Try to call to their services to solve the problem. There is only computer telling you to go into their website. Once you try to contact customer advisor through email as there is no other option, you can expect answer after few days...

Scruffy little gated space with a massive hole as you enter. Otherwise it did the job of providing a cheap parking space very close to the city centre
