It was really hard for me to give this place 2 stars, only because the staff is nice and the massage was really good. My first visit there I gave them 5 stars, because of the massage I recieved, the professionalism and friendliness from management. However, this time I went for the natural facial, and that's when things changed. The cleansing and the massage aspect of the facial was great, but the extractions is where I should've drawn the line. I usually go to licensed technicians for my facials but I gave this a chance that I deeply regret. The tech was digging into my skin way too hard. I expressed to her that it will leave blemishes, and that she is doing it to thr point where I was literally squirming on the bench. I've worked hard to clear up my skin, and now one week or so later, I have dark scars on my face from all of the hard squeezing and digging. There is even a dark blemish on my lip now, and that is the worse place I'd want to have any scar. I blame myself for not stopping her. But she assured me that it wouldn't scar, but it did. And I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and let her finish the service. If you are looking for a massage cool, but I would strongly go against getting a facial, or at the very least, skip the extractions part. Now, I have to deal will getting rid of these new spots that are spread throughout both sides of my cheeks and my lip. I'm not happy at all about this. The 2 stars or solely for the facial.

I discovered this place about 5 months ago. I am only providing a review now because I had to be sure this place is not like some few others I visited before discovering here. I can say with confidence now that this place is where I have had my best massage (at least so far). It is the only place that my physiotherapist endorsed their therapeutic treatment of my lower back and neck pain. I have never left this place without a very good relief. I have always had a Thai royal massage and the quality and professionalism with which it is delivered has not dropped since I first visited. Thank you Ramatu for your consistency. I recommend Dreams Spa and Thai Massage to anyone who needs or wants a truly good and therapeutic massage.

I would've rated this place a 5 but for these two reasons. First, my prepard room had pee in the toilet and second, the AC was turned off even before I could finish dressing up. The massage itself was really good, I enjoyed it, the head massage was really relaxing and soothing. Though the massage was good and the environment was serene, the above reasons took away from the overall rating of this Spa..

When I got a pedicure done, the Person doing my foot cut me twice while removing the dead skin on my foot. Her colleague even drew her attention to it not her and she didn’t even apologise in the first place. Later when I told her that my foot is hurting in these parts she apologised but she should have said it much earlier.

Definitely a 5 star massage. The attention to detail, care and thoroughness was all there. Room was clean, staff made me feel comfortable. Only reason for 5 stars is because the shower was cold, but I was impressed they even had a shower and washroom in the massage room! Impressive.

Massage pressure was too hard ended up being sore afterwards. I've had too many good massages to know that you aren't supposed to feel sore afterwards. The facials was really cool though.
