I was looking for a specific Pomellato ring and Drakakis, Castle Hill was the one jeweller that had so even though it was out of my area I went there. What an experience! The store itself is opulent. With lots of “designer” jewellery plus their own beautiful styles. I was helped by Jess who was a dream. She had to order ring in for me from Italy in my size as the one in store wasn’t my size. She kept me informed of what was happening and was so very helpful. When you go to Drakakis in Castle Hill you feel like your at home. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Marie who was also very helpful. All in all top notch service and a wonderful experience. Will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

Went to Dracakis Jewellers at Castle Towers looking for a Hearts on Fire diamond ring. Jess attended to our requirements and the service was exemplary as nothing was hard and the presentation and delivery was seamless and such an enjoyable experience Tony , the Jeweller made the most fantastic ring completely to what we wanted. Nick , the owner came in for the handover which was great. Afterwards we had a change of heart and asked if the diamond could be slightly prouder. Tony’s response... I recently purchase a ring from Dracakis as a replacement for my lost engagement ring. We were greeted by a very friendly sales lady at Castle hill, named Marie who shared her valuable knowledge about diamonds and patiently assisted me in picking out the style I liked. She was also very keen to make sure she was present when i picked up my ring to ensure I was completely satisfied. I cannot recommend Dracakis highly enough, I had been looking for a while for the perfect ring with my sons birthstone, I finally found it at Dracakis. The communication was excellent and Tina in particular was such a pleasure to deal with. When we went to pick up the ring the day before Mother's Day and I also got a glass of champagne, a chocolate covered strawberry and a gorgeous pink rose, which was a very special touch. Great service and Quality. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands and engagement ring from Tony at Dracakis ten years ago. For our wedding anniversary Tony made the matching eternity ring, custom to my liking with both emeralds and diamonds. He was amazing and the rest of the staff were very friendly. I purchased the hearts on fire brilliant cut diamond stud earrings from Dracakis Castle Towers for my birthday. The workmanship of these earrings is so beautiful and produces brilliant reflection of light and sparkle. The store manager Tony also went out of his way to open after hours and even included a bottle of champagne to make my birthday extra special, which was so very sweet. We went into the Castle Towers store over the weekend to get a ring repaired, and the service from Jess and Tony was nothing short of excellent, they discussed and explained everything to us very thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable leaving our precious jewellery with them. Another big plus is that the workshop is onsite so your item never leaves the premises. We highly recommend them.

Sent a watch in for repair/new battery. When I received it it back it wasn't working properly.
