Unfortunately, i am going to have to edit this review and switch it to a one star. The vehicle i bought, a 2017 Ford Expedition i discovered was leaking both coolant and oil. Since i bought this truck and had a warranty, i pushed it to the dealership to get diagnosed and repaired. Both turbos on the truck were leaking coolant and oil from the lines. Drivetimes warranty company SilverRock denied coverage. For a preexisting leak, that should have been caught. They expect me to drop $4k to get this repaired. I dont have that kind of money to spend, and with it being just over a month since i bought it, i shouldn't have to. Now im stuck with a vehicle that has two major leaks with no help from SilverRock. Calling Drivetime, they just tell me to contact SilverRock. This is going to be a huge financial burden, and I do not recommend buying from here. Ryan H. was incredibly helpful and got me out the door with a great truck with reasonable payments. I love that I can add extra money in the first two months and bring my monthly payments even lower! He was never pushy, just wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my choice before finalizing.

Worst experience ever…Once they sell you the car they become monsters. I had issues with the car from day 1 and they refused to fix them despite the so called 30 day warranty. They kept on trying to push me to return the car and even said to me they wouldn’t exchange the car just give me my money back and part ways. After having been in the search of a car for so long I was exhausted and last I wanted was to have to look some more plus Drivetime didn’t offer to give me my money back right away I had to wait, so I decided to keep the car. Oh what a big mistake now it’s the tags there is an issue with the tags and although it’s their fault they still will offer no solution. My Temp tag expired and I still don’t have the new one, they won’t extend the temp tag yet won’t have a solution for the new one until god knows when seriously do not recommend at all

Called before I went up there. I spoke to Ashely. She was polite, helpful and sweet. Helped with with my questions and getting me into a car based on what I asked for. She went ahead and started the process for me to make it easy for when I got there. Stayed in touch making sure which day and time was going to work for me. They guys Ryan and Melvin had me ready to go pretty much. Just the signing and insurance that got done extremely fast and easy. Both of them was also kind, polite and helpful to the questions I asked. Detail oriented. This was the best car purchasing process I have experienced. Definitely recommend.

This the easiest and quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had!! The down payment and monthly payment that you receive online is true!! The teams at the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and South Charlotte locations rock!!! There were vehicles at each location that I was interested in but I ended up purchasing from the South Charlotte location. Fast, easy and haggle free!! If you’re in the market for a car but don’t have the money for a large down payment, I would highly recommend trying these guys!!!

Visited Drive Time on 04/01/23 due to being in need of another vehicle and my customer experience guide agent Ryan H was Fabulous and Very accommodating! He was able to answer every question that I had and the process was fairly quickly. This was my very first time visiting and doing business with them but I would definitely recommend him and Drive Time to family and friends as well as using them in the future if need be! My wife and I came with our son to help him get a much needed vehicle for frequent trips to and from the airport. Ryan Hurdes was great to work with. He has plenty of knowledge about the vehicles in stock and he made the process very easy to understand and went through multiple vehicles that would work for our son and got into his budget.
