As a tenant this real estate was the worst for me. My property manager was so rude and disrespectful to me. They don’t care about the tenants they just take care of the landlords. I had so many issues with them and when I complained they did nothing. When we were reading our contract they made fun of us and made us uncomfortable, they came late for inspection and never say sorry, When I asked them to act as the contract and start to showing the place 2 weeks before we leave they didn’t care and did it as they wanted. When I called to discuss it they interrupted me and called me funny and surprising! And that’s because I asked them politely if they found a new tenant before we leave we don’t pay the penalty for leaving early if it is possible! I wish I didn’t have to deal with them. Ps: I just read your comment, As I mentioned in the last email to Belinda I will pay the penalty if I have to. I just asked because I thought there is no harm to ask! This is not about the money. I don’t know what you are talking about my friends?! If Belinda didn’t interrupt me and let me speak, she would know what I was trying to say. This is about how she reacted and being rude to me not the money.
