i recently just Purchased a car here 2013 Nissan Altima within the first few weeks the car was dying on me and I got it sent to the service department.. which they use Pep Boys they claim it was the fuel pump in which it was fixed “supposedly” it took them almost a month to get back to Pep Boys so that they could give them the OK to fix it. October 11, 2023. The car died on me three times. I called the service desk and asked for a five day extension to pay the remaining of my balance. need i remind you nobody has reached out to me in reference to my car dying now. Keep in mind. I’m pretty patient , but it took them almost a month to fix the previous problems. I can guarantee you.. it’s going to take the same amount of calling i had to do from previous issues! I’m currently working on fixing my credit, but if I could take the car back in a heartbeat. i WOULD!! It wasn’t worth the investment to fix my credit. I understand it’s a 2013, Fairly old but this car has more than a fuel pump issue Since I can’t reach anybody through email or calls, maybe I could reach someone through a horrible experience that I’ve been having Please do not buy a car from them. You will regret it update there is an update not a positive one anyway so I made the conscious decision to stop paying on the car note for a car that barely wants to drive just waiting on them to pick it up please y’all save your money and get you a really good cash car if you can, please don’t go here

Definitely had a great experience with CiCi she give realistic goals and will work with you until you leave happy I really appreciate her patience and efforts to help a mom of 3 with our 3rd row vehicle please keep my girl booked and busy tell her I sent you Updated review 12-6-23 I haven't been able to drive my car a good amount of time the first week I got nervous because of shaking kept it parked because they only service on weekdays which interfere with my schedule what I can say is once I contact cici she was helpful but trying to wait on the them to get me scheduled fir service was wrecking just for them to reschedule me because they already took a car after me being 10 mins late because I didn't trust the car om the highway had to.drive slow in steady that was a Friday they said they could check it Tuesday at 9 here it is Thursday in no call or response since I've been calling nothing I wouldn't recommend nobody at this point recommendation won't go out because I forgot to mention my family mechanics said it was a lemon in apart of the flood cars its going stay in the shop which having me regret my purchase really wish I didn't or they let me get another vehicle if it's just a bad car on the lot at the time because I hope all there car quality wouldn't be like that

Waco location the sales rep will talk to your nicely offer great customer service until you purchase from there they forget you exist made a payment a few hours late they disabled my vehicle ON MOTHERS DAY AND NOW I AM STRANDED HERE AND NO WAY TO Contact ANY TIME OF SUPPRT TO GET MY VEHICLE RUNNING AGAIN CALLED MY Sales REP DELANY AND SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO SEND A MESSAGE AND I CALLLED Her BACK AFTER 15 minutes me trying to reach some one and she did not answered so I texted her that reason why I contact her because she’s my sell rep and the one getting commission from this vehicle and if she’s nit going to answer to just let me now then had the audacity to tell me it’s her off day and she’s with family and she did not like the fact that I was texting her but she loves the fact that she’s getting the commission from the sale wow so I am stuck here in a shopping center and can’t spend Mother’s Day with my kid don’t recommend this location or the company this company is selfish has no understanding that sometimes we have little mishaps and they disable your vehicle for being like three hours late to make a payment like no concern for there customers health or family

The sales team are awsome! Frank is a very good person to deal with! But beware because once the sell is done you are on your own! Service will do everything they can to not help you if you have issues with your car. On my second car and my last car with drive casa! Been a loyal customer but that means nothing to them there is no loyalty returned in any way all they want is your payment! Long story short if any way possiable go deal with a more upstanding dealer an stay away from drive casa! Just my opinion take it for what it’s worth . Update I never picked the car up from there shop so they have now put a repo on my credit when it was accually a return do to a unreliable car and they did make me pay the 400$ tow bill to there shop as well so be very aware of the jip joint before you buy there because they do not care they talk a big talk on there website but they walk a very small walk! They are just making there fortune of the backs of people that have seen some had times and can’t go else where! It’s very sad but there is such a thing as karma and there’s will come around to them one day!

Loved it they were pretty quick with trying to get me in a car. Alma is the salesperson that helped me and she was such a life saver and sweet heart. She kept it real and even though what I wanted was a bit out of my price range she made sure I was comfortable with what I left with. Daycare was closed so I had to bring my toddler and there were a few other toddlers there they were super patient with the kids. So great full for Drive casa they seemed to really care . I went to about 3-4 different lots and had so much time wasted but Alma made sure I left with something nice that I was comfortable in definitely recommend seeing ALMA especially if you tired of the run around other lots give you!!!!!

Do not buy a car with these people I haven’t even had a my car a whole two months a week or two later my check engine light came on I reached out to they service department they told me they wouldn’t be able to work on the car til six weeks out so they sent me to prep boys tried to reach out to them to start working on the car and couldn’t get a hold of them now here it is my car running hot I got a oil change the day before yesterday and now I’m back to no oil at all they won’t let me exchange the car for another one or give me my money back don’t spend y’all hard earned money with them because you will regret it

Everything was going great until I had sent my insurance policy over to take off the cpi they were charging me, but come the next payment it's still on there? I emailed and sent screenshots of my policy and they said they'd take it off and two weeks go by and they still haven't.
