I love love LOVED the location ❤️ @ 3501 Locke Ave in Fort Worth also.... THIS( Alta Mesa) location was ok the 1st time, a few weeks ago,but THIS VISIT WAS HORRIBLE!!! THEY DIDN'T TELL ME MY TOTAL, DEMANDED MY CARD, AND THEN DIDN'T MAKE OUR 3 DRINKS RIGHT!!! I HAD A UNICORN BLOOD Rebel Energy Drink and they ONLY FILLED MY CUP UP ABOUT BARELY 3/4 OF THE WAY , PLUS THEY Made it WRONG, THEN MY WIFE HAD A STARRY NIGHT ✨ REBEL ENERGY DRINK, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO LAYER IT AT ALLLLL, AND IT WAS WATERED DOWN!!! I choose Dutch Bros over Starbucks in every category. They have such a wide variety of tea and coffee (hot and cold), smoothies, hot chocolate, energy drinks, etc. You can flavor just about every drink, ice it, warm it, blend it, and shake it. The staff is always friendly, always smiling, and they like making small talk. When the line is long, don't fret, they have their staff walking to each vehicle with a tablet to ensure you get in your order. When you reach the window, you pick up your order and that's that! They also have Dutch Points on the Dutch App that give you free drinks (once you've reached the number of points, which is easier than you think) AND you get cool stickers to post on your profile. They have a Kid's Day (just had one of Sept 16th) that entails $1 drinks for kids and the proceeds go to a good cause. I will say I would like to see a couple more pastry options, but that would never deter me from coming. Dutch Bros loyalty is firm ❤️

This was my first Dutch Bros experience. I was disappointed by them not having the signature cups with the logo during my visit.The young lady who took my order at the window was very sweet and helpful. We were both foodies and began to talk about different restaurants to visit within the area. The gentleman who made my drinks was very helpful as well. I looked at many reviews beforehand and decided to go around 5:30am to avoid a long line. I was the first customer to arrive, I asked the staff what is the best time to come? I was told anytime before 8am. I purchased the Blended Golden Eagle and Blended Dutch Canyon. I added caramel syrup, cinnamon sprinkles, whipped cream, and caramel sauce to each drink (No additional charge). Both drinks were delicious, but I would recommend the Golden Eagle. If this location isn't near you, don't worry. I was told many locations will be open by late 2021/early 2022. Note: Whipped cream does not look like pictures on website due to the lid size. But, i'm sure you can ask for a swirl of whipped cream on top with a different size lid/no lid.

I enjoy the coffee always a good cup, my wife is now over the dutch. Let me explain. We both signed up for the app at the same time we both take advantage of the rewards, she noticed I was receiving different rewards for the same purchases with the same rewards. I hadn't noticed. We both received the friends giving notice, my wife's said buy any 2 beverages receive 20 rewards points, my notice said the same thing except recieve 50 rewards points. We asked the employee about the difference she honestly had no idea why it was so different. I bought the 2 coffee to see what rewards I would get. After she rang up the order I received 100 reward points. The employees expression was priceless because she watched my points change. My wife deleted her app and won't be going back. I have no clue why 1 notice says 20 points and 1 says 50 or how I got 100 for that purchase. The coffee is delicious the service is great. They are rewards for free coffee. I will continue to enjoy.

I actually would go 3 and 1/2 on star rating but wouldn't let me do that above. See, I deducted 1 full star for being high priced like Star(coughs). You can guess that one. And a little since many drinks seemed high on sweet side for taste. The one menu board in drive up lane I don't recall seeing prices for anything. Guys- some customers WANT to know prices BEFORE the order taker walks up to the car. Plus new customers want to know what variety and options you offer I'm sure. *Maybe put a full menu board with pricing by the start of drive thru lanes. Then people can look at it, out of the way of others before driving around? ** I will say this for Dutch Bros. I tried one of the Pumpkin pie frosts (shake) the other day and that was quite good ! -If your thinking about it but not sure, try it!

Let me start with I don't drink coffee... That'll make this review make a little more sense on why it's 5 stars... The staff here is just amazing. My boss asked me to run to get her a coffee since she couldn't breakaway to get it herself. She sent me with her order, and off I went. I felt silly ordering something that I legit have no idea what all is what they knew and they made sure it was exactly what she wanted. I've been 2x now to get the same order, and both times the staff has just been awesome. They're super friendly, make sure that you've ordered exactly what you (or in my case my boss) want, and are happy to chat while you're waiting. If you drive thru here, please make sure you tip these workers. They have more than earned it after having a coffee noob come through

As avid Dutchers, we were stoked about this location as it is closest to us (still 25-30 minutes but worth it, right?....). First visit was great, but almost every visit since something has been wrong. The first time something was made wrong they offered to fix it, but the second drink was worse off than the first so, we opted out of saying anything afterwards. Today, we sat in the drive thru waiting. We noticed an order taker going to the vehicle behind us, and tried getting her attention. By the time they got to two-three vehicles back, we just drove off and went to the walk up window. People who had pulled in when we drove off were leaving before I finally got our drinks.. very disappointed and will drive the extra 15+ minutes to the Pantego location. Recommend employees reading the customizations

It's not just coffee, and all it took was one visit to be hooked! Incredibly friendly staff, great suggestions, and infinite customizability (seriously. whatever flavor you want in anything, and soft top on everything). Be sure to check out the menu online or in-app for a better idea of what's available - the posted menu seems limited, and is unfortunately lacking full pricing, but they have so much to offer. Hot tips: Try a chai with chocolate milk and espresso, or even a soda with soft top and sprinkles. Want something like a shake but with a twist? Get a frost or freeze (has coffee) with vanilla and honey. So many options, never hurts to ask if something is possible.

Actual coffee was good not great. That's a step up from my usual mediocre reaction. The line is from hell. I hate waiting 20 minutes for one small beverage. When I mentioned it, the millennial brat acted like I was being ridiculous. No honey, you are. I'm not overly demanding, I'm ok to wait within reason but waiting 25 minutes is unreasonable and unacceptable. I know Dutch Bros from my Oregon family visits, but I don't know how this can be the same company. Such gross ghetto location, first. Secondly, the line is always slow. With three cars ahead of me, it should've been fast, not 25 min idling.

My drink order is always right, the wait is occasionally long but I can understand when it gets really busy, And the Altamesa location has the best staff ever! The workers always seem happy to be there. I have a great experience EVERY time I go but today was extra great! The girl at the window didn’t just shut the window while I was waiting for my drink, she had a conversation with me the whole time! It’s refreshing going there and seeing people actually willing to work and go above and beyond whereas everyone else would be just the bare minimum.. if that lol I hope Dutch bros continues to hire people like these guys here!

Very good quality company great drink's and the employees are awesome they have birthday club toware on your birthday you get any size drink for free but you have to sign up for the birthday gift they have lemonade the have cold Brew frozen coffee everything is awesome they are a ne company in the ft worth are there open two shops so far their on the stock exchange 30 bucks a share it may have went up so invest the company cause everyone needs coffee and drinks this company is going to be the next big thing happy day and get your coffee on

Keely & Kat are awesome! I love iced coffee and always ask for extra ice anywhere I go but I sometimes forget to ask for a larger cup.. this time I forgot and Kat asked me if I wanted to size up on the cup and it def made my day knowing that she was being thoughtful! Love the vibes here too! I got the Medium Iced Golden Eagle w/half extra sweet & extra ice and my husband got the Medium Golden Eagle Freeze and our total was a little under $11, these cup sizes are a little bigger than Starbucks so it was def cheaper

My favorite drink to get is the cocomo! 100% recommend. The only complaint is that they don’t have an intercom to order while waiting in line. Specially on a rainy day, the people aren’t out here with the iPads, which I don’t expect to be out. Having the intercoms outside, would speed up the process inside to start preparing and having the orders ready to pick up at the window. Specially since they have 3 order lanes. Rather than having to order at the window and back up the line/have longer wait times.

Got a hot 911 and a blended 911. The blended was sweeter than usual and the hot was good. Sadly both people had loose bowels after drinking them. We get them all the time and that has never happened before. We called to tell them and was told coffee does that. They didn't care that it was unusual and never happened before. I've had the pleasure of visiting this location a few times now and I've been greeted with huge smiles and employees that genuinely seem happy to be there. The blended Caramelizer is my go to beverage, but the rest of the options are great! This location has you through the line in no time, with plenty of space to drive in and out. This is our go to location when we're in the area.

I have been to this location 3 separate times. Today was the last time. Really wanted to like this place, but I’m unimpressed. They cannot seem to make a simple drink correctly. I ordered a vanilla cold brew with cream and what I got was watered down coffee. No vanilla flavor and hardly any cream. Prior to this I ordered a mocha freeze , it tasted like frozen milk no coffee and no flavor. Maybe they should put more effort into making the drinks than hanging out the drive thru window talking or asking for tips.

Pretty peeved at the person running the register. I opted to pay in cash and while everyone else behind me got served their drinks, I kept waiting behind a white truck in line that didn't move and was obviously chatting with the cashier. I finally complained and the truck left after I paid for my drink but I'm irritated that I didn't get compensated while it was obvious the delay was from the register not doing their job. To top it off, they gave me the wrong drink. I should have asked for the manager.

This location is amazing and the broristas having impeccable memory when it comes to your drinks, they somehow remember my weird little concoction and they are genuinely so kind every time! Edit*: I wish I knew the name of the crew that works when I come through because these people just get it and they are the best broristas ever! I live over by the Clifford Location but come over here because of the quality of drinks and crew! Thank you!

I guess what a coffee shop should be and what Dutch Bros is were two different things. Thought we could dine in but we couldn't waited 15 minutes outside. A watery Palm Beach drink and a weak energy drink that didn't taste like the flavors ordered. Very little coffee on the menu but lots of dessert type drinks. Won't be returning. This is our favorite coffee place to go to. Love the drinks, I usually get the Golden Eagle. The staff there are always friendly. They also give pupcups with dog treats in them so my puppy loves her trips to Dutch Bros. Also, I see a lot of complaints not being able to read the menu before you get in line or not knowing the prices of the drinks. I recommend downloading the app, it has all that and you can add money to it so paying goes a lot more smoothly.

Charged for an extra drink that we didn't order, everyone was confused and argued about it in front of us, I never got the correct drink because I don't like bickering and just drove off. Hair all over all 7 cups, I was told that tips are optional and then asked if I wanted to leave one. And why is DB building in the projects now? We have seen at least 5 new franchises in neighborhoods that pizza delivery drivers won't even go to at night. What's going on?

The ladies that were inside were absolutely fantastic! Love how joyful and happy they are to be working there! They interact with the customers and make sure they express how valued the customers are. Coffee is delicious and love the variety they have!

Coffee is good but when it comes to speed it is not there. People pull up from the other line ,that haven't been waiting as long as you, get in front of you and get their coffee before you. We waited 30 mins for the coffee to be no better then Starbucks. They seem to have plenty of employees but the service is horrible. Having full blown conversation with people in line for 10 minutes. Maybe you should rethink your whole system.

We are highly disappointed. My husband is diabetic and we order him sugar free drinks. There have been multiple times that they are full sugar. Also, my drink of choice white chocolate mocha with raspberry ends up being a dark chocolate raspberry milk.... no coffee. I know Starbucks doesn't carry raspberry anymore however.... I do get coffee in a white chocolate mocha. Consistency please and not constantly bad.

i just want to applaud everyone at this location! they are they best! today i asked the broista what his fav drink was & to surprise me and he definitely delivered! i always wanna try something new and i appreciate them knowing the menu so well that they can create awesome concoctions! this location is out of my way but i will always choose them! thanks guys!

The coffee is delicious, don’t get me wrong. But honestly I felt extremely uncomfortable answering all of their questions, listening to their personal stories and being part of their polls. The employees should limit themselves to take your order kindly and give you your coffee. There’s nothing wrong with a small chitchat but these guys make you feel very uncomfortable.

Bye Starbucks still feel the same about Starbucks, but they need to chill on the talking, everybody isn't outgoing and they should take the hint when the customer stops the conversation short. Most are satisfied with a hi, how are you, bye. Not what you doing, where you going? Starting to get a little too uncomfortably friendly like chic fil a...just saying...

Dutch Bros Coffee is a coffee shop for people whose order doesn't require 50 words to complete. Also, it's like a certain chicken sandwich company came and trained their staff on efficiency and kindness... "my pleasure" Add that their drinks are delicious and you have an awesome, friendly, fast coffee shop.

I was so excited to try this place!! For some reason I thought my drink would be a different color and I wanted to make sure I got the right drink. I ordered one of the red Bull drinks which was advertised as green and it came brown. Tasted amazing and they were super nice about telling me it was the right drink!!

I first visited Dutch Bros for the first time in Utah, so when I found out this location was opening I got so excited. I have been here so many times with my family I think some of the staff already knows us. The only thing I hate is there is no online ordering, but honestly, a good cup of Dutch Bros is worth the wait.

Good Coffee drinks but WHY do you push tipping your employees. Seriously I'm at a drive thru or walking up to a window to get my order. When you pay card or cash it has a tip option and you have to press no tip or your are asking if you want to leave a tip. Tipping is just an excuse for employers to pay less of a wage.

Fast take-out speed and convenient in-app card payment, diverse drinks option compare to other coffee franchises. Highly recommend

Reasonable prices, good coffee, extra extra friendly and helpful staff. Their menu is very small compared to other coffee shops, but they are more than willing to customize your order any way you want, so I recommend looking up some custom drinks on the interbank before pulling up there.

Okay, this is my second review over the last few days. Loveeeee this place. They actually remember who you are!!! Wow!!! My hubby and I went and some of the staff are leaving as they travel to train. She introduced us, by name, to the permanent staff. The customer service at this place is AMAZING!!!

Dutch Bros can go away. Horrible drive-thru experience (just had another one of many) when there is only 1 attendant trying to take care of 2 lanes. FYI, complain to corporate about this and they'll credit you $10 for your frustration. Never even considering this place as a coffee option anymore.

Horrible operation they don't take your order until you get to the window and then the one girl that was working there was super rude I went around 9pm. After waiting thirty minutes I ended up leaving with nothing because there was one car in front of me and the car never moved

This is the only Dutch Bros on this side of town. It’s a little bit off the highway. But if you want Dutch Bros. Then this is pretty much your only option. The coffee was hot and really good as usual. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Great Coffee!

Definitely better than your cliche mainstream Starbucks. They even have their own energy drinks! They model their business after chick fila so you're greeted by a staff member to expedite service. Outstanding! I recommend nitro kicker!

I received one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. They really go above and beyond to be customer obsessed. All of the employees were extremely pleasant and the coffee is overall great tasting.

We were traveling back to Florida and stopped in and were so thankful we did! We usually go to Starbucks but they close early so we found DBC. The ladies were super sweet and helpful. Sorry Starbucks, new FAVORITE in Texas!

Golden Eagle

Never been and the young lady that was taking orders was awesome. Asked what I get at other places and she suggested the golden eagle and the chocolate chip muffin top. The golden eagle is the best coffee I’ve ever had.

Great drinks, but maybe turn down your music. The person taking my order at the drive-thru could barely here me. I felt like I was yelling and I had my baby sleeping in the back seat who woke up from how loud it was.

Coffee is delicious, staff are Friendly and prices are good. Lines could be a little better managed but otherwise great stop for drinks.

Has soooo many different flavors! They also have some pretty cheap prices! I got a large Annihilator and a Snickerdoodle freeze for only 12 dollars. Went to the one in Texas that just opened and it was amazing

It was okay. I came to try something other than Starbucks, but it was entirely too sweet. I think you should cut back on back on syrups but don't cut pack to the point to where there's none. It was too much.

My husband and I have gone to this location twice and each time was AMAZING and SUPER friendly! They’re also very helpful with suggesting drinks to see what you like! Highly recommend this location!

I visited this location 2 times, their vanilla cold brew tastes nothing like vanilla. Absolutely sucks I thought it was supposed to be better than Starbucks If I could give 0 stars I would! …

Went there for the first time after hearing a lot of people talk about how good it was. The staff was very friendly and offered a free puppachino for my dog. Will recommend to others now!

Best coffee place ever. I loved going to Dutch Bros in Oregon and have been missing it since moving to Texas. No other coffee shop compares. Plus the employees are always so nice. :)

The golden eagle iced coffee is easily one of the best coffees ive ever had, its a perfect balance of sweetness to coffee flavor. The ordering system is kinda weird but I don’t mind.
