Brilliant location, affordable prices and excellent service provided from the staff here. As a foreigner who was travelling with my 2 elderly folks, I had plans to move around and out of Amsterdam so it was difficult to navigate around with my luggages, hence Drop & Go was perfect! The location is so central and such a short walking distance from the station. Their opening hours are so flexible as well which is very convenient for tourists. The manager also pulled up our flight details to let us know which terminal and which mode of transport would be best due to traffic. He even offered to help with the city maps, recommendations on what to do in the area, as well as with the printing of the boarding passes at the end of the trip. It was definitely a hassle free experience, and I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family that visits Amsterdam! Thank You very much Drop & Go!

The Drop and Go was our savior on our somewhat impromptu and poorly planned stop in Amsterdam. We got to Amsterdam with no accommodation and we were hoping to find something once we got there. We found this little heaven and were greeted by friendly faces ready to help us with whatever we needed. After we couldn't find any place to stay we went back to the Drop and Go to leave our bags for the night. The man working there told us he would find a place for us. He called I guy he knew that does bookings. He took us there and we were able to get an amazing place in our very low budget. He then walked us to our accommodations and made sure we were all settle before he left. He went way above and beyond to help us and make us feel safe and welcome in this beautiful city. If I go back to Amsterdam this will defiantly be my first stop!

Capisco che si tratta di un’ostello e gli spazi sono ridotti all’osso.. però almeno la pulizia!!! Gli asciugamani erano macchiati di cacca, lenzuola macchiate con in mezzo le caccole, la federa del cuscino puzzava.. e sul materasso c’erano peli..... e per chiedere la carta igienica e come se avessimo chiesto il mondo.... pessimo come posto, LO SCONSIGLIO, se proprio bisogna risparmiare va bene però attrezzatevi che le camere sono da vomito, portatevi asciugami... lenzuola tutto il necessario!!! Ah si e se volete venire in una stagione calda scordatevelo perché le camere diventano dei forni.... i dipendenti apatici... però la posiziona è ottima .. si trova direttamente in centro e si può raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto

Too expensive and poor customer service. They charged me 8 euros per day for a carry-on sized bag. If I'd had more time, I would have sorted something else out. Also, when I came back to pick it up 5 days later, I had a rental bike with me which I needed to drop off. The fellow there wouldn't let me leave my panniers with him for 30 minutes while I dropped off the bike. He wanted to charge me 15 euros (the daily rate x 3 for 3 small'ish bags). So I had to bike to the rental place then walk the half hour back carrying all my bags. Great customer service :/

The "KEY Service", probably the most innovative and simple solution ! whenever you are an host or a guest, Drop and Go is the perfect alternative to safely leave or pick up your keys and be free to check in/out from your accommodation/rental ! As an host, I found this service so convenient with a perfect central location, friendly staff and optimal opening hours. Cherry on the cake, they offer other luggage storage services as well a new location coming next to central station !

Very conveniently located, a few minutes' walk from the station, but the prices are kind of high: they charge per 24-hour period, and it's a good bet that a lot of customers don't leave their luggage that long (we certainly didn't), so they probably make a healthy profit. There are cheaper options for luggage drop-off, but they are farther from the station and/or don't stay open as long (this place closes at 22:00), so you are paying for convenience.

Your usual tourist trap. Charges more than the central station, which is... 100m away. They also use the same stuff than low-cost travel companies to check the dimensions of your luggage. Which means that if your luggage is 0.01mm larger than the authorized size, you'll pay the high price (something you won't see at the Central Station because you'll get a large locker). I'd recommend it only if you need to leave your luggage for 24 hours.

The store allegedly opens at 9am every day, but I arrived at 9 and waited until 9:30am and nobody showed up. This was a terrible inconvenience because I had a plane to catch, and had to fly back to Canada WITH NO LUGGAGE. No warning on the website, it claimed they were open, and no one was answering the door or our phone calls. If you’re planning something important, like a flight, around the store times, leave lots of room for delay.

Dennis from Drop & Go is an absolute legend! We made use of Drop & Go's key pick up service for our Air BnB appartment. Our guests had a massive delay but Dennis was willing to stay late and wait for the guests. He helped them with directions and called us to tell us all was fine. Gepäckaufbewahrung/ Abgabe möglich. Befindet sich schräg gegenüber der Centraal Station. Nicht ganz so einfach zu finden, da an der Straße nur ein kleines Schild als Hinweis hängt. Geht direkt von der Straße über eine Treppe in den Kleller. Preise ab 8 Euro für 24 Stunden je nach Größe des Gepäckstückes. Auch wenn nur eine Stundenweise Aufbewahrung gewünscht wird, muss trotzdem der Tagespreis gezahlt werden.

Creo que el precio es demasiado alto por lo que se ofrece. No se pueden dejar las maletas en la estación sin un ticket de tren válido y por eso mucha gente tiene que recurrir a estos lockers cerca de la misma... Sale más barato comprar un ticket de 4euros de tren (tipo al aeropuerto) y entrar a la estación, pagar 7 euros por un locker de 24 hrs que pagar 24-32 euros por dejar unas horas tus maletas aquí...

Drop & Go provides excellent key services! So glad to have found them. You can just drop your keys at the counter for your airbnb guests to pick up when you're not able to hand them the keys in person. It is well located (5 mins walk from centraal station) so my guests had no problem retrieving the keys at all. Also, the staff esp Dennis is very friendly and always happy to help out. Highly recommended!

Ottimo servizio di deposito bagagli a due passi dalla Centraal Station. Il deposito si trova in uno scantinato interrato, quindi guardatevi bene attorno e cercate l'insegna adiacente a delle scale. 7 euro per trolley da cabina e 15 per un trolley da stiva. Personale cordiale e disponibile a dare informazioni sulla città. Ci hanno addirittura accolto mezz'ora prima dell'orario di apertura. Consigliato!

Es buena la atención pero en realidad no es tan barato cómo parece si viajas en grupo, pues, si vas en pareja o con amigos pagarás 5 euros por cada uno por maleta pequeña, mientras que en el casillero de estación central puedes guardar por 7 euros los tres bolsos. Si viajas sólo si recomiendo guardar en Drop & Go, si viajas en pareja o más de 2 guardar en el left luggage de estación central.

i am not one to trust anyone with my bag but i had to check out of my airbnb at 10am and my flight was at 10pm so i thought i’d go here. super friendly staff. well organized. free wifi. guy asked me if i was going to the airport and when i said yes, he cheked the schedule for me and gave me the flight info (departures and gate). yeay! (plus, they didn’t lose my bag so that’s good)!

Had a marvelous expierence at the drop&go. The people are so friendly! The service is unique, I felt immediately comfortable with the idea to give my luggage to them to watch over it. it is one of the best company ever. i had so many things and they gave me a free bag for free , they are super kind people , safety is 100% and more . i would recommend to go there , if u have anything that you don't want to carry just go there and enjoy more shopping and walking without any of your suit case and the location is really near by the center . very very kind people

I has an amazing experience when I was having a crisis overseas. Kim and Shani* (The guy with the glasses and corny jokes ) helped me put sooo much while I was trying to get back home. I cannot repay their kindness. They were excellent at their job and went above and beyond. Would not trust anyone else with my bags when I travel to Amsterdam central again.

Practical note: You hand over your luggage and they store it (themselves) on racks in next room. You do not have your own box. Everything must be stored in the paid luggage (=a small suitcase + notebook case are two items). Overall very good experience. Cheaper than main train station. I would be happy to use the service again if I am in Amsterdam next time.

A great concept! Drop & Go is run by really nice people. Definitely saved me from back pain from dragging my heavy backpack along with me all day! They also recommended some cool local spots to check out in Amsterdam, that I otherwise wouldn't have seen. I really hope they go International so I can make use of this friendly service everywhere I go!

These guys were absolutely awesome. We could not find accommodation for NYE so decided to book a NYE club event and leave our luggage at drop and go. We had a bus leaving Amsterdam early the next day and the staff were so helpful by opening early for us and letting us use their wifi to get a taxi to the bus pick up location. Highly recommend!!!

An amazing team of staff. Great service and reasonable prices. I think I was even charged less in light of my situation, very sweet. The people there are also keen on helping you find your flight info and other things around the city, really great guys (or girls if any females work there) totally recommend this place for luggage storage!

More expensive than the station if you only need a few hours and they charge per item insead of per locker. Prices are fixed for 24h, compared to the station lockers where you can pay per 7h. Staff very unfriendly. Not recommended. Just cross the street and get a large locker at the station and don't fall for this tourist trap!

Una de las mejores atenciones en Ámsterdam, atentos a lo que les pregutamos, fuimos en 2 ocasiones y excelente atención. Predisposición y servicio excelente por parte de quienes atienden. El lugar está un poco escondido pero el cartel es visible y se encuentra cercano a la iglesia católica que está opuesta al Centraal Station.

Amazing! ... Very welcoming and Quick service. Literally steps from the central station. So convenient. And great prices too. I only paid €7.00 for my carry on. You can't beat that for 24 hours!!! They looked up my flight and told me exactly where to go at the airport ( ortherwise I would have been lost). Totally recommend !

As short stay tourism host I've been relying on Drop & Go to hand over keys to my guests for more that a year now. Happy to say they have always been very reliable and pro-active in finding solutions in time of need, and I like to see that they are always thinking ahead at how to make their business more and more effective.

Vlakbij het Centraal station, zeer handig om je bagage achter te laten om de stad te bezoeken. De kostprijs voor je bagage wordt gemeten en bepaald afhankelijk van de bagage zelf. De prijs is concurrentieel met andere aanbieders in de regio. De bediening en afhandeling is zeer vriendelijk gebeurt. Dus zeker een aanrader.

I didn't mind that the price was 15€ But what really took the piss was Having my bag returned in a dirty and damaged state. It looked like it had been in a fight with a dog and lost. Not happy with the conditions my bag was returned to me in and I was only gone 3 hours. Won't use again but at least the people was ok.

It was good to use it as an alternative when the storage of the main station is full. It was 16 euro per day for one luggage which was 6 euro more expensive then the one in the station; 10-11euro for the largest slot. The store had a ramp but was not useful for the big luggage. We had to lift the luggage. Thx.

Unlike the storage inside Amsterdam Central station, you can actually store bigger suitcases that won't fit inside the boxes at the station. A little more expensive and you have to go down a few stairs to get inside, but they will store any size of suitcases for you. Bigger bags for €15 and smaller for €7.

Drop and Go heeft ons al meerdere malen erg goed geholpen met de sleuteloverdracht van onze sleutels. Ze zijn super flexibel en heel fijn dat ze 's avonds tot 22:00 uur open zijn. Zelfs als gasten onverhoopt later dan 22:00 aankomen zijn ze bereid mee te denken aan een oplossing. Heel prettig samenwerken!

This is luggage storage kiosk provides excellent customer service and reasonable prices as well; I recommend this place. Its located within 3 minutes of Amsterdam Central Station. A large luggage costs 7€ per 24hrs, while medium size bags cost 4€; these are good prices! Plus, they're open until 10PM.

Drop and Go is helpful for anyone with luggage and want to explore city. You can pay around 9 euro to open a locker and safely keep your luggage for 24 hrs. You have to pay with cards. The lockers are located at the base of the underground( ground -2).Don’t forget to keep note of the locker number.

A perfect idea. You do not have to wonder around with your heavy luggage. Happy to have found this place, and even cheaper than central station! The staff is very helpful with great tips and ready to help. For instance, they showed me how to get to my apartment and the nice bars in that area

The place is very convenient, although quite expensive (since they charge by item no matter how big or small). Given that the train station luggage storage was full we didn't really have a choice. It's well organized but quite expensive, hence the 4 stars. You can only pay by cash.

Drop and Go is a great idea. You can get your luggage all day lost even if you want it for 3 hours. It is only 5 minutes walk from the train station Amsterdam Centaal . The staff are very friendly. If you have questions about the city or something else they are super helpful!

Super easy and quick. I literally dropped my luggage and left. It would be nice if they had earlier opening hours. 9am is a bit late for arriving flights or trains to drop your luggage. I waited outside 1 hour. otherwise, it was a good experience! Would definitely use again.

We stopped in to drop our luggage so we could bicycle in Copenhagen and then back to Amsterdam for more cycling. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful with both the luggage and with getting us hooked up to wif so we could download maps. It was a great experience.

Very handy. Right beside the train station, great if you want to leave your bags behind while you go exploring. A tiered price system might be an option that they would consider, when I visited there was a flat rate but it's still excellent value. Highly recommend it!

The location is great, right next to the train station, however the price is 8€ per bag which makes it really expensive really quickly if you have more than one bag. However for 1 bag i can definitely recommend, the staff was really friendly and i had no issues!

Super expensive compared to other places. We €7 for rucksacks no bigger than a laptop case (laptop cases are only €4) and €15 for a large suitcase. If you have a train ticket use the station. We got our suitcase and bags in the same big locker for €10

Gets the job done. Friendly stuff (gotta love the Dutch people) but it is a tourist rip off. I payed 15€ for one suitcase. At the station in Munich that was 3€. As a student that was a very big price to pay but you don’t really have another option.

Near the train station - friendly clerk, I was in and out with no issue. Fair price, no cause for concern about theft or damage. Can be a little difficult to find if you're fresh off the train like I was as it is in an alley, but not too bad.

Very useful service right next to the central station. When we collected our luggage the staff looked up the gate and terminal for our flight, as well as instructing us which platforms to catch a train to the airport from the station.

Being walkable close to Amsterdam Central, this is great to keep bags for all day. We found it bit pricy but it was good idea to keep all bags there and pick up just before boarding train.

조큼 카겨기 나가기는 한다. 캐리어 두개와 가방 하나에 29유로였다.(제일 큰 캐리어 15, 큰캐리어10, 가방4)그래도 어디 가냐고 물어보면서 기차 몇번 플랫폼에서 타는지도 알아봐주고 나름 재치도 있으시고 물어보는것에대해 친절하게 답해주셨다. 하루정도 짐 맡기기엔 좋은곳.
