A fantastic nationally important and renowned department store. The Stephens Green Dunnes Store is always a great pleasure to visit -- the range of high quality products at reasonable prices, combined with very helpful and friendly staff give it a real edge as a clothes and homeware & goods shopping destination experience. Getting new bedding on our recent visit, the selection available was just right. Only 'complaint' (a very real Compliment to the Dunnes Stores product commissioning team) -- in our purchasing wonderful items from that products range my eye was caught by the Dunnes Stores very cute (and practical!) 'footwarmers' range. The grey squirrel footwarmer was too much and we HAD to get!! Hadn't planned it but from the first night and continuing to be joining myself and partner when we sleep!! Please check out their footwarmer stock in this wonderful Dunnes Stores branch of Stephens Green Shopping Centre! I'm pleased to say as well that the store is very LGBT community welcoming. Important in our great diverse communities welcoming city! Strongly recommend the store for product type and quality ranges and for their fantastic staff!

I was planning to do my grocery shopping here 1th September around 2pm. The worst shopping experience ever as I have been shopping in Dunnes for years! I was mistaken as a Dunnes staff member by another customer who was about to ask me a question in relation to store. I had kindly told the lady“ sorry I don’t work here”. Then I just saw this man stormed over to me and questioned me like a criminal “What did she ask you?!” I replied “ I don’t know I am not a staff member here”. He just turned his head left in a huff. I followed him over and asked his name. According to what told me, he is called Darren and he is the store manager of Dunnes in St. Stephens Green. He denied he was speaking me a few seconds ago so I asked for his superior and he said he is in charge of this Dunnes and he had never spoken to me at all. I requested him to check CCTV camera for proof and he replied “it’s upstairs and will take more than half an hour and I don’t have time for this!”

As for the grocery shop good option for everything you need out of all the areas I have been to so far very great and helpful staff, as for other departments, staff can be more friendly when asking for a certain item, instead of telling me if have it in stock or directing me to the correct location, just said whatever is have on that direction, point to the shelf they have. if you don't like your job don't be on front service, if you have a bad day for a personal reason and can't separate it from your working hours please figure out the best job that suits you. Because it affects the service you apply to others. Yes it's understood if you have issues of your own we can't read minds but if that's not your day explain that to your employer so it won't impact the service, at the end of the day we want to bring you the best experience of value for shopping and worth time of your job

Located inside the St Stephens Green Shopping Centre on 2 Floors, this is is where you can get all your food shopping and clothes for the family in one shop. The food has an all encompassing range that includes food from around the world, a hot and cold counter from roasts pies etc. to Sushi, salads etc. Everything is of the freshest highest standards with many specialist foods. The clothes section is limited for access at the moment because of Covid restrictions but my photos include areas that are open right now. I love this place because I can find everything here, from clothes to house products, groceries and bedsheets etc. I come here every time when I need an idea for a gift or when I don't know what to cook. Yes it's famous for clothes and grocery shopping, but have you tried there food counters? I have recently tried there salad counter and was pretty much surprised that at 5.25 you can have large bowl of salad with variety of salad. Now I am not much into Salad thing but I reallly like sald here . Fills me up very well and variety was nice,( pasta, indian potatoes, noodles and lots of other variety). Totally worth it, at this price. Would definitely have it atlest once a week.

Dunnes is such a paradoxale store... I am a huge fan, but also totally confused. When you enter you notice a sea of space with wide aisles. Just like any high end department store, only this one is cheap. So, not an Aldi or Lidle like experiemce, but a great experience at very affordable proces. I am not buying my clothes here (yet), not my style. But scented candles, cookware, bed linen, groceries, and more.... Dunnes is the perfect place for that.

Dunnes Stores , Henry St. Dublin is a lovely store. It's a pleasure to shop there. Wide selection of beautiful clothes for men, women and children. It has a restaurant upstairs and a coffee shop downstairs. Nice friendly staff also. They also have a Home Store upstairs on the 2nd Floor which is really impressive. And if you'd like to have your hair done, you can visit 'Blow' salon. I would highly recommend shopping there.

Thank you so much to the honest staff in Stephen's Green, Dunnes Stores. I left a Brown Thomas bag behind me in the store with items worth €100. An hour at least had elapsed before i noticed it was missing. I honestly felt there was no chance of finding it! But some kind person or staff member handed it in and it was there for me when i went back looking. I am so very very grateful. Thank you so much.

One of the best grocery stores in one of the best malls of Dublin. The deli has a wide variety of hot, cold and pre-packaged foods. Be prepared for a long queue at deli ordering counter during busy times, but well worth the wait if you can. Grocery items include a good selection and you'll likely be able to fulfill any number of weekly grocery needs from this one store.

Great place to pick up food during lunch and sales staff are always friendly. However, there are always groups of managers standing around talking or speaking rudely to sales assistants. Happens nearly every time I visit this store- must be one rule for managers and another for sales staff. A little professionalism from management wouldn't go amiss.

This comment is purely about the food store - I was not in the clothes and home section. The food store has come on in leaps and bounds. The layout is much better and the offering + quality is really good. Obviously, being smaller in size, the volume and choice in other (larger) stores is better - but the Stephens Green store is still very good.

I like this Dunnes location, it is bright, tidy & well laid out. I think the style of clothing has gone off a bit and is geared more to the young & smaller sized people. Not great variety. With that said, I think Dunnes food is the best and well priced. I have stopped shopping elsewhere as I can get the best quality for the best price at Dunnes.

Obsessed with the salad bar/boxes in the Stephens Green branch.Wish they were in every Dunnes.Poached salmon/spinach,chorizo potatoes,broccolli/feta/hazelnuts and the carrots with sunflower seeds so delicious.Wish you guys delivered to businesses in the city centre,for when I dont have time to walk over to Stephens Green for my lunch.

It is one of the biggest Dunnes stores you can see in Ireland. The store has great collections for the women, men and kids. The employees are friendly and helpful. The lower ground is for food, coffee etc. The ground floor is for men and women collections and the upper ground is for kids and back to school items. I recommend this place.

Dunnes stores generally reasonable price and acceptable quality, but please AVOID buying Paul Costello so called luxury shirts, bought several shirts and they overpriced and terrible, thick buttons, button at the back of neck for all to see and they wrinkle badly after a wash, the cheaper shirts are much better option.

Best place to get all your regular needful stuff (clothes, grocery, frozen food, stationary, vegetables, meats or households) at affordable price with verity. An excellent department store in the heart of the city. Its got almost everything you might want plus great food outlets. Great customer service, whichever department you visit and good value for money. In a city that is ridiculously expensive, its a reasonably priced place to eat or buy supplies.

Since the powercut brand of overpriced gym gear came in, dunnes seem to have stopped stocking much of their regular gym gear. They used to do good quality reasonably priced gym tops and tshirts. I ended up going to Pennys in the end and was pleasantly surprised by their selection and prices.

Staff always friendly at this branch. Becoming a regular food shopper here as they've a good fish section. Disappointed they sell energy drinks to kids of any age, they don't care if 7/8 year olds are buying high energy drinks! Although this is Dunnes in general, not just this branch.

Great food & groceries but it closes at 6pm or earlier now. Came twice after work at 6pm being disappointed that they didn't update their opening hours. Being an essential worker I would have liked to have save my time. So go there at 5pm or something if you want to be able to shop!

Very nice selection and staff. Careful while buying jeans, I bought size 34.. And when I measured it it was 39in. They were kind enough to exchange/refund... Measured at least 8 jeans the size on the jeans did not match with the measuring tape, there was a 3 to 4 inch difference.

After looking everywhere for lactose free milk, finally found it here in the food hall. Beautiful design, sort of art nouveau, with iron casted architecture, diverse shops and cosy interiors. Really recommend also for tourists who need to shop forgotten items.

Large store in a great location. Great selection of products on offer. Deli downstairs offers a great selection of rolls sandwiches, coffees and they always have hot roasted meats available. There is also ample seating. A great store all in all.

Great selection, good fruit and veg. The fresh baked bread tends to run out before the end of the day, so if that's what you want, arrive early (that's probably a good thing, if it means that they don't sell yesterday's bread).

The food area downstairs is flagship-level. You can get hot food for a quick bite and then do your big food shopping in a major food supermarket in the middle of the city.
