Dr ting has been my family doc for 10 years! He is great sweet with a great personality and very caring. Recently last couple of years there is a new lady doctor there and she has no personality always rude not helpful at all. Always just hands you a slip and begins conversation with "how can o help you" but never helps! She is only on computer not even eye contact so annoying ... today I was hesitant to go in for a checkup because I knew she would be the one helping me ugh! Again bad attitude and handed me a slip to go get blood work done. I went to look for lab place to come to find out I needed to be fasting!!! Waste of time that lady Doctor never told me that!! I will not go back to this lady horrible experience every time like your not HUMAN! She seems like she hates her career

Dr. Nguyen’s location threw me off because it shares close quarters with a skin care business. To be fair, it is a suite within an office building but I digress.. The 5 stars are specifically for Dr. Nguyen. He’s super funny & easy to talk to. It’s very clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and isn’t doing this for the $. After a recent visit to my OBGYN, I still had a few remaining concerns and was looking for a 2nd opinion. He took the time to break down my condition in layman’s terms (thank goodness lol) and gave me some real advice on what to do moving forward. He even ordered some blood work so he could keep an eye on my condition as well. I left his office feeling like I was actually listened to.

Dr. Tung has been with me for 20 years now,.. He is an awesome guy,... When I first met him and his former brother who also was a Dr. from another clinic. I met Dr. Tung when I was 6 years old. When He first open his office back then he just came out of his Medicine School. No, it wasn't always this busy,... He a good doctor that listen to you and have to hear what you have to say. If you are new to him you must know that he have more than 10,000 clients over the years each day. So, be patient with him he a good guy and his beloved wife. He has been there for me and with my families thick and thin.

This “Dr. Office” is in a a very low quality flea market mall type setting that looks like very low quality. It’s in the same room/space as face cream from a third world country. After making me wait 20 min they asked for my copay. CASH ONLY!? I don’t carry cash No worries now I have the opportunity to make an appt with an actual Dr. Office and not some clinic with old technology.

Had sent my son here due to possibly having the flu. They do accept my BlueCross/BlueShield. Time to pay and I gave them my HSA card to which they said we only accept CASH OR CHECK...really? I asked if they could just bill us and the answer was no we do not bill. What kind of healthcare provider does not accept credit card. Horrible experience. Will never return.

I have been going to Dr. Tung for over a year already. I mean I hardly see him only when I am sick but I really like Dr. Tung personality. I recently asked him for a refer and I was very amazed how fast it was done. I mean I have been other Vietnamese Dr. before and they take for ever. I mean Dr. Tung really cares for his patients. I would recommend Dr. Tung.

Staff and Dr. Tung is fantastic. The reason I’m giving a 4/5 stars is because there is another doctor name Zina. Every time I come in for a checkup or whatever she seems to always have an attitude. It seems like she doesn’t care about her patient at all.

He is an amazing man and truly cares about his patients. Occasionally the wait can be long, but that's just doctors offices for ya. I find the office staff difficult sometimes, especially in communication and follow through but Tung is wonderful!

I scheduled an appointment, drove 30 + miles then I received a call 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me that doctor is not in the office today. Very unprofessional

Haven’t been to the doctors for over 15 years. Decided to go with doctor Tung for a check up. He’s the best! Office is kind of sketchy but he’s very knowledgeable.
