Was buying groceries for my grandmother and got served by this nice kid when this blonde lady started speaking to him very rudely with a real bad attitude I think her name tag said Chelsea? Or something? I dunno but as someone who works in retail abuse in the workplace shouldn’t be tolerated! Especially by fellow coworkers!!!

Lovely supermarket, good specials, but the staff were so unfriendly, not a smile to be seen in the whole time I was there, I also saw what I presumed a manager talking to a mate and one of them dropped the F word very loudly! I was so shocked by the unprofessional attitude in the whole store

Your deli worker Georgia is a huge asset to your company. I always try to come in when I know she's set the warm foods up. They always look amazing, cooked perfectly and makes me want to buy everything in the cabinet. Cooks those dimsims to perfection too, they're what keeps me coming back.

Always experience great service from various employees...grateful for many specials with the reduced sticker items & good savings with catalogue items. Store is always clean & tidy & staff go out their way to accommodate customers where they can.

Came into buy smokes with the right change when the lady wouldn't serve me I took my money out of her hands then was accused of assaulting a minor when all I did was take my money back. If she was a minor she shouldn't have been serving

i visit this store once a fortnight i find it a treat with the layout of the store and the volume of products , [ minus the bloody treacle wich i got at Gawler store ] . the staff are very approachable and so helpful especially the

Zero customer service. Staff are unfriendly if not rude. Giving two stars because it is conveniently located so close to my house, but again, if it's not urgent I'd rather go a bit further to Coles, Woolworths, Foodland or Aldi.

Prices were okay, but not as competitive as the two major supermarkets... That and the good different experience were you have to pack your own shopping into baggs .. so basically foodland but you pack your own.

For a shop so close to there own distribution centre they continually run out of things..most days cant get bread after 6pm. Low on other things aswell. Their other store have bigger selection of items.

Went to get a scoop to clean out litter trays. But no they don't sell them . Which is ridiculous. They sell litter trays. Litter liners. But no scoop to clean it out with . Never going back

Miranda could use a lesson or 2 in customer service. Rude, disinterested, quite obviously doesn’t want to be there. Shouldn’t be doing customer service with that attitude.

Although not my local Drake, I shop here from time to time, Good Store, Great range. Today the young man on checkout was polite, efficient and packed my shopping well.

The little kitchen is awesome for a quick heated snack, also their meat fridges are much better in selection and price in my opinion than the other retailers.

Young Amy in the Deli was so helpful and accommodating this afternoon, she made my life easy and took the drama of "what's for dinner " out of my life.

I highly reccomend Drake Eyre, it is an awesome layout, with very friendly staff. Come and enjoy your own experience

I don't live in that suburb, but work in the area . Shop there mainly because of the helpful, friendly staff

Give your iced coffee fridge a wipe out once in awhile.. not the first time I've seen it like this.
