needs including tooth extraction, cavity work, routine cleaning and dental guards. They always take the time to explain proper oral hygiene and look for small issues before they become big problems. The visits are always pleasant and efficient and I don’t know many who can say the same for their dentists.

Dr. Wang has been my dentist for around 10+ years. I have gotten my teeth cleaned, wisdom teeth removed, etc. and have never had a bad experience. Recovery for my wisdom teeth removal wasn't bad at all and they periodically call you to check in and see how you feel. Everyone in the office is friendly and it makes the entire experience much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
