I love being here and getting assistance from the caring doctors. But the receptionist are really non-sense and rude in terms of waiting lines. There are people waiting in line for over 2 hours and someone just comes in get their problem solved without waiting because they need a refill or prescription ! Doesn’t make sense!! All i wanted is medicine for my flu and they have their weird waiting system which only works for the people whom they know. This is not fair!! You guys should treat everyone same and there should be only 1 waiting list instead of 4 different lines. You have 1 not 2 doctors working in clinic mostly and surely no one can assist 2 different lines with same speed. Again, i love being here but this waiting system got to change and stupid receptionist have to figure out their system which suits everyone!!

Absolutely horrible experience with both the receptionist and the doctor. My mother was getting an appointment for me and showed the receptionist my health card to where she looked at her computer instead of my health card and seen that my old health card has expired when I have already renewed it so I went to go renew my card only to find out that my card is in fact not expired. So I got an appointment with “Doctor” Thai only for him to not take responsibility for the slip up that his receptionist had and told me and mother that “we are not tied to his clinic, there are many other clinics out there”. Just an overall horrible experience i wouldn’t wish what I went through on anyone. Please save your time.

I had been going to this clinic since the day I was a toddler, and Dr. Thai had always been my doctor (considerably a family doctor). He is amazing and always find the route cause of something that may not seem a cause of importance towards other doctor's eyes. As a child till now, every receptionist I had met and remember from this clinic are very kind, open, and funny. I would recommend this place and am happy to revisit a place that I called home.

Friendly staff. Knowledge helful Doctor. For best service you should come in early present health card and get a time slot. First 15 patients are asked to wait at the clinic. All others would get a call back when they are closed to being seen. You will be seen according to urgency of issue. It's a busy clinic but wait times are normal for clinics. Conveniently there is a pharmacy in the same plaza.

Very knowledgable and works using modern technology. All patient files are stored and are easily accessed via his laptop. Prescriptions are electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice that is tech savvy/fax as well. Highly recommended though my recommendation may increase wait times. He is better than most family doctors I have dealt with minus the wait time - but it is worth the wait.

Dr Wyne Thai is my family doctor from 2 years +. He is amazing and super experienced doctor. He helped me much more than my OBGYN in my 1st pregnancy. He can tell you exactly what is happening in your body from symptoms. I am very grateful for having him as a doctor. One of their receptionist is very rude but I will still prefer clinic because of good doc tor.

Great Doctor. Both the doctors here are very knowledgeable, really care to get you the best help possible according to your wants/needs as well. They think with you, talk with you and if you need the time they’ll give it to you. Many generations of my family have been coming here and it is worth the wait.

Dr. Thai is the best, I've been going to him for years. From professionalism to being one of the best doctors I've ever visited. I would give him higher than 5 stars if I could.

Dr Thai is the best doctor ever, I sadly moved out of the Etobicoke area, but we’re constantly remembering him :) we love you doctor !

Doc.Thai always call for feedback and follow up, even when I moved out of Toronto, I still go back whenever I need to.

Horrible. Takes forever. No one answers the phone. Receptionist skip patients. Everyone is rude. It’s disappointing
