Was waiting for a parcel to be delivered on Saturday but was no one so sign gor it in the shop, or the shop was closed, I’m wondering way are you still doing a parcel collection point if you’re not doing it properly, also last time i had to wait 5 minutes till the customer finished chatting with the owner, very unprofessional, I’ll try not to use their pick up point again, wgat a shame

The chubby Gujrati lady with the little red dot was arguing with the pharmacist I could hear everything when she didn’t get her way she started slamming things she is rude and so are the other staff I needed help they didn’t care all they cared about is money no wonder solanki have 100 x more customer then you. You lot are evil and solanki are nicer.

The staff at Duncan’s pharmacy always go out of their way to help me. I’ve had both travel and covid vaccinations here. They were professional and patient with me, when I had several questions. I’ve been picking up my prescriptions for a while and they are efficient. No job is ever too much effort for them.

I tried multiple pharmacies to get some medication for a relative of mine and no one had it in stock but this pharmacy did and they were very quick and efficient at giving the medication and were good at explaining why I couldn't find the medication elsewhere because of how uncommon it was

Do not drop off parcel they do not pass to the carrier, If no one claim for the parcel they may keep the parcel. They hold the parcel 15 days but did not pass to DPD. Even they do not apologies, very rude people there.

They always go out of their way to help customers. I recently had my booster vaccine here administered by the Pharmacist Mohsin. Very quick and didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend Duncans Pharmacy.

Unusable. Every prescription was missing meds. No response to messages. Fobbed off by staff when complaining in person. Never had problems with my previous pharmacy. Switch elsewhere.
