The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is excellent. At first, I was reluctant but now I am glad I visited this clinic. I have had a good fortune of having Dr. Rajitha Nair as my dentist. She is very proficient and thorough in the diagnosis with a genuine concern for your dental health. She explains each and every issue in such a manner that even a kid/layman would understand including the treatments for them. Also, the treatment options would be provided to you while explaining the pros and cons of the solution and clarifying all your doubts. Regarding my crown issue: She was not satisfied with the crown made initially. The manufacturer simply sent a plain crown although she had explicitly asked them to put the small white patch over the crown. So she sent it back and asked them to redo it. Finally they sent the desired one matching my teeth and the fitting was done flawlessly. Also the fillings done were with great finesse. Overall I had a very pleasant experience visiting this clinic. Also the prompt follow up by Dr. Rajitha on the comfort post procedure was profound. I would highly recommend anyone having dental issues, just a consultation would make a difference. Trust me you won’t regret it. To summarize here are my 10 key observations: 1. Dentists - Absolutely fantastic professional, perfectionist, genuine, kind and friendly. 2. I had a good experience with them initially wherein I went to get several cavities filled. Dr. Rajitha & Dr. Richa did an excellent job on all my molars. I visited them again after couple of months for a small problem, a ridge of filling was popping out which needed smoothening. However, the dentist pointed out an area (which they previously warned) is starting to show signs of cavity. It wasn't causing any problem and the cavity was relatively small. However by this time, I had some trust in then so despite my reservation, I decided to go ahead. What followed was I could only describe as an amateur hack job: A portion was of the tooth was drilled out, and filled miserably which left the tooth incredibly sensitive, with food constantly sticking in between the operated teeth. Then I went back for another appointment to get this sorted by Dr. Rajitha this time. More of the tooth was drilled out so that filling can stick.. the sensitivity was covered to a great extent, and food wasn't getting stuck. And I hoped that was it. But the filling is such that it keeps coming off exposing the now extremely sensitive region. This makes eating anything and even drinking water, painful. To set appointments when the filling gets chipped is also a lengthy process where you get replies after a whole day. As a result I once had to just show up. Dr. Rajitha was kind enough and did do a temporary cement filling. But that too got chipped off. After which I had to get it filled somewhere else (because I recieved no reply till a day) And now I'm left with a problem which is consuming both time, expense, and attention (now that I have to chew food carefully) Will update this again with future updates. Hopefully this issue gets sorted.

I should mention that I had to change my dentist of past 12 years, due to diagnosis of my gum infection, which I was skeptical. I got reference of Dream Smilez through my doctor cousin who recommended me for second opinion and assured me of high expertise of doctors at the clinic. I was checked for gum infection by Dr. Harikiran; he patiently explained in detail the problem I have, without rushing it up and gave me options of treatment. With the situation of the infection, as expert, he recommended his preferred treatment and gave me time to think & come back for treatment prescribing pain killer. I went with the recommendation of the Dr. Harikiran for the treatment. Dr. Rajitha did the procedure for my gum infection treatment and I should mention she handled procedure with care and did it as patiently as possible, frequently checking with my comfort level with the pain. She also addressed other issues with caps and cleaning. I am really happy with the whole cycle. Dental procedures are not comfortable at all, however Dr. Harikiran and Dr. Rajitha who are experts and highly skilled in their field make it somewhat comfortable as they know better in diagnosing the issue, explaining the same in detail, options for treatment, their recommendation and performing the treatment procedure without rushing in haste. With my experience after multiple visits and sittings for treatment, I highly recommend Dream Smilez clinic for your dental problems

I recently visited Dream Smilez and the experience was fantastic! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond. Mr.Ajoy from front office team proactively reached out to me to confirm my appointment and provided me with detailed instructions on how to get to the clinic. Their level of assistance reflects that the management truly made everyone feel valued and thus the ripple effect. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. I stay in HSR Layout but didn't know about this clinic. I have consulted other dentists before but unhappy with their service. I was searching for good dentist and found this clinic through a service provider in Hyderabad. I searched on Google, was sceptical about the fees because usually clinics in posh areas charge high. When I enquired about consultation, they said it was Rs.200. I thought let me visit once and if convinced then I will continue treatment here. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. I had a very good experience the very first visit. Dr . Harikiran very patiently listened to my dental problems, then examined and prepared a detailed treatment plan along with cost. I never had this kind of experience before. In the following visits I was treated by Dr. Rajitha. She is very good at her work. She made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. Another aspect that impressed me was they didn't just focus on the problem I had complained about. They did a complete mouth check up and found new cavities which I never had any sensation. I had a swollen gum and it was paining for quite some time. But due to the Covid lockdown and moving to a new city, my dentist visit got delayed. Once in Bangalore, being a new city for me, I was not sure where to visit once the clinics starts opening. That got the process delayed further. One day I got to know about Dr Hari Kiran and planned to visit his Dream Smilez clinic. I sought an appointment and I found the process very effective with proper reminders. When I went to the clinic first thing I noticed is the Covid appropriate behaviour everyone exhibited there. A detailed investigation has been done by Dr Rajitha and Dr Hari and I have been told about the current situation and a treatment plan is explained to me to my satisfaction. Dr Rajitha did the procedures and she did a great job. I got a detailed explanation on each steps from her and upfront warnings like this may be painful. All the procedures were completed to my satisfaction and I am very happy with that. Later in the day I got a call from the clinic also to check all is good with me. That was so nice of them. I was in my second trimester when i approached Dr.Rajitha Nair for my RCT.. i had quite few complications to be attended to, regarding my health too.. She took utmost care possible for me, finished my RCT in just one sitting and kept in touch regarding my recovery.. She saw to that the whole procedure was least painful and trouble free for both me and baby in the womb! Our next experience was for my son who had starting cavity in teeth and needed cleaning and some coating in the affected place!! He is just 6yrs, i couldn't accompany him for i had my post RCT check up in the next room.. In his first visit for diagnosis, Dr. Rajitha already made him feel comfortable and safe. So in this second visit, when explained him the procedure and ensured he will be safe, in my absence he almost completed half the procedure and for the rest of the procedure i was relaxing outside and he completed it safely and happily walked out! Visited this place a while back due the wisdom tooth pain I experienced. Dr Richa and Dr Hari Kiran was simply the very best when it came to explaining the issue I experienced and how I can go about with the treatment. The pain I experienced for roughly 6 months happened to disappear within a week after the treatment which which was done by Dr Richa. She was extremely professional and understanding which made my experience with Dream Smilez seamless. I also proceeded to take my grandmother for getting her new dentures as was in the need of a new one. Dr Richa once again followed a systematic approach in explaining and executing the procedure in hand which made my grandmother extremely impressed. The other staff members are extremely friendly and professional as well. The clinic is also very well maintained and clean. All in all I would surely recommend this place to anyone looking forward for any sort of treatment or even a general check up with regards to dental health.

Met Dr.Rajitha Nair with a tooth ache that eventually lead to a RCT and Filling in another tooth. I must say the way the clinic and the doctor conduct themselves is absolutely professional. She took special care to ensure that the process is as pain free as possible. She would give a heads up to every process that's headed your way and explain that in detail. Every treatment suggestion is apt and is only if it is absolutely necessary. Most importantly she wouldn't just look at the issue at hand and advice you on your overall oral health and steps to be taken! They would NOT settle for anything less than acceptable standards. Everytime she was uncomfortable (quality/output wise) with an instrument, a glove, or even the spatula that holds the mould mixture, she would have it changed to one that's of quality/required standard. After having bad and horrible experiences with dentists previously, I was very sceptical to consult a new dentist to get my broken tooth fixed. And I'm very glad that I decided to see Dr. Rajitha Nair after being recommended by a neighbour. As a patient, I expect the following from a doctor 1. Give time and not do things in a hurry 2. This place is super clean and proper hygiene is maintained at all times. Staffs are very polite and take very good care of each and everything to ensure you have a pleasant visit. I got my teeth cleaned last year and wisdom tooth removed last month by Dr. Irfan. I’ve been called each day after the procedure to make sure I’m healing well. I used to visit dreamsmilez every 3-4 days after the procedure as I’ve lil bit anxiety issues and I was always welcomed for checkup without any extra fees. After 2 weeks, I didn’t take proper care of wisdom tooth area due to work load and got food stuck there which became home for bad bacterias. This Monday, I got to know regarding this by Dr. Rajitha. She cleaned the area and gave me proper instructions for better care. Next week, I’ve teeth cleaning appointment with Dr. Jeslin and I know that will go smooth as well. Visited DreamSmilez multiple times the past year and all the doctors have done a great job. Special thanks to Dr Rajita Nair for the amazing job on replacing my retainer wire. Most others just a cut a new wire and stick it in. But seeing that I had problems with sharp wire and deposits she bent the wire to match each teeth (Much harder and time consuming). Overall everyone is Friendly and helpful. All COVID prevention protocols are followed strictly. Price is moderate to expensive compared to other clinics but the work done on the teeth is just as meticulous so do give them a visit! If you are reading this close to when I wrote it, do note there is a maintenance hole that stretches the entire road near the clinic. You will need to take a parallel street and go from the other side (Depends on how you come in but just mentioning)

Me and my husband got scaling and polishing done from Dr Ranjita and another Dr in this clinic. We are both very happy and satisfied with the service. Both doctors gave us good tips on dental hygiene. I strongly recommend this place for any dental issues. Although they gave us 200rs discount on consultation charges, but i felt their pricing was on the higher end. Infact since we had searched in the internet and reached out to them directly for a scaling session, consultation charges should have been waved off completely. Also it was a surprise since on the call we had categorically asked if there are anymore hidden charges, we were told no, only scaling polishing charge. Nevertheless we loved the outcome of the procedure.

My root canal was done in mid-2021 by one of the doctors under Dr. Harikiran. In Dec 2021, the ceramic cap came out while I was holidaying. I got it re-fitted by Dr. Harikiran in Jan 2022. In Dec 2022, the cap came out again while I was on vacation. I can’t believe how a cap can come out twice in 1.5 years. That’s very low durability. This is not my first root canal. I have had 4-5 root canals done by another dentist in Mumbai 9-10 years back - those caps have never come out. Looks like I have to travel to Mumbai to get my cap re-fitted this time so that it lasts long. Please be very careful while getting your treatment done, specially the durability of fillings and caps.

The overall service and treatment were exceptional. Even before, I came, the doctors had records of all my previous visits. They were immediately able to compare the progress of my treatment comparing previous & current x-rays. I was told about the issues I had, the different treatment options available & what was recommended. I had an extremely positive experience at the clinic. My first visit was for the purpose of dental cleaning which was well executed by Dr. Richa Roy. She helped me identify good practices for dental health and also suggested procedures for better teeth alignment including braces for which I would definitely like her to implement as I consider it is a trusted and reliable feedback. One of the best dental clinics. I did my root canal treatment and crown fixing there , Dr.Rajitha ma'am treated me ,She is the BEST there ,she s very polite and really concerned about the patients. She explained me all the possibilities tat can be done to make my teeth better and was really very keen in bringing out the best. This place is super hygienic. I visited this place for a tooth filling to a sensitive tooth which required a root canal according to my previous dentist. I wanted to avoid RC and continue with a solid filling. As I explained this to Dr. Jeslin she was very patient with me and did an excellent job. Even though the procedure took about an hour I felt at ease with my tooth when it got over. There was no pain or infection afterwards. Dr. Jeslin is very kind and expert in her work. Only thing is their charges are on the higher side but it's worth it when you want to get a standard service.

I was delaying my root canal since two years as I was too scared of the procedure but Dream Smilez took care of my problem phenomenally well. I had the best experience throughout my procedure. Great dental clinic. I went there primarily because of the proximity to my place, but the experience was more than amazing. Personalized attention was given by Dr. Rajitha in my visits done to the clinic for having fillings done. Post the sessions, the doctor was available even outside of their working hours to ensure condition was good and kept a constant check on my situation. The hospital is well equipped for all dental treatments as well. After the treatment, a knowledge session was held by the doctor where she had brushed the basics of dental hygiene.

Personalized attention was given by Dr Richa In my visits done to the clinic for having fillings , Root canal and to setup Bridge. They did Excellent job also provided appointments based on my availability. Post the sessions, the doctor was available even outside of their working hours to ensure condition was good and kept a constant check. I recommend this Clinic for others .

Very good experience - highly patient friendly. My wife had a root canal done here. Dr. Rajitha Nair changed our perception of dentists. She was extremely patient - in terms of explaining everything, addressing fears, and with the procedure itself. Our experience was all the more special given my wife's previous bad experiences with other dentists and her fear of a root canal. The clinic ticked all the boxes. Absolutely no complaints It is pretty well maintained and very hygienic. Dr. Rajitha diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail about the problem, treatment procedure and also the long term impact. This is one of the best dental clinics I've been to in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Dr. Hari and Dr. Nair took the time to answer all my questions patiently. I had a lot of dental work including two implants and a bridge. The care that they took, the follow ups, and post-op care was simply amazing. They are the only dentists i don't mind visiting. They are also more reasonable then other pricey clinics and offer great payment plans. I would highly recommend Dr. Nair and Dream Smilez.

I stumbled upon this clinic because of a random Google search. But what a jackpot. Dr Rajitha Nair is highly skilled. I got a filling done in my lower and later upper pre molars. The entire process was pretty smooth and painless. She is dexterous with her hand movements and it was a seamless experience. Planning to take my folks, wife and son there too. Highly recommended. BTW The clinic is hard to find because of some road construction but don't give up :). Totally worth it.

I had been to DreamSmilez Dental clinic for Root canal treatment. The process was very smooth. Dr Rajitha was extremely patient. There was no hurry and the work was done with complete professionalism. Dr. Hari kiran was referred to me by a friend. While he did the initial consultation Dr. Rajitha did the actual work. Dr Rajitha, is super smooth! Met her for a root canal. She is very hands on, very particular about the patients comfort. She adjusts the pace of the procedure basis the patients convenience.
