I just love love loveeeeee the customer service here at this location. I think I go more than enough because they now know me by name and know exactly what I will be ordering. There were only a few times when my order was not correct, but when you let them know, they remade my drink right on the spot. No questions asked! My favorite is a medium hot golden eagle with extra caramel drizzle around the cup. Yum yum yummmmmmm!

My younger daughter loves the not so hot hot chocolate because she doesn't have to wait for it to cool off like we do at other places we go to. There are also more options for kids like not so hot, blended, and iced where they don't have to get the larger drinks and then waste them.

This location has got to be #1 rated in all of the DFW metroplex. My Momma, Becky and I went there for the very first time on the way home from a dr. appt. and desperate for coffee. Marcus at the window greeted us with a smile and then took the time to explain the menu, choices, flavors and the app! Danny(sp) barista, handed us our coffees and was as sweet as ever. My Mom can't drink too hot of coffee so Danny asked if she could add a few pieces of ice in it for her. To me, that is "real customer care"! Thank you Dutch Bros. for having amazing coffee choices and "amazing people" like Marcus & Danny working for you. Kudos to Marcus and Danny! This was my go to place, until I had the privilege of waiting at the window for my order. The workers or baristas (as they like to be called) were talking about the customers. The issue is that they think it is ok to speak negatively about customers to one another(in the presences of others) but the moment a customer get in their A** about something they are so sensitive. Therefore, I don’t care about your coffee or what ever is on your menu, if your people are going to very loudly and negatively discuss customers. I could take back my little stinky tip. Note to you respect those that support your business regardless to their position in life. Extremely upset… I get everyone is short staffed and wait times are longer than usual. Yesterday I waited in line 45 mins and 30 of those minutes I didn’t move, I got my order taken and I paid via the app. When I finally got the opportunity to move I had to leave, I was already running late for work. I called into have them refund what I paid nothing more. The man whom i assume was some customer retention hotline seemed sympathetic to my ranting about a 45 min wait for coffee, which I never received. Says he’ll give me a $10 credit I tell him no, just give me what I paid. Come to find out he doesn’t give me anything. I honestly just want my money back for a product I didn’t receive. I give 3 stars because while the staff is extremely kind.

Been here 3 times over last few weeks, they never fill the cup, leaving like an inch to the top empty. For some reason none of the employees know how to use cold foam, they put like a spoonful of clumpy foam on the drink instead of a solid layer. The last 2 times I've gone the employees don't ask me if I want tip or tell me my total. Which is sus bc I ordered a large rebel both times and was charged around $9 when I later looked at my balance in the app. Either the rebels have gone up in price at only this location by $3 or the dude at the window is giving himself whatever tip he sees fit.

I’m excited to have a Dutch Bros by the house. I first had it when I’d visit family in California. I love the iced Annihilator! My only complaint is they are so unorganized and inefficient during peak times. I’m not sure if it’s due to being short staffed or due to being newly opened and still working out all the kinks. Both lanes can be long and the workers have a hard time paying attention to which car arrived first to take your order. Two cars can pull up after you and they will take their order first. It can be really frustrating when you’re pressed for time on your morning commute. I hope they figure out their flow sooner than later so I can stop by more often in the mornings! I love this place!

Stopped over to check things out and was very surprised to see no line at around 3:30. Ordered for the family and had a few hiccups with sizes and what was ordered, but they got it sorted and our order up and out to us. Staff was friendly, but distracted or maybe just very new. Drive thru was easy to access and get out of.

This is my second time at this location and each experience has been terrible. First time we waited in line for 30 mins in one of the lines and a barista never took our order. She favored one line only. Then again tonight, the gentleman who was taking our order at the window was extremely rude and impatient with our order. He was short and answered our questions very rudely like we were stupid. Don’t recommend giving your money to this location!

I absolutely love coming here. In fact, I look forward to it! It really gets my day started. Starbucks is dime a dozen. You overpay for a hyped up coffee that barely even had a single shot of espresso. Dutch Bros you can buy with confidence knowing that you're not drinking solely sugar. It's more mellow but not bitter. Its incredibly smooth coffee. I highly suggest trying the Caramelizer iced with soft top. I add oat milk in mine. But overall I pay less than $7 even with adding a dollar in extras. That's a large coffee too.

Place is garbage! Went through this morning ordered a Carmel latte. It was not a carmal latte. Not only did they take a contaminated drink back through the window, but they proceed to hand me another wrong latte with the lid half on. So now the interior of my brand new truck is jacked and I got the wrong coffee! No help, not hey can we get this right, absolutely nothing. Just snickering. I also gave them a tip.

Every single time I've come here, I've felt like a very valued customer. The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the drinks are delicious and very well priced. I absolutely love this place, especially this location, and will continue to visit here often also, my husband and I grabbed coffee a few days after his birthday, and they decorated his coffee and made him feel very special. It was super sweet and just adorable!

The first day I came here, I waited in line for 25 minutes. But the drink was delicious, so it was worth it. I couldn’t wait to bring my husband to try it out. So, today, 4/24/2022, we came by to grab a yummy drink. I ordered the EXACT same thing. It was AWFUL. The drink has caramel in it, but not in my drink. It was blended, and had more ice than anything else. I couldn’t do cen drink it for an hour until it melted. Don’t waste your time. It’s not worth the hype.

I love Dutch Bros however this location was so extremely slow. They had an note to order at the window due to weather so everyone was in one line although the second line wasn't blocked out and about 6 cars pull up in the second line. Someone then had to come outside and start taking orders. So the cars in line 1 had already been waiting 5-6 minutes then we got pushed back behind line 2. It took me over 15 minutes to get my order which made me late to my meeting.

Very slow, I sat in the line for 40 minutes bc I couldn't get out of the line. I get up to the window, I ordered a hazelnut truffle mocha, and they gave me a hazelnut latte...where's the mocha? Literally what a huge waste of my life today. On top of the fact that one of the girls was like coughing up a lung, girl, stay home if youre sick?? Don't handle people's drinks!

19 minutes for cocoa?!!??! Tasty drinks, good value, super sweet broistas…RIDICULOUSLY SLOW LINE! There should not be this long a wait at 9:00 am on a Sunday. I was only behind 5 or 6 cars. No offense but I never wait this long at the green & white place with the mermaid. Sadly, this seems to be your corporate norm, as the one closest to my house (in another city) is super slow too. May have to delete the app and find another option

Crazy amount of drinks to choose from which ranges from tea, coffee, hot cocoa, to shakes. I try to get something different each time I go. The service has been great and the location is close for me which is awesome. Everyone seems to really like their job because they're always dancing and singing to the music they have playing on the outdoor speaker. If they're happy, I'm happy. ADD A BLUEBERRY MUFFINTOP PLEASE!! =)

The workers were very kind and fast. The drink however, was not very good. I got the strawberry freeze or whatever the Dutch equivalent to a shake is according to them and it was made with a syrup that was extremely sweet. It didn't really have a natural strawberry flavor and it was just way too sweet. This was my first time there and I may try something else if I go again, but this visit was a bit disappointing.

My latte was tasty and the line was fast and efficient with friendly staff . The menu items are different so they helped me understand what the options were. Not sure I like the sippy cup lid that sticks up from the cup but I just took it off to drink. Loved the music playing while waiting in line. FYI, there is only outside sitting so take that into consideration if you are looking for a spot to do some work.

Adore Dutch Bros coffee so much! I took a friend there and it was her first time. She loved it too! Dutch Bros is my go to coffee out. I love it!

Your people have to be faster. This is absolutely ridiculous sitting in line for 15 minutes and the orders are moving so slow. At least give people an option to get out of your dreadful slow line!!!!! I waited fifteen minutes behind six cars just to be able to get out of your line to go to work and now i'm late, with no coffee. ALL FOR NOTHING. What a waste of time.

Very disappointed in this stand. I ordered 3 drinks and none of them tasted right. The one that was most disappointing was the sour candy rebel. They were out of the sour candy flavoring. No problem because they substituted with something else. But there was no soft top or candy on top. The other 2 were missing syrups that were supposed to be added.

Tried Dutch Bros for the first time today...amazing! I got the CocoMo with cold foam on top and my husband got an iced tea with an energy shot in it. Both were amazing and the gentleman taking our order outside was so friendly and walked us through the process kindly.

I'd never heard of Dutch bros when I pulled up but they certainly did not disappoint. The coffee here is fantastic. They don't overload every drink with sugar and creamer unless you ask for that specifically and they don't burn the coffee like other big chain coffee places do. I didn't try the other options like frozen energy drinks, etc.

Great friendly crew! The app is so easy to use, I enjoy getting my daily drink from this location! My favorite is the dream weaver mocha.

I like Dutch bros and I don’t normally have issues. However, I’m writing this review while I’m in line. I’ve been in this line for 30 mins to get a cold brew. Please do better! I’ve gone to other Dutch bros and never had this issue. So something must be specifically lacking at this Dutch bros.

We drove a long way and passed by many other coffee shops because we wanted to check out the new facility and it is listed as dine in. Very hot day and there is no inside. Just two tables on the side walk. False advertising. Dine in means that you may come inside.

I will say this their mango smoothie tastes really good useful for when you want to save your money and if you want only a drink though I should probably try their food eventually but that's all I will say

Coffee is great, but more often than not they are slooooooow! There is no speaker to order in the drive thru and many times the staff sits inside instead of coming out to take orders with their iPad. If they could speed up their service I’d go every morning.

They’re nice and the drinks are great… but this is by far the slowest location I have ever been to. I have never seen any drive thru place move so slowly. Lots of young kids playing and enjoying work, but being punctual still matters.

Came to this location on a Saturday afternoon. We have now been in line for 12 minutes and 3 cars have gotten their orders. Not nearly as efficient as the Altamesa location. If I pay $11 for 2 coffees I expect a little better service.

Coffee and lemonades are great. This location however took 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru to get my drinks. That's insane for a place that only makes drinks. Will not return to this one

I’m completely sold on Dutch Bros>Starbucks. The customer service here is the real difference maker. They are always smiling and asking fun questions! I always drive away in a better mood than when I pulled up.

This is the best Dutch Bros in the Metroplex. Staff is awesome and really get cars through, and they just don't mess up. Also, major points to leadership for letting them play the music that they want!
